Description

The present invention relates to a package that can be displayed in a standing manner, for example, a horizontal bag making and filling machine that provides a package in which an article such as a rice ball is packaged, and a rice ball package obtained by the horizontal bag making and filling machine. .

Articles are supplied into a cylindrical film obtained by forming a strip-like film drawn from a film supply source by bag making means, and end sealing is applied to the cylindrical film with a pair of sealing bodies at the front and rear positions of the article in the cylindrical film. In addition, there is disclosed a horizontal bag making and filling machine that provides a package in which a tubular film is cut with a knife and an ear portion, which is an end-sealed portion, is bent by blowing compressed air. According to this horizontal bag making and filling machine, since the ear portion functions as a beam at the bottom portion of the bag in the package, the shape retaining property of the bottom portion is increased and the self-supporting stability is improved (Patent Document 1).

Japanese Patent No. 4164749

However, when the gusset is formed on the side of the bag, if the boundary between the bottom and the side of the bag is round, the gusset cannot be formed properly, so the shape around the bottom of the bag is stable. Without it, the appearance of the package will be deteriorated. Such a poorly packaged product is particularly noticeable when the same type of packaged product is stood up and displayed, reducing the consumer's willingness to purchase.

The present invention wraps with a crease for forming a square bottom at the bottom of the bag of the package so as not to deteriorate the appearance of the package when the package packaged with items such as rice balls is stood and displayed. In the horizontal bag making and filling machine according to the first aspect of the present invention, the belt-like film 3 drawn out from the film supply source 1 is formed into a cylindrical shape by the bag making means 2, and the obtained cylindrical film 11 is provided at predetermined intervals. An end seal is applied between the articles 13 supplied to the package 13 and gussets 36 and 37 are formed on the end seal portions to obtain the package body 17. The amount adjustment means 8 and the brazing means 6 Bending means 31. The sag amount adjusting means 8 is provided in the film transport path from the film supply source 1 to the bag making means 2. The brazing means 6 is disposed on the upstream side of the amount adjusting means 8 and sandwiches the belt-like film 3 by the brazing members 25 and 26 made of angled teeth and valley-shaped teeth extending in the width direction of the belt-like film 3. The folding bar 39a is attached so that the bottom 39 of the bag 38 of the package 17 becomes a square bottom. The bending means 31 bends the portion where the end seal is applied in a direction along the bottom 39 of the bag 38. While the belt-like film 3 is continuously transported downstream from the punching amount adjusting means 8, the belt-like film 3 is sandwiched while the transport of the belt-like film 3 is temporarily stopped upstream from the punching amount adjusting means 8. The brazing means 6 is operated so as to attach the folding bar 39a.

In the invention of claim 2 premised on the invention of claim 1, first detection means 5 for detecting a registration mark of the belt-like film 3 upstream of the sag amount adjusting means 8, and the sag amount adjusting means 8. A second detection means 9 for detecting a registration mark of the belt-like film 3 on the downstream side, and a state in which the transport of the belt-like film 3 on the upstream side is temporarily stopped based on the detection output by the first detection means 5 Then, the brazing unit 6 is operated, and the film transport position is adjusted on the downstream side based on the detection output of the second detection unit 9.

In the horizontal bag making and filling machine according to the invention of claim 3, the belt-like film 3 drawn from the film supply source 1 is formed into a cylindrical shape by the bag making means 2, and the obtained cylindrical film 11 is provided at predetermined intervals. The package 17 can be obtained by performing end sealing between the articles 13 supplied to the bag 13, and the amount adjustment means 8 provided in the film conveyance path from the film supply source 1 to the bag making means 2, A banding means 6 for attaching a fold 39a to the belt-like film 3 whose conveyance has been temporarily stopped on the upstream side from the amount adjusting means 8, and a registration mark on the belt-like film 3 is detected on the upstream side of the punching amount adjusting means 8. First detecting means 5 for detecting the registration mark of the belt-like film 3 on the downstream side of the amount adjusting means 8 for adjusting the amount of slippage. Based on the detection output from the second detection means 9, the transport position of the film that is continuously conveyed downstream from the sag amount adjusting means 8 is adjusted, and the wrinkle is adjusted based on the detection output from the first detection means 5. The attaching means 6 is activated.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention based on any one of the first to third aspects of the present invention, an operating state detecting means for detecting an operating state of the boring amount adjusting means 8 is provided. After the crease is attached by the means 6, while the transport of the belt-like film 3 is resumed on the upstream side of the punching amount adjusting means 8, the operating state detection means 23 causes the belt-like film 3 on the film transport path to be When it is detected that the amount of sag is small, the transport speed of the upstream strip film 3 being transported slower than the transport speed of the strip film 3 downstream from the sag amount adjusting means 8 is increased, Increase the amount of drilling.

