Abstract
【解決手段】ドアトリム60をドアインナーパネル62に向けて押圧すると、係止爪が取付孔64の孔縁部64Aに係止されることで、脚部16がドアインナーパネル62に固定される。さらに、フランジ部材14の外周縁46がドアインナーパネル62に当り、フランジ部材14は第1円盤部20によりドアインナーパネル62へ向って押圧される。そして、フランジ部材14に形成された板片52が、脚部16に形成された凸部40へ当って弾性変形して撓み、板片52が、凸部40を乗り越えると板片52は、弾性復帰する。このように、ドアトリム60をドアインナーパネル62に取り付けたときに、板片52が凸部40を乗り越えて弾性復帰することで、作業者がクリック感(節度感)を得ることができる。

Description
図7に示されるように、本実施形態に係る締結具10は、被取付部材としてのドアインナーパネル62(図4参照)に取り付けられる本体部材12と、この本体部材12に取り付けられるフランジ部材14を備えている。
図7に示されるように、第1円盤部20と係止爪30の間であって、脚部16の周面16Aには、凸状の凸部40が、前述したガイド部34を挟むように設けられている。
図8に示されるように、フランジ部材14の挿通口50に本体部材12の脚部16を挿通させる場合には、脚部16から突設するガイド部34にフランジ部材14の凹部56をガイドさせ、フランジ部材14の挿通口50へ脚部16を挿通させる。そして、フランジ部材14の挿通口50に形成された板片52が、凸部40を乗り超えない位置に、フランジ部材14を仮止めする。

Claims (4)
- 被取付部材に形成された取付孔に挿入される脚部と、前記脚部の周面に設けられ、前記取付孔の孔縁部に係止される複数個の係止爪と、前記脚部の端部に設けられ、前記被取付部材に取り付けられる取付部材が固定される固定部と、前記脚部の周面に設けられる節度部と、を備える本体部材と、
前記本体部材に備えられた前記脚部に挿通されると共に、前記脚部が前記被取付部材に形成された取付孔に挿入されて前記取付部材が前記被取付部材に取り付けられると、前記被取付部材へ押圧されるフランジ部材と、
前記フランジ部材に形成され、前記フランジ部材が前記被取付部材へ押圧されると前記節度部を乗り越える乗越部と、
を備えた締結具。 - 前記節度部は、前記脚部が前記被取付部材の取付孔に挿入されても、前記被取付部材に当接しない位置に設けられる請求項1に記載の締結具。
- 前記節度部は、前記脚部の周面から突出する凸部であって、
前記乗越部は、前記フランジ部材の挿通口の口縁から中心側へ延び、前記凸部を乗り越える板片である請求項1又は2に記載の締結具。 - 前記脚部に挿通される前記フランジ部をガイドするガイド部が前記脚部の長さ方向に延びて前記脚部の周面に突設して設けられ、
前記フランジ部材には、一対の前記板片が設けられ、この一対の前記板片の間に前記ガイド部にガイドされる凹部が形成される請求項3に記載の締結具。
