Abstract
【解決手段】特定の元素相対比率のカリウム、セシウム、セリウム、クロム、コバルト、ニッケル、鉄、ビスマス及びモリブデンを含む触媒酸化物の複合体を含み、マンガン及び亜鉛を実質的に含まない触媒組成物を用いる。この触媒は、プロピレン、イソブチレン及びこれらの混合物からなる群より選択されるオレフィンを、気相中で、高められた温度及び圧力にて、アクリロニトリル、メタクリロニトリル及びこれらの混合物にそれぞれアンモ酸化するプロセスに有用である。

Description
[発明の概要]
本発明は、プロピレン及び/又はイソブチレンをアクリロニトリル及び/又はメタクリロニトリルにそれぞれアンモ酸化するための改良された触媒及びプロセスに関する。
一実施形態において、本発明は、カリウム、セシウム、セリウム、クロム、コバルト、ニッケル、鉄、ビスマス、モリブデンを含み、これらの元素の相対比率が下記一般式:

XはP、Sb、Te、B、Ge、W、Mg、希土類元素又はこれらの混合物であり、
aは約0〜約1であり、
bは約0.01〜約1であり、
cは約0.01〜約1であり、
dは約0.01〜約3であり、
eは約0.01〜約2であり、
fは約0.01〜約10であり、
gは約0.1〜約10であり、
hは約0〜約3であり、
iは約0.1〜約4であり、
jは約0.05〜約4であり、
xは存在する他の元素の原子価要求により決定される数である)
で表される触媒酸化物の複合体を含み、マンガン及び亜鉛を実質的に含まない触媒である。
[発明の詳細な説明]
本発明は、プロピレン、イソブチレン又はこれらの混合物をアクリロニトリル、メタクリロニトリル及びこれらの混合物にそれぞれ、接触アンモ酸化する際により良好な性能を呈する助触媒の特異な組み合わせ及び比率を含む新規な触媒である。
(式中、AはRb、Na、Li、Tl又はこれらの混合物であり、
XはP、Sb、Te、B、Ge、W、Ca、Mg、希土類元素又はこれらの混合物であり、
aは約0〜約1であり、
bは約0.01〜約1であり、
cは約0.01〜約1であり、
dは約0.01〜約3であり、
eは約0.01〜約2であり、
fは約0.01〜約10であり、
gは約0.1〜約10であり、
hは約0〜約4であり、
iは約0.1〜約4であり、
jは約0.05〜約4であり、
xは存在する他の元素の原子価要求により決定される数である)
で表される触媒酸化物の複合体を含み、マンガン及び亜鉛を実質的に含まないアンモ酸化触媒に関する。
本発明を説明するために、本発明の触媒並びにこれらの元素の1種以上を省略した同様の触媒もしくはアクリロニトリル製造に邪魔な元素を追加的に含む同様の触媒を調製し、次いで同様の反応条件下で評価した。これらの例は説明の目的のためだけに提供するものである。
すべての試験は、40cc流動床反応器内で行った。プロピレンを0.06WWH(すなわち、プロピレン質量/触媒質量/時間)の速度で反応器に供給した。反応器内部の圧力を10psigに維持した。反応温度は430℃であった。20時間までの安定化時間の後、反応生成物サンプルを収集した。反応器流出物を冷HCI溶液含有バブルタイプスクラバーに収集した。オフガス速度は石鹸膜計測器で測定し、オフガス組成は運転の最後に、スプリットカラムガス分析器(split column gas analyzer)を具備するガスクロマトグラフィーで決定した。回収運転の最後に、スクラバー液体全体を蒸留水で約200gに希釈した。秤量した2−ブタノンを希釈溶液の50gまでのアリコート内の内標準として用いた。2μIサンプル炎イオン化検出器及びCarbowaxカラムを具備するGC内で分析した。NH3の量は過剰の遊離HCIをNaOH溶液で滴定することにより決定した。以下の実施例は本発明の説明である。

- カリウム、セシウム、セリウム、クロム、コバルト、ニッケル、鉄、ビスマス及びモリブデンを含み、これらの元素の相対比率が下記一般式:

(式中、AはRb、Na、Li、Tl又はこれらの混合物であり、
XはP、Sb、Te、B、Ge、W、Ca、Mg、希土類元素又はこれらの混合物であり、

bは約0.01〜約1であり、
cは約0.01〜約1であり、
dは約0.01〜約3であり、
eは約0.01〜約2であり、
fは約0.01〜約10であり、
gは約0.1〜約10であり、
hは約0〜約4であり、
iは約0.1〜約4であり、
jは約0.05〜約4であり、
xは存在する他の元素の原子価要求により決定される数である)
によって表される触媒酸化物の複合体を含み、マンガン及び亜鉛を実質的に含まない触媒組成物。 - 触媒はリンを含む請求項1に記載の触媒組成物。
- 触媒はマグネシウムを含む請求項1に記載の触媒組成物。
- 触媒はマグネシウムを実質的に含まない請求項1に記載の触媒組成物。
- 触媒はルビジウムを含む請求項1に記載の触媒組成物。
- 触媒はリチウムを含む請求項1に記載の触媒組成物。
- f+gは約4〜約10である請求項1に記載の触媒組成物。
- 触媒組成物はシリカ、アルミナ、ジルコニウム、チタニア及びこれらの混合物からなる群より選択される担体を含む請求項1に記載の触媒組成物。
- 担体は触媒の30〜70wt%の間を構成する請求項8に記載の触媒組成物。
- 触媒組成物は約8nm〜約100nmの間にある平均コロイド状粒子径を有するシリカを含む請求項1に記載の触媒組成物。
- カリウム、セシウム、セリウム、クロム、コバルト、ニッケル、鉄、ビスマス及びモリブデンを含み、これらの元素の相対比率は下記一般式:
