Claims (22)
- 単一セル(1)がそれぞれ、温度調節効果のある温度調節装置(7)との、少なくとも間接的に熱を伝導する接触を、少なくとも1つの縁側の領域に備えている、複数の単一セル(1)から構成されたバッテリー(6)において、
該温度調節装置(7)が、該単一セル(1)の縁側の領域(3)の少なくとも一部を保持するために凹所(8)を備えていることを特徴とするバッテリー。 - 前記温度調節装置(7)が、前記各単一セル(1)のための凹所(8)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- 冷却パネルとして形成された前記温度調節装置(7)内の前記凹所(8)と前記単一セル(1)の筐体(2)との間に生じた隙間内に、熱伝導性の良好なシール剤(10)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記凹所(8)と1つの単一セル(1)の前記筐体(2)との間の溝領域に、好ましくはU字型のはめ込みピース(4)が配置されており、その半分の壁厚みが、この領域の筐体(2)の厚みと、相応するこの領域の溝の内法との差に相当することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- 双極の単一セルの場合、溝と前記筐体(2)との間に電気的に絶縁された、好ましくは良好に熱を伝導するシール剤が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- 双極の単一セルの場合、前記はめ込みピース(4)は電気的に導電性がなく、好ましくは熱伝導性が良好な材料を有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリー。
- 1つの単一セル(1)が角柱状であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- 1つの単一セル(1)が直方体状であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- 1つの単一セル(1)が直方体状であり、前記凹所(8)内に配置可能な縁側の長辺側の長さが、相応するこの縁側の短辺側の長さに対して少なくとも5倍、好ましくは少なくとも10倍、特に好ましくは少なくとも20倍であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記各単一セル(1)の前記縁側の領域(3)が、前記単一セル(1)の筐体壁の延長部として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記単一セル(1)の筐体壁、特に筐体壁の延長部が、少なくとも前記凹所(8)の領域で良好に熱を伝導するように形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- 良好に熱を伝導する隣接する単一セル(1)の筐体壁は少なくとも部分的に互いに間隔をあけており、好ましくは液体が貫流可能な貫流チャンネルを形成していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- 2つの凹所(8)の間隔が、相応する単一セル(1)の最大の厚さより大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- 2つの凹所(8)の間隔が、相応する単一セル(1)の最大厚さと、相応する付属の貫流チャンネルの内法との合計に相当することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- 1つの単一セル(1)の前記筐体(2)が、縁側で互いに接続された2つの筐体板(2.1、2.2)を備え、少なくとも1つの、流入側から見て単一セル(1)の前側にある筐体板(2.1)が延長され、この延長部(3)が少なくとも部分的に前記凹所(8)内に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- 1つの単一セル(1)の前記筐体(2)が、縁側で少なくとも間接的に互いに接続された2つの筐体板(2.1、2.2)を備え、2つの隣接する単一セル(1)の少なくとも1つの筐体板(2.1、2.2)が貫流チャンネルの形成のためのスペーサ(11)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- 1つのスペーサ(11)が1つの筐体板(2.1、2.2)内に一体化されていることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のバッテリー。
- 1つのスペーサ(11)が、該当する前記筐体板(2.1、2.2)から打ち出された、又は押し出された材料隆起部及び/又は突出部及び/又は突起部であることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記バッテリー(6)が1つのバッテリーボックスを備え、前記単一セル(1)が液体の貫流可能なバッテリーボックス内に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- 液体が少なくとも間接的に熱を伝導するように、好ましくは自動車の、特に好ましくは乗用車の、エアコンディショナの熱伝導媒体と接続していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- 液体と熱伝導媒体との熱交換のために熱交換器が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- 金属筐体(2)が少なくとも局部的に厚く形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
