Description
本実施形態では、スプリングアッセンブリー60は、ブレーキシュー30から容易に取り外すことができる。スプリングアッセンブリー60を取り外すために、スナップリング102は取り外され、U型部材64及びスプリング62がピボットピン100から取り外されるようにピボットピン100は撤去される。
Claims (8)
- ブレーキレバー(32)の一対のブレーキシュー(30)と、それぞれのブレーキシュー(30)の1つに取着され、対向する表面を有する一対のブレーキパッド(56)と、ブレーキシュー(30)をホイール(22)の両側へ促すためブレーキシュー(30)に動作可能に接続された制動力発生装置(40)とを備え、
それぞれのブレーキシュー(30)は、ブレーキパッドガイドローラー(86)とブレーキパッド(56)を超えて突出するため、それぞれのブレーキパッドガイドローラー(86)を付勢しているスプリング(62)を有することを特徴とするホイールブレーキ。 - ブレーキパッドガイドローラー(86)は、ブレーキシュー(30)の中心部に位置していることを特徴とする請求項1記載のホイールブレーキ。
- それぞれのブレーキレバー(32)は、それぞれブレーキシュー(30)の1つに枢動可能に接続された第1端部(35)と、制動力発生装置(40)に枢動可能に接続された反対端部と、及び第1及び第2の端部の中間でレバーに枢動可能に取り付けた支点を有し、
それによって、ブレーキガイドローラー(86)のいずれか1に対するホイールの圧力がホイールブレーキにブレーキパッド(56)とホイールの間の間隔を維持するための支点の周囲に枢動させることを特徴とする請求項1記載のホイールブレーキ。 - それぞれのブレーキシューは、それぞれのホイールの側面に面する表面(52)を有し、それぞれのブレーキパッドガイドローラー(86)は、回転軸を有し、それぞれのブレーキシュー(30)の中央位置に設置され、それぞれの表平面(52)に平行のそれぞれのブレーキパッドガイドローラー(86)の該回転軸とを有し、
それによって、ブレーキパッドガイドローラー(86)の1つに対するホイールの圧力は、ホイールのサイドに平行な回転軸をもたらすため、それぞれのブレーキシュー(30)を枢動させることを特徴とする請求項3記載のホイールブレーキ。 - それぞれのブレーキシュー(30)は、第1表面(52)を有する長尺部材と、第2表面(54)及び第1表面(52)から第2表面(54)に延長している開口と、第1表面に取着しているブレーキパッドと、開口を通じてガイドローラーに付勢しているスプリング(62)で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のホイールブレーキ。
- それぞれのブレーキシュー30は、ブレーキシュー(30)に枢動可能に接続されたU型部材(64)と、U型部材(64)に回転可能に接続されたブレーキパッドガイドローラーと、ブレーキパッドガイドローラー(86)がブレーキシュー(30)から延長するようにスプリング(62)によって枢動可能に付勢されたU型部材(64)とを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか記載のホイールブレーキ。
- U型部材(64)をブレーキシュー(30)に回動可能に接続されたピボットロッド及びブレーキシュー(30)に関連するU型部材(64)の調節可能に制限した枢軸のためのセットスクリュー(92)によることを特徴とする請求項6記載のホイールブレーキ。
- U型部材(64)は、U型に形成した一対のアームと、前記アーム(76)の端部近傍にそれぞれのアーム(76)の横に延長している一対のL型延長部で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項6又は7記載のホイールブレーキ。
