Claims (8)
- 特にDIN69893による、選択された機能領域が硬化法を受けている、専門工具又は工具レセプタクルのような、円筒状ブランクが中空テーパシャンク(HSK)を具備する軸方向の一端に搭載されている工具システムモジュールの製造方法であって、前記方法の硬化ステップは、誘導硬化方法に従って行われ、前記工具システムモジュールの連続的な製造プロセスラインに統合されていることを特徴とする工具システムモジュールの製造方法。
- 前記誘導硬化方法のステップは、完全な処理の範囲内、好ましくはチャックにおいて、実行されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工具システムモジュールの製造方法。
- 中空テーパシャンク(HSK)の少なくとも選択された領域は、境界層硬化方法を受けることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の工具システムモジュールの製造方法。
- 硬化の深さ(TH)は、硬化する中空テーパーシャンク(HSK)の箇所で提供されたそれぞれの断面の歪みプロフィールの関数として、制御されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の工具システムモジュールの製造方法。
- 前記誘導硬化方法のステップは、さらなる熱処理ステップと組み合わされていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の工具システムモジュールの製造方法。
- 前記誘導硬化方法のステップは、少なくとも中空テーパシャンク(HSK)の選択された領域上で、シース硬化法に従って行われることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の工具システムモジュールの製造方法。
- 前記誘導硬化方法のステップは、少なくとも中空テーパシャンク(HSK)の選択された領域上で、線硬化法に従って行われることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の工具システムモジュールの製造方法。
- 硬化する中空テーパシャンク(HSK)のセクションの誘導加熱は、磁束コンセントレータを使用して実行されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の工具システムモジュールの製造方法。
