Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for laying a tunnel cultivation covering material used when cultivating crops and the like, and a covering material used therefor.
When cultivating crops such as spinach, cabbage leaves, radish, carrots and other root vegetables in the field, first make cocoons, sow seeds, and then insect, bird-proof, keep warm, and further grow faster Covered with a covering material such as cloth, non-woven fabric, vinyl sheet or net.
To cover these crops, there are a multi-type system that directly covers the top of the fence and a system that is installed in a tunnel shape. The present application relates to a method of erection in a tunnel shape.
In the conventional tunnel system, as shown in FIG. 16, semicircular pillars (hereinafter referred to as tunnel pillars (7) and (71)) are inserted into the ground at intervals of about 50 cm in the width direction of the ridge, and the covering material (1) Are laid on the tunnel post (7), and further, both ends are bundled and fixed to the pile (9) as shown in the figure in order to stretch the covering material strongly in the longitudinal direction. Furthermore, it is common to hold the top of the covering material (1) with the tunnel strut (71) so that the covering material is not blown away by wind, and to apply soil to both ends (11) in the width direction of the covering material. .
As described above, in order to construct the covering material in conventional tunnel cultivation, the following five steps were performed as shown in FIG.
1. Insert the Nennell struts into the ground at equal intervals.
2. Install the covering material on the tunnel post.
3. In order to strongly stretch the covering material in the longitudinal direction, the both ends of the covering material in the longitudinal direction are bundled, and the bundle portion is fixed to the pile (9) inserted in the ground.
4. Press the upper part of the covering material further with a tunnel post so that it is not blown away by the wind.
5. Apply soil so that both ends in the width direction are not rolled up by wind.
Therefore, the present application provides a method for constructing a tunnel covering material in at least two steps, and a covering material used therefor.
First, in order to construct a tunnel covering material on the vine to be cultivated, it has conventionally been performed in five steps as described above. However, in the present application, it is possible to construct in at least the following two basic steps.
In the first step, the tunnel struts are passed through a plurality of rows of cylindrical bodies, annular bodies or cuts provided in the width direction of the covering material.
In the second step, the several tunnel struts that penetrated are inserted into the ground.
However, in the two basic steps described above, if necessary, a press bar may be inserted into the cylindrical body, the annular body, or the cut portion provided at the peripheral end of the covering material to prevent wind stagnation, It may be possible to prevent the wind from being blown by applying soil to both ends of the covering material laid as in the past.
Next, the structure of the tunnel covering material used in the construction method of the present invention will be described.
A covering material formed by providing a plurality of rows of cylindrical bodies, annular bodies, or notches formed in rows in the width direction of the covering material and through which the tunnel support material penetrates at equal intervals, and a peripheral edge of the other surface of the covering material In order to completely prevent the end portion from being scuffed by the wind, there are a cylindrical body, an annular body or a covering material provided with a cut portion into which the presser bar can be inserted.
However, it is convenient to provide a cylindrical body or an annular body through which the tunnel pillar is passed on the back surface and a cylindrical body or an annular body through which the presser bar is passed, but it is also possible to use the same surface.
In addition, it is convenient to provide a cylindrical body, an annular body, and a cut portion on the line by making lines in the vertical and horizontal directions at equal intervals on the covering material.
In addition, the shape of the cylindrical body and annular body which penetrate a tunnel support | pillar, and a notch | incision part are demonstrated.
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the narrow material is stitched or bonded to the covering material, or the narrow material is overlapped and folded as shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. Some parts are sewn or bonded to the covering. The length of the cylindrical body includes those that are long and continuous as shown in FIG. 1 and those that are partially provided at intervals as shown in FIG.
Further, the annular body includes a circular ring metal fitting as shown in FIG. 8 and a ring metal fitting which is not shown but has a square shape or a rhombus shape. Or the thing which penetrates a support | pillar to the single ring made from cloth, or the single ring which tied the string like FIG.9, FIG.10 is also considered.
11 and 12, the notch portion is directly cut into the covering material by a length of about twice the diameter of the strut material, and the tunnel strut is penetrated into the notch portion like a skewer as shown in FIG. To do.
This application does not necessarily specify the shape and manufacturing method of a cylindrical body or an annular body. These cylindrical bodies and annular bodies are within the technical scope of the present application as long as the tunnel strut is penetrated and the covering material is stably fixed.
Therefore, the thing which tied the tunnel support | pillar with the string so that insertion was possible is also defined as an annular body in this application.
Further, providing a notch portion and penetrating the tunnel strut through the portion like a skewer is within the technical scope of the present application because it is the same technical idea in the function of stably fixing the covering material to the strut.
In addition, the cylindrical body, the annular body, and the cut portion provided at both ends of the periphery of the covering material are for the covering body to more completely prevent wind and the like from being curled and wound up, and this portion has some weight. It is only necessary that the presser bar or the like (8) can penetrate.
Examples of the material of the covering material include a woven fabric, a non-woven fabric, and a resin sheet such as a vinyl sheet.
In addition, these may use materials suitable for purposes such as heat retention, breathability, reflectivity, windproof, insectproof, birdproof, etc. Therefore, the materials, weaving methods and functions used in the present application are also particularly limited. Not what you want. What is necessary is just to select plain weave, a lace, a mesh, glossiness, etc. suitably according to the crop to cultivate and the objective.
In order to apply a line to the covering material, yarns of different colors from the fabric may be woven in the vertical and horizontal directions, or printing or the like may be performed. Further, the line is for easily providing the cylindrical body, the annular body, and the cut portion at a fixed position of the covering material, and may be appropriately provided at equal intervals according to the purpose.
The following remarkable effects are produced by the tunnel coating method and the coating material of the present invention.
1. Since the tunnel struts are passed through and fixed to the covering material of the present invention at equal intervals, when the covering material is installed, if the struts are inserted one by one into the ground while being stretched, the covering is covered. The material is erected in a tightly stretched state. Accordingly, the construction work has conventionally been carried out by two people in six steps, but the present invention can be carried out in two to three steps by one person, and there are significant advantages such as improved work efficiency and a beautiful finish without slack. .
2. Since the cylindrical body or annular body provided in the covering material slides on the tunnel post, the covering material can be easily lifted and opened to allow for maintenance and harvesting of the crop, and if the covering material is lowered to the original state It is very convenient for the cultivation of crops because it can be easily covered.
3. Since the cylindrical body, the annular body, or the cut portion provided in the covering material is penetrated to the lower part of the tunnel post, the covering material is not easily wound up or blown by the wind and is stable.
4. Conventionally, it was necessary to set two tunnel struts at the lower part (7) and the upper part (71) of the covering material, but with this covering material, it is not necessary to set at the upper part.
5. In the conventional method as shown in FIG. 16, loosening occurs when the covering material is installed, so that both ends in the longitudinal direction are tied and tied to the pile, but the necessity is eliminated.
6. If a cylindrical body or an annular body that inserts the presser bar is provided at both ends in the width direction of the covering material, it is possible to more completely prevent winding and winding by simply inserting the presser bar into the part. . There is no need to put soil as before.
7. It is very convenient to apply a line vertically and horizontally to the covering material at equal intervals, because a cylindrical body, an annular body or a cut portion can be provided on this line without measurement.
