Claims (7)
- 物体(3)を全ての方向に位置決めするデバイス(2)であって、前記物体は、位置決めデバイス(2)の3つの支持点(P,P’,P”)で支持され、重力によって保持される、球状ドームの形状の部分を少なくとも有しており、位置決めデバイスには、前記物体を回転駆動する駆動手段が含まれ、前記3つの支持点によって形成される三角形内に任意の位置または向きの前記物体の重心があり、前記駆動手段は、ホイールなどの駆動部材(20,21,22)を含み、前記球状ドームの外部表面との前記駆動部材の接触部は、位置決めデバイスの前記3つの支持点のうちの1つを形成し、前記駆動部材は、位置決めデバイス上で前記物体を全ての方向に駆動するよう構成されており、
位置決めデバイスの前記3つの支持点のうちの他の2つの支持点は、それぞれ、ボールおよびソケット接合部(30,40)によって形成され、前記ボール(31)は、前記ボールおよびソケット接合部のハウジング(32)内で自由に回転するように設置され、それにより、前記ボールの一部が、前記ハウジングの開口を通して露出して、前記球状要素(3)の外部表面に接触することを特徴とする位置決めデバイス。 - 前記駆動部材(20)は、前記球状ドームの外部表面に接触して、前記ドームを回転駆動するホイール(21)であり、前記ホイールの回転軸は、前記物体の外部表面上での前記ホイールの接触点と、前記物体の球状ドーム形状部分によって規定された前記球の中心を通過する別の軸に沿って回転することができる支持体(22)の端部に搭載されて、前記ホイールによって前記物体に対して全ての方向に回転を課すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の位置決めデバイス。
- 前記ボールを収容する前記ボールおよびソケット接合部の部分は、前記ボールが空気クッションで前記ハウジング内に保持されるように、圧縮空気をもたらすノズルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の位置決めデバイス。
- 前記ホイールは、プーリの円形溝内にゴム・リングを有する、プーリの形態をとることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の位置決めデバイス。
- 空気圧モータ(23)は、前記駆動部材の前記ホイールに近接して前記支持体上に搭載されて、前記ホイールを前記ホイールの回転軸の周りに回転するように駆動することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の位置決めデバイス。
- 前記物体は、前記3つの支持点(P,P’,P”)上に配列された球状要素(3)であり、前記3つの支持点上での前記球状要素の重量を増すために、さらなる圧力ボールおよびソケット接合部が、前記球状要素の上で、かつ、接触して設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の位置決めデバイス。
- 前記さらなる圧力ボールおよびソケット接合部は、圧縮空気パイプ内で摺動して、前記球状要素に対して一定の力を生成するボールを含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の位置決めデバイス。
