Claims (11)
- 封着しようとする基板間に配されるように構成されたシーリング材であって、
前記封着する方向に積層された少なくとも2つの層で構成され、前記少なくとも2つの層は相異なる成分を持つ物質からなり、少なくともいずれか一つの層は、熱塑性型ガラスフリットを含むことを特徴とするシーリング材。 - 前記少なくとも2つの層は熱塑性型ガラスフリットを含み、いずれか1層のみにレーザー吸収物質がさらに含まれたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシーリング材。
- 前記少なくとも2つの層のうちいずれか一つの層は、熱塑性型ガラスフリットを含む物質で形成され、他の一つの層は、有機系樹脂を含む物質で形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシーリング材。
- 前記請求項2に記載の前記レーザー吸収物質が含まれていない層を第1シーリング層、前記レーザー吸収物質が含まれた層を第2シーリング層とし、前記請求項3に記載の前記熱塑性型ガラスフリットを含む物質で形成された層を第1シーリング層、前記有機系樹脂を含む物質で形成された層を第2シーリング層とする時、
前記第1シーリング層の厚さは、前記第2シーリング層の厚さより大きいか、または同じであることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のシーリング材。 - 前記レーザー吸収物質は、マンガン(Mn)、鉄(Fe)、バナジウム(V)、クロム(Cr)、ニッケル(Ni)、コバルト(Co)または銅(Cu)であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシーリング材。

- 前記第1シーリング層は熱塑性型ガラスフリットを含む物質で形成され、前記第2シーリング層は有機系樹脂を含む物質で形成されたことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の染料感応型太陽電池。

- 第1基板に第1電極部を形成する工程と、
前記第1基板に対向して封着されるように構成された第2基板に第2電極部を形成する工程と、
前記第1基板または前記第2基板のうちいずれか一つの基板のエッジに沿って第1シーリング層を形成する工程と、
前記第1シーリング層上に、または前記第2基板の前記第1シーリング層に対応する領域に第2シーリング層を形成する工程と、
前記第1基板と前記第2基板とを整列して封着する工程と、
前記第1基板と前記第2基板との間に電解液を注入する工程と
を含み、
前記第1シーリング層と前記第2シーリング層とは相異なる成分を持つ物質からなり、前記第1シーリング層と前記第2シーリング層のうち少なくとも前記第1シーリング層は、熱塑性型ガラスフリットを含むことを特徴とする染料感応型太陽電池の製造方法。
