Abstract
Description
本発明は、少なくとも1つの金属酸化物、金属水酸化物および/または金属酸化水酸化物の表面改質ナノ粒状粒子ならびにこれらの粒子の水性懸濁液の製造法に関する。さらに本発明は、これらの方法に従って得られる、少なくとも1つの金属酸化物、金属水酸化物および/または金属酸化水酸化物の表面改質ナノ粒状粒子およびこれらの粒子の水性懸濁液ならびに化粧品日焼け止め配合物のための、プラスチック中での安定剤としての、および抗菌作用物質としてのそれらの使用に関する。
a)水および上記金属の少なくとも1つの金属塩とからの溶液(溶液1)と、水および少なくとも1つの強塩基とからの溶液(溶液2)を製造する工程、その際、2つの溶液1および2の少なくとも1つがポリアクリレートを含有する、
b)工程a)で製造された溶液1および2を、0〜120℃の範囲内の温度で混合する工程、その際、表面改質ナノ粒状粒子が発生し、かつ水性懸濁液の形成下で溶液から沈殿する、
c)表面改質ナノ粒状粒子を、工程b)で得られた水性懸濁液から分離する工程、および
d)工程c)で得られた表面改質ナノ粒状粒子を乾燥する工程
を包含する。
n・c(Mn+)=c(OH-)
[式中、cは濃度であり、かつMn+は原子価nを有する少なくとも1つの金属イオンである]に従うように選択される。例えば、0.2モル/lの二価金属イオンの濃度を有する溶液1の場合、好ましくは0.4モル/lのヒドロキシルイオン濃度を有する溶液2が使用される。
a)水および上記金属の少なくとも1つの金属塩とからの溶液(溶液1)と、水および少なくとも1つの強塩基とからの溶液(溶液2)を製造する工程、その際、2つの溶液1および2の少なくとも1つがポリアクリレートを含有する、
b)工程a)で製造された溶液1および2を、0〜120℃の範囲内の温度で混合する工程、その際、表面改質ナノ粒状粒子が発生し、かつ水性懸濁液の形成下で溶液から沈殿する、
c)場合により、形成された水性懸濁液を濃縮し、かつ/または副生成物を分離する工程
を包含する。
Sokalan(R) PA 15(ポリアクリル酸ナトリウム)の存在下でのナノ粒状酸化亜鉛の不連続的な製造
まず2つの水溶液1および2を製造した。溶液1は、1リットル当たり塩化亜鉛54.52gを含有し、かつ0.4モル/lの亜鉛イオン濃度を有していた。
Sokalan(R) PA 15の存在下でのナノ粒状酸化亜鉛の連続的な製造
8lの全体積を有するガラス反応器中に、水5lを25℃の温度で加え、かつ、これを250rpmの回転速度で攪拌した。さらに攪拌しながら、実施例1からの溶液1および2を二つのHPLCポンプ(Knauer社、K 1800型、ポンプヘッド 500ml/分)を用いて、2つの別個の導入管を介して水装入物中にそのつど0.48l/分の計量供給速度で連続的に計量供給した。その際、ガラス反応器中で白色懸濁液が形成した。同時にガラス反応器から上昇管を介して歯車ポンプ(Gather Industrie GmbH社、D−40822 Mettnann在)を用いて、0.96l/分の懸濁液流をポンプにより排出し、かつ後接続された熱交換器中で1分以内に85℃の温度に加熱した。引き続き、得られた懸濁液は第二の熱交換器を貫流し、該熱交換器中で懸濁液を、さらに30秒間85℃に保った。その後、懸濁液は続けて第三のおよび第四の熱交換器を貫流し、該熱交換器中で懸濁液を数分内で室温に冷却した。
Sokalan(R) PA 18 PNの存在下でのナノ粒状酸化亜鉛の連続的な製造
まず2つの水溶液1および2を製造した。溶液1は、1リットル当たり塩化亜鉛54.52gを含有し、かつ0.4モル/lの亜鉛イオン濃度を有していた。
Sokalan(R) PA 20の存在下でのナノ粒状酸化亜鉛の連続的な製造
まず2つの水溶液1および2を製造した。溶液1は、1リットル当たり塩化亜鉛54.52gを含有し、かつ0.4モル/lの亜鉛イオン濃度を有していた。
Sokalan(R) PA 30 PNの存在下でのナノ粒状酸化亜鉛の連続的な製造
まず2つの水溶液1および2を製造した。溶液1は、1リットル当たり塩化亜鉛54.52gを含有し、かつ0.4モル/lの亜鉛イオン濃度を有していた。
Sokalan(R) PA 30 PNの存在下でのナノ粒状酸化亜鉛の連続的な製造
まず2つの水溶液1および2を製造した。溶液1は、1リットル当たり塩化亜鉛27.26gを含有し、かつ0.2モル/lの亜鉛イオン濃度を有していた。
Claims (21)
- 少なくとも1つの金属酸化物、金属水酸化物および/または金属酸化水酸化物の表面改質ナノ粒状粒子の製造法であって、その際、金属が、アルミニウム、マグネシウム、セリウム、鉄、マンガン、コバルト、ニッケル、銅、チタン、亜鉛およびジルコニウムから成る群から選択されている製造法において、以下の工程
a)水および前記金属の少なくとも1つの金属塩とからの溶液(溶液1)と、水および少なくとも1つの強塩基とからの溶液(溶液2)を製造する工程、その際、2つの溶液1および2の少なくとも1つがポリアクリレートを含有する、
b)工程a)で製造した溶液1および2を、0〜120℃の範囲内の温度で混合する工程、その際、表面改質ナノ粒状粒子が発生し、かつ水性懸濁液の形成下で溶液から沈殿する、
c)表面改質ナノ粒状粒子を、工程b)で得た水性懸濁液から分離する工程、および
d)工程c)で得た表面改質ナノ粒状粒子を乾燥する工程
