Abstract
Description
0.05〜3%Fe,
0.01〜0.15%P,
および選択的に、
0.05〜0.2%Zn,
0.02〜0.05%Sn
の合金要素(単位重量%)と、残りはCuおよび不可避の不純物とを含んでいる銅合金から成る熱交換器管を、CO2で作動する冷凍機またはヒートポンプのガス冷却器管、凝縮器管、蒸発器管として使用するというものである。
Claims (8)
- 0.05〜3%Fe,
0.01〜0.15%P,
および選択的に、
0.05〜0.2%Zn,
0.02〜0.05%Sn
の合金要素(単位重量%)と、残りはCuおよび不可避の不純物とを含んでいる銅合金から成る熱交換器管を、CO2で作動する冷凍機またはヒートポンプのガス冷却器管、凝縮器管、蒸発器管として使用する使用方法。 - 管外径が3〜16mmの範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱交換器管の使用方法。
- 壁厚と管外径との比率が0.025ないし0.08の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の熱交換器管の使用方法。
- 管材が160N/mm2以上の降伏強度Rpo.2を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1、請求項2または請求項3に記載の熱交換器管の使用方法。
- 管材が300N/mm2以上の引張り強度Rmを有していることを特徴とする、請求項1、請求項2または請求項3に記載の熱交換器管の使用方法。
- 熱交換器管が帯材から成形され、溶接継ぎ目を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1、請求項2、請求項3、請求項4または請求項5に記載の熱交換器管の使用方法。
- 熱交換器管が継ぎ目なしであることを特徴とする、請求項1、請求項2、請求項3、請求項4または請求項5に記載の熱交換器管の使用方法。
- 前記管の内側の表面が構造化されていることを特徴とする、請求項1、請求項2、請求項3、請求項4、請求項5、請求項6または請求項7に記載の熱交換器管の使用方法。
