Abstract
【解決手段】複数の排気ガス流路170を備えた自動車の排気ガス還流のための排気ガス熱交換器30において、(1)複数の排気ガス流路170は互いに傾き、(2)排気ガス流路170は排気ガス入口面150および/または排気ガス出口面160と直交する面に対して傾き、(3)排気ガス入口面150と直交する面と排気ガス出口面160とが互いに傾いている、以上3つの条件(1)〜(3)の少なくとも一つを備えており、断面における排気ガス流路170の密度は2.54cm2あたり100〜600個、排気ガス流路170の長さは15〜100mmであることを特徴とする排気ガス熱交換器。

Description
気流調整装置は
くは、40〜200グラムまたは40〜250グラムである。

口面650と排気ガス出口面660とに直交する面に対しても傾いている。排気ガスが排気ガス入口面650でできるだけ変動しないように、図6の下方から排気ガス熱交換器610に入ってきた排気ガスの流れを気流調整装置640に送る環状の通路690が排気ガス入口面650を囲んでいる。気流調整装置640の内部、つまり排気ガス出口面660によって形成された円筒の内部では、排気ガスが収集されて熱交換器ブロック620の熱交換流路へと送られる。さらに、排気ガス流路670が排気ガス入口面650と排気ガス出口面660とに直交する面に対して傾いているので、排気ガスの流れの偏向が達成され、それによって、一定の状況で圧力損失の低減も達成される。

Claims (19)
- 排気ガスが流れ込み、分配室および/または収集室へとつながる熱交換流路を有し、前記分配室および/または前記収集室に気流調整装置を有し、その気流調整装置は排気ガス入口面と排気ガス出口面および前記排気ガス入口面から前記排気ガス出口面へと延びる複数の排気ガス流路を備えた自動車の排気ガス還流のための排気ガス熱交換器において、
(1)前記複数の排気ガス流路は互いに傾き、(2)前記排気ガス流路は前記排気ガス入口面および/または前記排気ガス出口面と直交する面に対して傾き、(3)前記排気ガス入口面と直交する面と前記排気ガス出口面とが互いに傾いている、以上3つの条件(1) 〜(3)の少なくとも一つを備えていることを特徴とする排気ガス熱交換器。 - 請求項1において、前記気流調整装置が触媒コンバータ、特に酸化触媒またはディーゼル酸化触媒であることを特徴とする排気ガス熱交換器。
- 請求項1または2において、前記排気ガス流路、前記排気ガス入口面と直交する面および/または前記排気ガス出口面と直交する面は、前記熱交換流路のガスの主な流れの方向に対して傾いていることを特徴とする排気ガス熱交換器。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項において、前記熱交換流路が、互いに完全に分離していることを特徴とする排気ガス熱交換器。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項において、前記排気ガス流路が互いの開口で連通していることを特徴とする排気ガス熱交換器。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項において、前記排気ガス出口面が前記排気ガス入口面と同じ大きさであることを特徴とする排気ガス熱交換器。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項において、前記排気ガス出口面が前記排気ガス入口面よりも小さい、または大きいことを特徴とする排気ガス熱交換器。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項において、前記排気ガス出口面または前記排気ガス入口面が、前記熱交換流路に対向しており、特に、出口側または入口側の全ての熱交換流路を包み込んでいることを特徴とする排気ガス熱交換器。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項において、前記排気ガス入口面または前記排気ガス出口面と、前記熱交換流路との間の距離が15mm未満、好ましくは10mm未満、特に好ましくは5mm未満であることを特徴とする排気ガス熱交換器。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項において、前記排気ガス流路が直線形状であることを特徴とする排気熱ガス交換器。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項において、前記排気ガス流路が曲線形状であることを特徴とする排気熱ガス交換器。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項において、前記排気ガス入口面および/または前記排気ガス出口面は角のない丸みのある形状、特に円形であることを特徴とする排気ガス熱交換器。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項において、前記排気ガス入口面および/または前記排気ガス出口面が角を持った形状であり、特に四角形または長方形であることを特徴とする排
気ガス熱交換器。 - 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項において、前記排気ガス入口面および/または前記排気ガス出口面が曲線形状、特に円筒形であることを特徴とする排気ガス熱交換器。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか一項において、前記排気ガス入口面または前記排気ガス出口面は排気ガスのための環状の通路に囲まれていることを特徴とする排気ガス熱交換器。
- 請求項1〜15のいずれか一項において、前記分配室および/または前記収集室がディフューザーとして形成され、特に前記ディフューザーの断面を前記気流調整装置が占めていることを特徴とする排気ガス熱交換器。
- 請求項1〜16のいずれか一項において、前記熱交換流路が複数のディスクによって形成されていることを特徴とする排気ガス熱交換器。
- 請求項1〜17のいずれか一項において、前記熱交換流路は管底の先端を束ねた管で形成され、クーラントが流れるハウジングに囲まれていることを特徴とする排気ガス熱交換器。
- 請求項1〜18のいずれか一項において、前記分配室および/または前記収集室は、排気管、特に排気ガス還流管に接続するためのフランジを備えていることを特徴とする排気ガス熱交換器。
