Abstract
【解決手段】バルブ装置10は、高温になると開弁して高圧タンク12のガスを外部に放出する溶栓弁機能とともに、手動により開弁して高圧タンク12のガスを外部に放出する手動弁機能を含む溶栓弁34を備えている。これにより、溶栓弁と手動圧抜き弁という2種のバルブを別個に設ける必要がなくなり、さらに、流入通路18と流出通路20とを連通する連通路をなくすことができる。その結果、バルブ装置10は、従来のバルブ装置より小型化が可能になる。

Claims (6)
- 高圧タンクに取り付けられ、高圧タンクにガスを流入させる流入通路と、高圧タンクからガスを流出させる流出通路と、高圧タンクからガスを外部に放出させる放出通路と、放出通路に配置される溶栓弁とを備え、
溶栓弁は、
所定温度を超えると溶解する溶栓部と、
周囲より窪んだ窪み部が形成された側面を含み、軸方向に付勢されて溶栓部を押圧するピンと、
放出通路内にスライド可能に嵌りこの通路を封止するとともに、高圧タンク側の放出通路内のガス圧に付勢され前記ピンの側面に当接する弁体と、
手動によりピンの側面における弁体との接触部を窪み部に移動させる手動移動手段と、
を有し、
溶栓弁機能時には、溶栓部が溶解することにより、この溶解で空いた空間にピンが移動し、ピンの移動により空いた空間に弁体が移動することにより開弁して、放出通路が外部に連通し、
手動弁機能時には、手動移動手段でピンの側面における弁体との接触部を窪み部に移動させることにより、弁体が窪み部の内側に向かい移動して開弁し、放出通路が外部に連通する、
ことを特徴とする車両用高圧タンクのバルブ装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両用高圧タンクのバルブ装置において、
窪み部は、周囲から徐々に窪むように形成されており、
手動移動手段による接触部の移動量を調整することにより、弁体が窪み部の内側に向かう移動量が調整されて、弁開度を調整することができる、
ことを特徴とする車両用高圧タンクのバルブ装置。 - 請求項2に記載の車両用高圧タンクのバルブ装置において、
接触部は、ピンの側面を周方向に沿って移動可能であり、
手動移動手段はピンを周方向に回動させることにより、接触部を窪み部に移動させ、溶栓弁を手動弁として機能させることができる、
ことを特徴とする車両用高圧タンクのバルブ装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の車両用高圧タンクのバルブ装置において、
ピンまたは溶栓部は、手動移動手段に係合する係合部を有し、
手動移動手段は係合部に係合して、ピンを周方向に回動させる、
ことを特徴とする車両用高圧タンクのバルブ装置。 - 請求項2に記載の車両用高圧タンクのバルブ装置において、
接触部は、ピンの側面を軸方向に沿って移動可能であり、
手動移動手段はピンを軸方向に移動させることにより、接触部を窪み部に移動させ、溶栓弁を手動弁として機能させることができる、
ことを特徴とする車両用高圧タンクのバルブ装置。 - 請求項5に記載の車両用高圧タンクのバルブ装置において、
溶栓弁は、
ハウジングと、
ピンと溶栓部を収容し、ハウジングにねじ結合されピンの軸方向に進退可能な本体部と、
を有し、
本体部は、手動移動手段に係合する係合部を有し、
手動移動手段は係合部に係合して、本体部をハウジングに対して回動させることにより、ピンを軸方向に移動させる、
ことを特徴とする車両用高圧タンクのバルブ装置。