In the invention of claim 5, which presupposes any one of the inventions of claims 1 to 4, a first feed roller 7 and a second feed roller 10 for feeding the belt-like film 3 are arranged in the film transport path. The strip film 3 on the upstream side of the punching amount adjusting means 8 is conveyed by the first feeding roller 7, and the strip film 3 on the downstream side of the punching amount adjusting means 8 is continuously transported by the second feeding roller 10. The

Invention of Claim 6 is the rice ball package body 17 obtained by packaging a rice ball with the horizontal bag-making filling machine as described in any one of Claims 1-5.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, a slip amount adjusting means is provided in the film transport path from the film supply source to the bag making means, and the belt-like film is continuously transported downstream from the slip amount adjusting means for continuous operation. On the other hand, it is possible to temporarily stop the conveyance of the belt-shaped film on the upstream side of the amount adjusting means and to attach the creases to the belt-shaped film with the brazing device. Accordingly, the cylindrical film can be reliably folded at the position where the crease is attached, and a square bottom is formed at the bottom of the bag of the packaging body, which is less likely to be displaced. When it does, the fall of the appearance of a package can be suppressed.

Further, the bending means makes it easy to fold and display the package body in which the article is wrapped in order to easily fold the portion where the end seal is applied in a direction along the bottom of the bag.
In the invention of claim 2, since the means for detecting the registration mark is provided separately for the upstream side and the downstream side of the bouncing amount adjusting means, the application of the folding fold can be carried out with high accuracy without misalignment, and Also, the film transport position alignment is not adversely affected by the operation of folding.

In the invention of claim 3, a slip amount adjusting means is provided in the film transport path from the film supply source to the bag making means, and the belt-like film is continuously transported downstream from the slip amount adjusting means for continuous operation.

Further, since the registration mark of the belt-like film is detected by the first detection means upstream from the amount adjusting means, and the transport of the belt-like film on the upstream side is temporarily stopped, one package portion divided by the registration mark is used. Each band-shaped film can be creased. Further, since the registration mark of the belt-like film is detected by the second detection means on the downstream side from the amount adjusting means, and the film transport position is adjusted on the downstream side, the belt-like film for one package divided by the registration mark. A process such as an end seal can be performed every time.

In the invention of claim 4, since an appropriate film tension can be maintained, it is possible to reliably attach the crease in a state where the transport of the belt-like film on the upstream side from the amount adjusting means is temporarily stopped, and in the downstream The strip film can be continuously conveyed on the side.

According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the conveyance of the belt-like film is stopped upstream of the punching amount adjusting means, the feeding speed of the belt-like film can be increased by driving control of the first feeding roller, and the position of the folding fold can be made constant. The belt-like film can be continuously conveyed by the drive control of the second feeding roller on the downstream side of the means.

In the invention of claim 6, the rice ball packaging body capable of suppressing deterioration in appearance when standing and displaying can be continuously obtained by the horizontal bag making and filling machine.

(A) is a figure which shows the schematic structure of the whole horizontal bag making filling machine, (b) is a figure which shows the end seal mechanism which is a part. (A) and (b) are perspective views which show the external appearance of a package, respectively.

As schematically shown in FIG. 1 (a), in a horizontal bag making and filling machine, a strip-like film 3 drawn from the film supply source 1 is guided in a film conveyance path from the film supply source 1 to the bag making means 2. The first feeding means in which the guide roller 4 is press-contacted by the roller 4 through the first detection means 5 (first registration mark sensor capable of detecting registration marks printed on the belt-like film 3 at regular intervals) and the brazing means 6. After being fed to the roller 7, it reaches the sag amount adjusting means 8, and further from the sag amount adjusting means 8 to the guide roller 4 and the second detecting means 9 (registration marks printed on the belt-like film 3 at a predetermined interval can be detected. 2 registration mark sensor), the guide roller 4 is fed to the second feeding roller 10 in pressure contact, and then guided to the bag making means 2 through the guide roller 4. Thereafter, the cylindrical film 11 obtained by being formed into a cylindrical shape by the bag making means 2 is subjected to vertical sealing by the vertical sealing mechanism 12, and the articles 13 are placed in the cylindrical film 11 by the supply conveyor 14 at a predetermined interval. The cylindrical film 11 supplied every time and the articles 13 are supplied to the end seal mechanism 16 by the conveying conveyor 15, and the end seal mechanism 16 horizontally seals the end films (end seals) between the articles 13. ) And the tubular film 11 is cut, whereby a packaging body 17 (for example, a rice ball packaging body) is obtained and carried out from the discharge conveyor 18. The rotational speeds of the first feeding roller 7 and the second feeding roller 10 are controlled by driving means (not shown).

