Claims (26)
- 少なくとも1つの延伸フィルム(40)と少なくとも1つの障壁層(30)を有する、多層ラミネートの製造方法で、特に管状包装の製造方法であって、該方法は
シール可能な2つの外フィルム(40)で、そのうち少なくとも1つは延伸外フィルム(40)である該外フィルムを提供する工程と、
2つの該外フィルム(40)の間に、障壁層の素材を含み、少なくとも3層からなり、障壁包含押出し結合層(60)の形態である押出し物(60)を押出す工程とからなり、
更に、該障壁包含押出し結合層(60)は、各該外フィルム(40)にそれぞれ直接に貼合される2つの外層(10)によって挟着されていることを特徴とする方法。 - 2つの延伸フィルム(40)と少なくとも1つの障壁層(30)を有する、多層ラミネートの製造方法で、特に管状包装の製造方法であって、該方法は
シール可能な2つの延伸外フィルム(40)を提供する工程と、
2つの外フィルム(40)の間に、障壁層の素材を含み、少なくとも3層からなり、障壁包含押出し結合層(60)の形態である押出し物(60)を押出す工程とからなり、
更に、該障壁包含押出し結合層(60)は、各該外フィルム(40)にそれぞれ直接に貼合される2つの外層(10)によって挟着されていることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記延伸フィルム(40)として、一軸延伸又は二軸延伸フィルム(40)が使用されることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記障壁層(30)は、前記障壁包含押出し結合層(60)の2つの前記外層(10)の間に配置されており、更に該外層(10)と共に共押出しされることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 接着促進層(20)が、少なくとも1つの前記外層(10)と前記障壁層(30)の間に配置されており、更に該外層(10)と該障壁層(30)と共に共押出しされることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記障壁包含押出し結合層(60)は、押出されて、前記障壁層に対して対称に構成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記外層(10)は複層、特に2層の構造で形成できることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 障壁包含押出し結合層(60)は、一回の工程で共押出しされ、共押出しの直後、外フィルム(40)と当接され、加圧と加熱によって、特に押出し工程で生じる熱によって接合されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記当接速度は50m/分と250m/分の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記加圧は5×104Pa(=0.5バール)から4×105Pa(=4バール)の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 追加層(50)が、少なくとも1つの前記外フィルム(40)の外側に被覆され、更にその上に押出されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至10の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記延伸外フィルム(40)として、シール可能フィルム、特に共押出しシール可能フィルムを使用することを特徴とする請求項1乃至11の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの延伸フィルム(40)と少なくとも1つの障壁層(30)を有する薄い多層ラミネートであって、シール可能な2つの外フィルム(40)の間に、障壁包含結合層(60)の形態であり障壁層の素材を含む押出し物(60)を配置し、該押出し物(60)は、一回の押出し工程により、該各外フィルム(40)にそれぞれ直接貼合される2つの外層(10)によって挟着されており、少なくとも1つの外フィルム(40)は延伸外フィルム(40)であることを特徴とする多層ラミネート。
- 2つの延伸シール可能外フィルム(40)と少なくとも1つの障壁層(30)を有する薄い多層ラミネートであって、該外フィルム(40)の間に、障壁包含結合層(60)の形態であり該障壁層の素材を含む押出し物(60)が一度の押出し工程により配置され、該各外フィルム(40)にそれぞれ直接貼合される2つの外層(10)によって挟着されていることを特徴とする多層ラミネート。
- 前記延伸フィルム(40)は一軸延伸又は二軸延伸フィルム(40)であることを特徴とする請求項16又は請求項17に記載の多層ラミネート。
- 前記障壁層(30)は前記障壁包含押出し結合層(60)の2つの前記外層(10)の間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項16乃至18の何れか1項に記載の多層ラミネート。
- 接着促進層(20)が少なくとも1つの前記外層(10)と前記障壁層(30)の間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項16乃至19の何れか1項に記載の多層ラミネート。
- 前記障壁包含押出し結合層(60)は前記障壁層に対して対称に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項16乃至20の何れか1項に記載の多層ラミネート。
- 前記外層(10)は複層であり、特には2層であることを特徴とする請求項16乃至21の何れか1項に記載の多層ラミネート。
- 追加層(50)が少なくともひとつの外フィルム(40)の外側に被覆されることを特徴とする請求項16乃至22の何れか1項に記載の多層ラミネート。
- 前記延伸外フィルム(40)は少なくとも1つのシール可能な表面薄層を有する共押出しフィルムであることを特徴とする請求項16乃至23の何れか1項に記載の多層ラミネート。
