選択式触媒還元触媒を含んでなり、かつ、第一の開口チャンネル端部及び第二の開口チャンネル端部を包含するフローチャンネルの配列を有する、押出しフロースルーモノリス基材を形成し、
プラグ形成物質を複数の第一チャンネルに挿入し、複数の第一チャンネルにおける第一端部に、実質的に不透過性のプラグ(栓)を形成し、及び
前記プラグ形成物質を複数の第二チャンネルに挿入し、複数の第二チャンネルにおける第二端部に、実質的に不透過性のプラグ(栓)を形成することを含んでなり、
前記フロースルーモノリス基材が、少なくとも40%の多孔率を有してなり、又は有することが可能なものである。
Claims (10)
- 少なくとも40%の多孔率を有してなり、
押出しタイプの選択式触媒還元(SCR)触媒から形成されてなる、ウォールフローフィルターモノリス基材。 - 押出し組成物における活性SCR物質が、少なくとも一つの遷移金属を含んでなるゼオライトを備えてなる、請求項1に記載されたフィルターモノリス基材。
- 前記押出し組成物がアルミナを含んでなる、請求項2に記載されたフィルターモノリス基材。
- 前記アルミナが少なくとも一つの遷移金属を担持してなる、請求項3に記載されたフィルターモノリス基材。
- 前記少なくとも一つの遷移金属が、Cu、Fe、Hf、La、Au、In、V、ランタニド元素、及び、VIII群の遷移金属から成る群から選択されてなる、請求項2〜4の何れか一項に記載されたフィルターモノリス基材。
- 押出し組成物における活性SCR物質が、チタニア及び酸化バナジウムを含んでなる、請求項1に記載されたフィルターモノリス基材。
- 前記押出し組成物がタングステンを含んでなる、請求項6に記載されたフィルターモノリス基材。
- 前記押出し組成物が無機繊維を含んでなる、請求項2〜7の何れか一項に記載されたフィルターモノリス基材。
- 請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載されたフィルターモノリス基材を製造する方法であって、
選択式触媒還元触媒を含んでなり、かつ、第一の開口チャンネル端部及び第二の開口チャンネル端部を包含するフローチャンネルの配列を有する、押出しフロースルーモノリス基材を形成し、
プラグ形成物質を複数の第一チャンネルに挿入し、複数の第一チャンネルにおける第一端部に、実質的に不透過性のプラグを形成し、及び
前記プラグ形成物質を複数の第二チャンネルに挿入し、複数の第二チャンネルにおける第二端部に、実質的に不透過性のプラグを形成することを含んでなり、
前記フロースルーモノリス基材が、少なくとも40%の多孔率を有してなり、又は有することが可能なものである、製造方法。 - 窒素酸化物及び粒子状物質を含有するディーゼル排出物質を処理するための、請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載されたウォールフローフィルターモノリスの使用であって、
排出ガスからディーゼル粒子状物質をろ過し、及び
前記フィルターモノリスの存在下において、窒素酸化物を還元剤に接触させ、
前記排出ガス中における窒素酸化物を窒素に転化するとの各工程を備えてなる、使用。
