Abstract
【解決手段】上記した目的を解決するために、本発明における課題解決手段は、バルブディスク1と、バルブディスク1に設けられて一方室R1と他方室R2とを連通する複数の一方側ポート2と他方側ポート3と、バルブディスク1の他方室側端に積層されて一方側ポート2のみを開閉する一方側リーフバルブ4と、バルブディスク1の一方室側端に積層されて他方側ポート3のみを開閉する他方側リーフバルブ5とを備えたバルブ構造において、バルブディスク1の一方室側端であって全ての他方側ポート3の開口の内周側から開口して一方側ポート2に連通される通孔6を設けた。

Claims (4)
- 緩衝器内に一方室と他方室とを区画するバルブディスクと、当該バルブディスクに設けられて上記一方室と上記他方室とを連通する複数の一方側ポートと、同じく上記バルブディスクに設けられて上記一方室と上記他方室とを連通する複数の他方側ポートと、上記バルブディスクの他方室側端に積層されて上記一方側ポートのみを開閉する環状の一方側リーフバルブと、上記バルブディスクの一方室側端に積層されて上記他方側ポートのみを開閉する環状の他方側リーフバルブとを備え、上記一方側ポートと上記他方側ポートが上記バルブディスクに周方向で交互に配置されたバルブ構造において、上記バルブディスクの一方室側端であって上記した全ての他方側ポートの開口の内周側から開口して上記一方側ポートに連通される複数の通孔を設けたことを特徴とするバルブ構造。
- 上記バルブディスクの一方室側端であって上記した全ての他方側ポートの開口の内周側のそれぞれに窪みを設け、上記通孔は窪みに開口すること特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブ構造。
- 上記バルブディスクの他方室側端に上記した全ての一方側ポートの他方室側の開口に通じる環状窓を設け、上記通孔は当該環状窓を介して上記一方側ポートに連通されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のバルブ構造。
- 上記バルブディスクは、緩衝器におけるシリンダ内に摺動自在に挿入されてシリンダ内を伸側室と圧側室とに区画するピストンであって、上記一方室は、上記伸側室であり、上記他方室は、上記圧側室であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のバルブ構造。