In the bouncing amount adjusting means 8, a swing center roller 20 is disposed on a rotation center 19 a of a swing arm 19 supported so as to be rotatable in the vertical direction, and at the tip of the swing arm 19. A movable roller 21 is disposed, and a fixed roller 22 is disposed above the swing center roller 20 and the movable roller 21. The belt-like film 3 drawn out from the first feeding roller 7 is sequentially wound around the movable roller 21, the fixed roller 22, and the swinging center roller 20, and pulled out from the swinging center roller 20 to the second detecting means 9 side. The swing arm 19 is pivoted up and down in order to maintain the tension of the belt-like film 3. Of the two positions in the vertical direction in which the movable roller 21 at the tip of the swing arm 19 swings, the lower position is the lower position where the tip of the swing arm 19 can be detected when swinging downward. A sensor 23 (operating state detection means) is provided, and an upper proximity sensor 24 that can detect the tip of the swing arm 19 when swinged upward is provided at the upper position. A stopper (not shown) is provided that restricts the 19 from swinging over the lower proximity sensor 23 and the upper proximity sensor 24.

In the brazing means 6 disposed in the film conveyance path between the film supply source 1 and the first feeding roller 7 on the upstream side of the movable roller 21 of the sag amount adjusting means 8, Of the pair of upper and lower brazing members 25, 26, angle teeth (not shown) extend in the width direction of the strip-shaped film 3 (direction perpendicular to the film conveying direction) at the lower edge of the upper brazing member 25. In addition, valley teeth (not shown) are formed at the upper edge of the lower brazing member 26 so as to extend in the width direction of the belt-like film 3, and the upper brazing member 25 is formed by the air cylinder 27. The chevron teeth and valley teeth move in the vertical direction and mesh with each other with the belt-like film 3 interposed therebetween. By this meshing, a linear crease (a portion that becomes the crease 39a in FIG. 2) is attached to the belt-like film 3 over the entire region in the width direction.

The first detection means 5 (first registration mark sensor) disposed in the film conveyance path between the film supply source 1 and the brazing means 6 on the upstream side of the movable roller 21 of the slip amount adjusting means 8 is provided on the belt-like film 3. When the registration mark is detected, control processing means (not shown) drives and controls the driving means (not shown) of the first feeding roller 7 and the air cylinder 27 based on the detection output. Second detection means 9 (second registration mark sensor) disposed in the film conveyance path between the amount adjustment means 8 and the second feeding roller 10 on the downstream side of the swing center roller 20 of the amount adjustment means 8. When a registration mark on the belt-like film 3 is detected, a control processing unit (not shown) drives and controls a driving unit (not shown) of the second feeding roller 10 based on the detection output. When the lower proximity sensor 23 (operating state detecting means) detects the tip of the swing arm 19 in the bouncing amount adjusting means 8, the control processing means (not shown) based on the detected output causes the first feeding roller 7 and the first feeding roller 7 to move. The driving means (not shown) of the two-feed roller 10 is driven and controlled.

In the film transport path from the film supply source 1 to the bag making means 2, the rotation of the first feeding roller 7 and the second feeding roller 10 is controlled as follows.
When the swing arm 19 swings downward and its tip is detected by the lower proximity sensor 23, the first feed roller 7 is moved to a predetermined first speed with respect to the second feed roller 10 that normally rotates at a constant speed. Rotate relatively slowly in ratio. When the first feeding roller 7 is kept rotating relatively slowly at a predetermined first speed ratio, the second feeding roller 10 starts to draw the belt-like film 3 on the film transport path. However, when the swing arm 19 starts swinging upward so as to maintain the tension of the belt-like film 3, the tip end portion is not detected by the lower proximity sensor 23. When the tip of the swing arm 19 is no longer detected by the lower proximity sensor 23, it is considered that the amount of sag of the belt-like film 3 in the film conveyance path starts to decrease, and the first feeding roller 7 is changed to the second feeding roller 10. On the other hand, the belt 2 is rotated at a predetermined second speed ratio to increase the conveying speed of the belt-like film 3 on the upstream side of the slip amount adjusting means 8. Therefore, the amount of sag of the belt-like film 3 in the film transport path is gradually increased, and accordingly, the swing arm 19 is gradually swung downward so that the tension of the belt-like film 3 is maintained, and the leading end portion is again moved. It is detected by the lower proximity sensor 23. As described above, the speed ratio of the first feeding roller 7 to the second feeding roller 10 that normally rotates at a constant speed changes depending on the presence or absence of detection by the lower proximity sensor 23, so that the swing arm 19 swings in the vertical direction. repeat. When the first detection means 5 (first registration mark sensor) detects a registration mark on the belt-like film 3 while the swinging arm 19 is repeatedly swinging, the rotation of the first feeding roller 7 is stopped.

