Description
Claims (26)
- 炭素原材料、特にバイオマスを燃料に変換する方法であって、
前記炭素原材料(2)をガス化装置(1)でガス化する工程であって、加熱蒸気(3)が前記ガス化装置(1)内に導入され、前記ガス化のために使用される、工程と、
前記ガス化中に生成した合成ガスをクリーニングする工程と、
前記合成ガスの温度を変化させる工程と、
前記合成ガスを触媒化学反応により液体燃料に変換する工程であって、この変換のために好ましくはフィッシャー・トロプシュ反応器(11)が使用される、工程と、
を含み、
前記ガス化は外熱ガス化であり、前記加熱蒸気(3)はガス化剤およびガス化のための熱媒体の両方として使用され、1000℃を超える温度を有することを特徴とする、方法。 - 別のガス媒体を前記蒸気(3)と共に前記ガス化装置(1)に送ることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ガス化装置(1)は向流固定層ガス化装置(1)であることを特徴とする、前記請求項の少なくとも1つに記載の方法。
- 前記ガス化装置(1)内の動作温度は常に灰融点を超えることを特徴とする、前記請求項の少なくとも1つに記載の方法。
- 前記合成ガスのクリーニングはサイクロン(4)により、好ましくはマルチサイクロン(4)により起こることを特徴とする、前記請求項の少なくとも1つに記載の方法。
- 前記クリーニングプロセス後、残りのタールの分子構造を短鎖分子構造に分解させることを特徴とする、前記請求項の少なくとも1つに記載の方法。
- 前記ガス化後の少なくとも1つのプロセスから得られた廃熱を使用して飽和蒸気を生成することを特徴とする、前記請求項の少なくとも1つに記載の方法。
- 得られた合成ガスの予め規定された部分を、前記合成中に生成したオフガス(15)に送ることを特徴とする、前記請求項の少なくとも1つに記載の方法。
- 前記変換に送られる前記合成ガスの圧力を増加させる圧力発生装置を備えることを特徴とする、前記請求項の少なくとも1つに記載の方法。
- 飽和蒸気(14)を熱源により過熱し、蒸気タービン中で膨張させ、その後、バルク蓄熱器(17,18)に送ることを特徴とする、前記請求項の少なくとも1つに記載の方法。
- 前記変換中に生成された凝縮物を、前記凝縮器(8)から得られた凝縮物への追加の流体として使用し、前記飽和蒸気(3)を生成させることを特徴とする、前記請求項の少なくとも1つに記載の方法。
- 前記得られたタールおよびダストをサイクロン中、特に有利にマルチサイクロン(4)中で大部分を共に分離し、(請求項5の代替案として)前記バルク蓄熱器(17,18)内で燃焼させることを特徴とする、前記請求項の少なくとも1つに記載の方法。
- パイプライン(20,21)ならびにサイクロン(4)を加熱することを特徴とする、前記請求項の少なくとも1つに記載の方法。
- 凝縮器(8)を使用して水とタールを分離することを特徴とする、前記請求項の少なくとも1つに記載の方法。
- 前記蒸気過熱の他に、前記バルク蓄熱器(17,18)の高温を同様に使用して、前記ガス化から生じたタールを分解することを特徴とする、前記請求項の少なくとも1つに記載の方法。
- 炭素原材料、特にバイオマスを燃料に変換する方法であって、
前記炭素原材料(2)をガス化装置(1)でガス化する工程であって、加熱蒸気(3)が前記ガス化装置(1)内に導入され、前記ガス化のために使用される、工程と、
前記ガス化中に生成した合成ガスをクリーニングする工程と、
前記合成ガスの温度を変化させる工程と、
前記合成ガスを触媒化学反応により液体燃料に変換する工程であって、この変換のために好ましくはフィッシャー・トロプシュ反応器(11)が使用される、工程と、
を含み、
前記加熱蒸気(3)はガス化剤およびガス化のための熱媒体の両方として使用され、1000℃を超える温度を有し、別のガス媒体が前記加熱蒸気(3)とは別々に前記ガス化装置に送られることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記別のガス媒体は、600℃未満、好ましくは400℃未満の温度を有することを特徴とする、請求項16記載の方法。
- 前記ガス化は外熱ガス化であることを特徴とする、前記請求項16〜17の少なくとも1つに記載の方法。
- 炭素原材料、特にバイオマスを液体燃料に変換する装置(35)であって、前記炭素原材料を加熱蒸気によりガス化させるガス化装置(1)と、前記ガス化中に生成した合成ガスをクリーニングするための少なくとも1つのクリーニングユニット(4,6)と、前記得られた合成ガスの温度を変化させるための少なくとも1つの温度変化ユニット(7,8、10)と、前記合成ガスを液体燃料に変換するための変換ユニット(11)と、を備え、前記装置(25)が前記蒸気を、1000℃を超える温度まで加熱する少なくとも1つの加熱装置(17,18)を有することを特徴とする、装置。
- 前記クリーニングユニットがサイクロン(4)、好ましくはマルチサイクロン(4)であることを特徴とする、請求項19記載の装置(35)。
- 残留タールを処理する別のクリーニングユニットを備えることを特徴とする、前記請求項19〜20の少なくとも1つに記載の装置(35)。
- 2つの温度変化装置を、ガス冷却装置(7)と、この冷ガス却装置(7)の下流に配列された凝縮器(8)の形態で備えることを特徴とする、前記請求項19〜21の少なくとも1つに記載の装置(35)。
- 前記クリーニングユニット(4)と前記ガス化装置(1)との間に配列され、前記クリーニングプロセス中に得られた生成物を前記ガス化装置(1)内に輸送する輸送装置(5)を有することを特徴とする、前記請求項19〜22の少なくとも1つに記載の装置(35)。
- 少なくとも2つの加熱装置(17,18)を備え、これらの加熱装置(17,18)の少なくとも2つを逆位相で動作させることを特徴とする、前記請求項19〜23の少なくとも1つに記載の装置(35)。
- ガス媒体を前記蒸気(3)とは別々に前記ガス化装置に供給するための供給ライン(71)を有することを特徴とする、前記請求項19〜24の少なくとも1つに記載の装置(35)。
- 請求項19〜25の少なくとも1つに記載の装置(35)を使用して前記方法を実施することを特徴とする、前記請求項1〜18の少なくとも1つに記載の方法。