を包含することを特徴とする製造法。 - 前記金属塩が、塩化亜鉛、硝酸亜鉛、酢酸亜鉛または四塩化チタンであることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記強塩基が、アルカリ金属水酸化物、アルカリ土類金属水酸化物またはアンモニアであることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記ポリアクリレートが、少なくとも1つのα,β−不飽和カルボン酸20〜100モル%を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ポリアクリレートが、800〜250000g/モルの範囲内の分子量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 方法工程a)〜d)の少なくとも1つを連続的に実施することを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法に従って得られる、少なくとも1つの金属酸化物、金属水酸化物および/または金属酸化水酸化物の表面改質ナノ粒状粒子であって、その際、金属が、アルミニウム、マグネシウム、セリウム、鉄、マンガン、コバルト、ニッケル、銅、チタン、亜鉛およびジルコニウムから成る群から選択されており、かつ表面改質部が、25〜500m2/gの範囲内のBET表面積を有する、少なくとも1つのポリアクリレートによるコーティングを包含する表面改質ナノ粒状粒子。
- 10〜200nmの直径を有する請求項7記載の表面改質ナノ粒状粒子。
- 請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法に従って得られる、少なくとも1つの金属酸化物、金属水酸化物および/または金属酸化水酸化物の表面改質ナノ粒状粒子の、化粧品日焼け止め配合物中でのUV保護剤としての、プラスチック中での安定剤としての、または抗菌作用物質としての使用。
- 前記粒子が酸化亜鉛または二酸化チタンを包含する、請求項9記載の表面改質ナノ粒状粒子の使用。
- 少なくとも1つの金属酸化物、金属水酸化物および/または金属酸化水酸化物の表面改質ナノ粒状粒子の水性懸濁液の製造法であって、その際、金属が、アルミニウム、マグネシウム、セリウム、鉄、マンガン、コバルト、ニッケル、銅、チタン、亜鉛およびジルコニウムから成る群から選択されている製造法において、以下の工程
a)水および上記金属の少なくとも1つの金属塩とからの溶液(溶液1)と、水および少なくとも1つの強塩基とからの溶液(溶液2)を製造する工程、その際、2つの溶液1および2の少なくとも1つがポリアクリレートを含有する、
b)工程a)で製造した溶液1および2を、0〜120℃の範囲内の温度で混合する工程、その際、表面改質ナノ粒状粒子が発生し、かつ水性懸濁液の形成下で溶液から沈殿する、
c)場合により、形成された水性懸濁液を濃縮し、かつ/または副生成物を分離する工程
を包含することを特徴とする製造法。 - 前記金属塩が、塩化亜鉛、硝酸亜鉛、酢酸亜鉛または四塩化チタンであることを特徴とする、請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記強塩基が、アルカリ金属水酸化物、アルカリ土類金属水酸化物またはアンモニアであることを特徴とする、請求項11または12記載の方法。
- 前記ポリアクリレートが、少なくとも1つのα,β−不飽和カルボン酸20〜100モル%を含有することを特徴とする、請求項11から13までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ポリアクリレートが、800〜250000g/モルの範囲内の分子量を有することを特徴とする、請求項11から14までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 方法工程a)〜c)の少なくとも1つを連続的に実施することを特徴とする、請求項11から15までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 請求項11から16までのいずれか1項記載の方法に従って得られる、少なくとも1つの金属酸化物、金属水酸化物および/または金属酸化水酸化物の表面改質ナノ粒状粒子の水性懸濁液であって、その際、金属が、アルミニウム、マグネシウム、セリウム、鉄、マンガン、コバルト、ニッケル、銅、チタン、亜鉛およびジルコニウムから成る群から選択されており、かつ表面改質部が、少なくとも1つのポリアクリレートによるコーティングを包含する表面改質ナノ粒状粒子の水性懸濁液。
- 前記粒子が10〜200nmの直径を有する、請求項17記載の水性懸濁液。
- 前記ポリアクリレートがポリアクリル酸である、請求項17または18記載の水性懸濁液。
- 請求項11から16までのいずれか1項記載の方法に従って得られる、少なくとも1つの金属酸化物、金属水酸化物および/または金属酸化水酸化物の表面改質ナノ粒状粒子の水性懸濁液の、化粧品日焼け止め配合物中でのUV保護剤としての、プラスチック中での安定剤としての、または抗菌作用物質としての使用。
- 前記粒子が酸化亜鉛または二酸化チタンを包含する、請求項20記載の水性懸濁液の使用。