When the air cylinder 27 of the brazing means 6 is actuated after a predetermined time T1 after the rotation of the first feeding roller 7 stops, the upper brazing member 25 is moved downward to engage the upper and lower brazing members 25, 26. At the same time, a linear crease (the portion that becomes the crease 39a in FIG. 2) is attached to the strip film 3. After a predetermined time T2 (T2> T1) after the rotation of the first feeding roller 7 is stopped, the first feeding roller 7 is restarted and rotated to resume the transport of the belt-like film 3. When the first feeding roller 7 is restarted, the speed ratio of the first feeding roller 7 with respect to the second feeding roller 10 is determined depending on whether the lower proximity sensor 23 detects the output of the first speed ratio or Although the second speed ratio is determined, the above-described first speed ratio or the second speed ratio immediately before stopping the rotation of the first feeding roller 7 may be adopted.

When the swing arm 19 is detected by the lower proximity sensor 23, the amount of sag of the belt-like film 3 in the film transport path from the film supply source 1 to the bag making means 2 is abnormally reduced, and some abnormality For this reason, the conveyance of the belt-like film 3 and the article 13 and all the operations of the vertical seal mechanism 12 and the end seal mechanism 16 are stopped. These operation stops can be released by operating a stop release switch (not shown). As described above, when the strip-shaped film 3 with the linear crease is conveyed, the appropriate position of the tubular film 11 is based on the detection output by the second detection means 9 (second registration mark sensor). The transport position of the belt-like film 3 is adjusted so that the end seal is applied to.

In the end seal mechanism 16, a pair of end sealers 28 and 29 that are heated by a built-in heater (not shown) are arranged up and down across the conveyance path of the tubular film 11, and the upper and lower end sealers 28 and 29 are The box film 11 is moved forward and backward along the conveying direction of the cylindrical film 11 and is moved away from each other and then moved back in contact with each other, and the box motion motion is repeated. A horizontal seal (end seal) is applied in the width direction by clamping, and a knife (not shown) provided in the end sealers 28 and 29 cuts the tubular film 11 along the width direction to provide an end seal. Ears 30 are formed at the portions.

In the end seal mechanism 16, bending means 31 are disposed on the end sealers 28 and 29 on the upstream side of both sides in the transport direction of the tubular film 11. In the bending means 31, of the pair of upper and lower bending members 32, 33 disposed up and down via the tubular film 11, the lower bending member 32 is attached to the lower edge of the upper bending member 32 attached to the upper end sealer 28. Is formed so that chevron teeth (not shown) extend in the width direction of the tubular film 11, and at the upper edge of the lower bent member 33 attached to the lower end sealer 29, trough teeth ( (Not shown) is formed so as to extend in the width direction of the tubular film 11, and the chevron teeth and valley teeth engage with the tubular film 11 with the box motion motion of the upper and lower end sealers 28, 29. By this meshing, a linear crease (a part that becomes the crease 30a in FIG. 2) is attached to the part of the tubular film 11 where the end seal is applied over the entire region in the width direction.

In the end seal mechanism 16, a pair of gusset forming members 34, 35 (a pair of gusset forming members 34 on both sides in the width direction) that are opposed to each other in the width direction across the conveyance path of the tubular film 11. 35, only one of them is shown). At the timing before each end sealer 28, 29 applies a lateral seal (end seal) to the tubular film 11, the pair of gusset molding members 34, 35 are close to each other from the retracted position and both sides of the tubular film 11 in the width direction. As shown in FIG. 2A, gussets 36 and 37 having different shapes are formed on both sides in the width direction of the cylindrical film 11 at the corresponding position where the end seal is applied. When the pair of gusset forming members 34 and 35 are returned to the retracted position and the upper and lower end sealers 28 and 29 are separated to release the tubular film 11, end sealing is performed as shown in FIG. The package 17 cut in this manner is quickly transferred downstream from the end seal mechanism 16 by the discharge conveyor 18 operated at high speed.

