Claims (9)
- 摩耗特性と耐転がり疲労性の優れた組合せを有する高強度パーライト鋼レールであって、前記鋼が、0.88%〜0.95%の炭素、0.75%〜0.95%のケイ素、0.80%〜0.95%のマンガン、0.05%〜0.14%のバナジウム、最大0.008%までの窒素、最大0.030%までのリン、0.008〜0.030%の硫黄、最大で2.5 ppmの水素、最大で0.10%のクロム、最大で0.010%のアルミニウム、最大で20 ppmの酸素、残部鉄および不可避不純物からなる、パーライト鋼レール。
- 炭素が少なくとも0.90%である、請求項1に記載のパーライトレール。
- 窒素が少なくとも0.003%であるか、または窒素が最大で0.007%である、請求項1または2に記載のパーライトレール。
- 窒素が最大で0.005%である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のパーライトレール。
- バナジウムが少なくとも0.08%および/または最大で0.12%である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のパーライトレール。
- 0.90%〜0.95%の炭素、0.82%〜0.92%のケイ素、0.80%〜0.95%のマンガン、0.08%〜0.12%のバナジウム、0.003〜0.007%の窒素、最大で0.015%のリン、0.008%〜0.030%の硫黄、最大で2 ppmの水素、最大で0.10%のクロム、最大で0.004%のアルミニウム、最大で20 ppmの酸素、残部鉄および不可避不純物からなる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のパーライトレール。
- マンガンが最大で0.90%である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のパーライトレール。
- 水潤滑させたツイン-ディスク試験条件下で亀裂開始までに少なくとも130,000サイクルのRCF耐性を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のパーライトレール。
- 熱処理した現在のレール鋼に匹敵する耐摩耗性を有し、好ましくは、摩耗が、硬度320〜350 HBで40 mg/m滑り未満、または350 HBを超える硬度で20 mg/m滑り未満、好ましくは10 mg/m滑り未満である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のパーライトレール。
