Claims (15)
- 光化学プロセス、例えば光触媒プロセスおよび/または光合成プロセスのための装置、特に、好ましくは光栄養微生物の培養および生産または水栽培のための装置であって、リアクタ、特にバイオリアクタが備えられており、かつ反応媒体、例えば水溶液または懸濁液がリアクタ内で蛇行状にガイドされる装置において、反応媒体(6)が貫流するリアクタが、垂直かまたはある角度で傾斜しており下で接続された2つの管(3)またはチャンバ(8)で構成された少なくとも1つのリアクタ要素(2)から成り、反応媒体(6)のリアクタ内への導入もリアクタからの排出も、好ましくは連続的に、圧力なしで、雰囲気に開放して、上側の反応媒体表面の上方へ行われ、かつ流体静力学的な圧力および水位の釣合いに基づき、微生物にとってストレスのない反応媒体(6)の流れが生じること、およびリアクタが、好ましくは透明または半透明の材料から成る管(3)またはチャンバ(8)を、光透過性液体(14)中に配していることを特徴とする装置。
- 2つ以上のリアクタ要素(2)が結合されて1つのリアクタパネル(13)になっており、リアクタ要素間の隔壁(10)が、リアクタ要素(2)の管(3)またはチャンバ(8)の間の隔壁(9)より低く形成されており、それにより、リアクタ要素(2)内の液位がリアクタ要素(2)間の隔壁(10)より高い場合に、流出口または連通口が生じ、リアクタパネル(13)が蛇行状に貫流され得ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 上に開いており、内面(16)が好ましくは光反射性に実施された容器(15)または水槽内に、リアクタを取り巻く光透過性液体(14)が提供されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 光透過性液体(14)の上方、または容器(15)または水槽の上方にリフレクタ(17)が設けられており、前記リフレクタが、光透過性液体(14)中に光、好ましくは太陽光(18)を、好ましくは液体表面に対して直角に導くことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 光透過性液体(14)中に導き得る光を集光するため、集光器が設けられており、前記集光器が特にリフレクタ(17)の前に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 光透過性液体(14)中に光が導かれる前に、特に微生物に有害な波長を除去するためのフィルタが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の装置。
- 光透過性液体(14)中への光の導きがパルス状に行われることを特徴とする請求項4〜6のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 管(3)が、特にプラスチックから製造されたフィルムチューブ(19)から成り、前記フィルムチューブの端部が方向転換機構(20)と密に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 蛇行状に相互に結合されたチャンバ(8)が、平行な縦方向溶着部(26)を有する2枚のフィルム(25)から形成されており、方向転換が方向転換機構(27)を介して行われることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 方向転換機構(27)が、U字形で断面が好ましくは楕円形の管部分であり、前記管部分が、縦方向溶着部(26)によって形成されたチャンバ(8)と結合されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- 好ましくは予め作り上げられている方向転換機構(20、27、28)が、液状および/またはガス状の添加物質(12)をリアクタの下側で反応媒体(6)中に導入するために、またはガス状のプロセス生成物を排出するために、微細孔(22)を備えた挿入管(23、30)のための少なくとも1つの孔(21)または一体型挿入管(24)を備えたU字形の管部分であることを特徴とする請求項8〜10のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 挿入管(23、30)が、下から上に流れる反応媒体(6)の領域内では、上から下にまたは重力の方向に流れる反応媒体(6)の領域内よりも多数のおよび/または大径の微細孔(22)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置。
- 挿入管(23、30)が、両端ともに雄ネジ山および/または雌ネジ山を備えていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。
- 反応媒体(6)を移送するために、リアクタ内にもリアクタ間にもアルキメディアン・スクリューまたはダ・ヴィンチの螺旋または気泡ポンプが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 設備の密閉構造方式のために、内部に装置が設けられた容器(15)または水槽の上に、透明または半透明の材料から成る覆い、例えばドーム、例えばガラスドームが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
