Claims (18)
- 外科手術装置(30)と、前記外科手術装置と共に使用可能な少なくとも1つの外科手術用器具(40)又は類似の付属品と、の間の非接触通信装置であって、
前記外科手術装置(30)は、装置用アンテナ(12)に接続された少なくとも1つの書込み及び/又は読取り装置(11)が割り当てられた制御及び評価装置(32)を有し、
前記器具(40)は、特にRFIDトランスポンダーとして構成されて器具用アンテナ(14)に接続された、少なくとも1つの読み書き可能な記憶装置(13)が割り当てられることによって、データが、ワイヤレス通信手段により、前記外科手術用装置(30)の前記書込み及び/又は読取り装置(11)と、前記器具(40)の前記記憶装置(13)と、の間で交換可能であり、
前記器具(40)は、少なくとも1つのパラメータが、前記外科手術装置(30)に伝達されるために、前記器具(40)上及び/又は内で、及び/又は、治療組織(50)上で取得されることが可能なように、前記記憶装置(13)に割り当てられ前記記憶装置(13)が作用する測定及び/又は作動装置(15)を含み、及び/又は、
前記器具の機能に作用するデータは、前記外科手術装置(30)から前記器具(40)へ伝達されることが可能であること
を特徴とする非接触通信装置。 - 前記器具用アンテナ(14)を備えた前記読み書き可能な記憶装置(13)は、プログラム自在のマイクロプロセッサを備えたトランスポンダーICとして設計されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の非接触通信装置。
- 前記器具用アンテナ(14)を備えた前記読み書き可能な記憶装置(13)は、前記器具(40)を前記外科手術装置(30)に接続するための接続装置又は接続ケーブル(41)内に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の非接触通信装置。
- 前記測定及び/又は作動装置(15)は、前記器具上に配置された少なくとも1つのセンサ(16)が割り当てられ、前記測定及び/又は作動装置(15)は、少なくとも1つのセンサ(16)からパラメータとしてセンサ信号を取得するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3の何れか1に記載の非接触通信装置。
- 前記測定及び/又は作動装置(15)は、前記器具の機能に作用するように前記器具上に配置された少なくとも1つのアクチュエータ(22,23)が、割り当てられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4の何れか1に記載の非接触通信装置。
- 前記測定及び/又は作動装置(15)は、パラメータの取得と、前記器具の機能への作用とが互いに独立して実施されるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5の何れか1に記載の非接触通信装置。
- 前記測定及び/又は作動装置(15)は、取得したパラメータに基づいて前記器具の機能へ作用するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6の何れか1に記載の非接触通信装置。
- 前記測定及び/又は作動装置(15)は、前記器具(40)を前記外科手術装置(30)に接続するために、前記器具(40)又は前記接続ケーブル(41)内に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7の何れか1に記載の非接触通信装置。
- 前記測定及び/又は作動装置(15)は、前記器具(40)上のスイッチ(22,23)の作動をパラメータとして取得するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項8の何れか1に記載の非接触通信装置。
- 前記外科手術装置(30)及び前記器具(40)は、水噴射手術用として構成されるとともに、前記測定及び/又は作動装置(15)は、好ましくは前記センサ(16)を介して、水を前記治療組織に供給するためのウォータージェットアプリケータの供給ラインの圧力をパラメータとして取得可能となるように構成及び配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項9の何れか1に記載の非接触通信装置。
- 前記外科手術装置(30)及び前記器具(40)は、HF外科手術用として構成されるとともに、前記測定及び/又は作動装置(15)は、使用中に、好ましくは前記センサ(16)を介して、HF外科用器具の電極(42)の温度が、パラメータとして取得可能となるように構成及び配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項10の何れか1に記載の非接触通信装置。
- 前記読み書き可能な記憶装置(13)は、消毒サイクル、保存寿命、器具識別又はそれに類するデータに関する前記器具(40)からのデータを読み込み及び読み出し可能となるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項11の何れか1に記載の非接触通信装置。
- 前記外科手術用器具(40)は、前記読み書き可能な記憶装置(13)に割り当てられた、且つ、好ましくは前記器具(40)の識別に対するコーディングが前記外科手術装置(30)上の前記書込み及び/又は読取り装置(11)によって取得されるように構成された、少なくとも1つのコーディング素子(25,26)を備えてなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項12の何れか1に記載の非接触通信装置。
- 前記装置用アンテナ(12)を備えた前記書込み及び/又は読取り装置(11)が、前記器具(40)の包装、特に消毒包装を通して前記器具(40)からのデータ及び/又はコーディングを取得可能に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項13の何れか1に記載の非接触通信装置。
- 包装された状態の外科手術用器具(40)において、器具のデータの取得と、その受信機への伝達を行うための、器具用アンテナ(14)に接続された読み書き可能な記憶装置(13)、特にRFIDトランスポンダーの使用法。
- 前記受信機は、装置用アンテナ(12)に接続された外科手術装置(30)の書込み及び/又は読取り装置(11)として構成されており、前記書込み及び/又は読取り装置(11)は、前記外科手術装置(30)の制御及び評価装置(32)に割り当てられていることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の使用法。
- 前記器具の消毒の程度を示すデータが伝達されることを特徴とする請求項15又は請求項16に記載の使用法。
- 受信機と、特に前記外科手術装置と、前記外科手術装置と共に使用可能な少なくとも1つの外科手術用器具(40)又は類似の付属品と、の間の非接触通信装置であって、
前記受信機は、装置用アンテナ(12)に接続された少なくとも1つの書込み及び/又は読取り装置(11)が割り当てられた制御及び評価装置(32)を有し、
前記器具(40)は、特にRFIDトランスポンダーとして構成されて器具用アンテナ(14)に接続された、少なくとも1つの読み書き可能な記憶装置(13)が割り当てられることによって、データが、ワイヤレス通信手段により、前記受信機の前記書込み及び/又は読取り装置(11)と、前記器具(40)の前記記憶装置(13)と、の間で交換可能であり、