As shown in FIG. 2A, in the package 17, the gussets 36 are formed on both sides in the width direction of the bottom 39 formed on the downstream side of the bag 38, and the ears 30 are wide from the bottom 39. The gussets 37 are formed on both sides in the width direction of the head 40 formed on the upstream side of the bag 38 and the ears 30 extend from the head 40 and extend in the entire width direction. Yes. The ear portion 30 on the side of the bottom portion 39 is bent upward along the bottom portion 39 by a linear crease 30a attached over the entire region in the width direction by the upper and lower bending members 32, 33 in the bending means 31. . The bottom portion 39 of the bag 38 is squared by the gusset 36 being bent beautifully along the folding fold 39a, and between the bottom 39 and the front surface 41 of the bag 38 or the back surface opposite to the front surface 41. The boundary portion is also bent along the crease 39a to be angular. That is, the shape retaining property of the bottom 39 is enhanced by forming a square-shaped square bottom where the boundary portion with the bottom 39 is squared by the crease 39a. Furthermore, the shape retaining property of the bottom portion 39 is enhanced by the ear portion 30 bent along the bottom portion 39 functioning as a beam in the bottom portion 39. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 2B, the packaging body 17 is stably placed on the bottom 39 of the square bottom when being displayed upright, and the front surface 41 and the back surface are raised upward from the bottom 39. And maintain the form.

This embodiment has the following effects.
* The tubular film 11 can be reliably folded at the position where the folding bar 39a is attached by the folding bar 39a attached to the belt-like film 3 by the brazing members 25, 26 of the brazing means 6, and the bag of the package 17 As a result, it is possible to improve the appearance of the packaging body 17 when the packaging body 17 such as a rice ball packaging body is erected and displayed.

* Since the sag amount adjusting means 8 is provided in the film transport path from the film supply source 1 to the bag making means 2, the tension of the strip film 3 is adjusted, and the strip film 3 on the downstream side of the sag amount adjusting means 8. Are continuously conveyed to form a cylindrical film 11, and supply a product 13 into the cylindrical film 11 or apply an end seal to the cylindrical film 11. The feeding of the belt-like film 3 can be temporarily stopped upstream of the amount adjusting means 8, and the fold 39 a can be reliably attached to the belt-like film 3 by the brazing means 6.

* The folding bar 30a attached to the tubular film 11 with the folding members 32 and 33 of the folding means 31 makes it easy to bend the ear part 30 with the end seal in the direction along the bottom part 39 of the bag 38. When the packaging body 17 such as a packaging body is erected and displayed, the appearance of the packaging body 17 can be further improved.

* In the end seal mechanism 16, the upper bending member 32 of the bending means 31 is attached to the upper end sealer 28 and the lower bending member 33 of the bending means 31 is attached to the lower end sealer 29. When the end seal is applied to the tubular film 11 by the sealing mechanism 16, the folding means 30a by the folding means 31 can be attached at the same time, and it is not necessary to provide the folding means 31 separately, and the structure of the folding means 31 is simple. Become.

* Since the registration mark of the belt-like film 3 is detected by the first detection means 5 on the upstream side of the amount adjusting means 8 and the transport of the belt-like film 3 on the upstream side is temporarily stopped, the registration marks are classified by the registration mark. A fold 39a can be attached to each band-shaped film 3 for one package.

* Since the registration mark of the belt-like film 3 is detected by the second detection means 9 on the downstream side of the slip amount adjusting means 8 and the film transport position is adjusted on the downstream side, the amount of one package divided by the registration mark is adjusted. Each cylindrical film 11 can be subjected to processing such as end sealing.

* Since means (first detection means 5 and second detection means 9) for detecting registration marks are provided separately on the upstream side and the downstream side of the amount adjustment means 8, the application of the crease 39a is displaced. In addition, the film can be accurately positioned without being adversely affected by the operation of attaching the folding fold 39a.

* The operating state of the sag amount adjusting means 8 is detected by the operating state detecting means (proximity sensor 23), and the conveyance speed of the belt-like film 3 on the downstream side of the sag amount adjusting means 8 is not changed according to the detection output. Since the transport speed of the belt-like film 3 upstream of the punching amount adjusting means 8 is increased or decelerated with respect to the transport speed of the belt-like film 3 downstream of the punching amount adjusting means 8, the bag supply means from the film supply source 1 is used. The tension of the belt-like film 3 can be maintained in an appropriate state in the film transport path up to 2. Further, it is possible to enable continuous operation while transporting the belt-like film 3 at a constant transport speed on the downstream side of the amount adjusting means 8.
