Abstract
【解決手段】航空機エンジンEにより駆動される発電機と航空機エンジンを起動させるスタータモータとを兼ねる回転機1と、航空機エンジンEと回転機1とを接続する動力伝達機構2と、起動時に回転機1に給電してこの回転機1をスタータモータとして駆動するスタータ駆動装置3と、起動時に航空機エンジンEから動力伝達機構2への動力伝達を遮断するクラッチ機構4と、回転機1が航空機エンジンEの起動が可能な所定回転速度に達したときにクラッチ機構4を接続状態とするクラッチ制御部7とを備える。

トルクが増大し、より円滑に始動することができる。
図1は、本発明の一実施形態のエンジンの発電・スタータ装置を示す概略構成図である。この発電・スタータ装置は、航空機エンジンEにより駆動される交流発電機とエンジンEを起動させるスタータモータとを兼ねる回転機1と、航空機エンジンEと回転機1を接続する動力伝達機構2と、起動時に回転機1に給電してこの回転機1をスタータモータとして駆動するとともに、航空機エンジンEが起動したのちアイドル回転速度(自立運転が可能な速度)に達したときに回転機1をスタータモータ動作から発電機動作に切り換えるスタータ駆動装置3と、起動時に航空機エンジンEから動力伝達機構2への動力伝達を遮断するクラッチ機構4と、回転機1が航空機エンジンEの起動可能な所定回転速度に達したときにクラッチ機構4を接続状態とするクラッチ制御部7を備えている。

Claims (6)
- 航空機エンジンにより駆動される発電機と前記航空機エンジンを起動させるスタータモータとを兼ねる回転機と、
前記航空機エンジンと前記回転機とを接続する動力伝達機構と、
起動時に前記回転機に給電してこの回転機をスタータモータとして駆動するスタータ駆動装置と、
起動時に前記航空機エンジンから前記動力伝達機構への動力伝達を遮断するクラッチ機構と、
前記回転機が前記航空機エンジンの起動が可能な所定回転速度に達したときに前記クラッチ機構を接続状態とするクラッチ制御部とを備えたエンジンの発電・スタータ装置。 - 請求項1において、前記動力伝達機構はトラクション無段変速機を有し、このトラクション無段変速機におけるエンジン入力側の入力ディスクが、前記変速機の入力軸に対して軸方向に移動自在に取り付けられ、前記クラッチ機構が、前記入力ディスクを前記軸方向に移動させることにより前記クラッチ機構の接続・遮断を行うクラッチ作動部を有するエンジンの発電・スタータ装置。
- 請求項1において、前記航空機エンジンと前記動力伝達機構の間に摩擦式のクラッチ機構が介装されているエンジンの発電・スタータ装置。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項において、前記スタータ駆動装置は前記回転機を誘導電動機として始動させたのち同期電動機として作動させるモータ制御回路を有するエンジンの発電・スタータ装置。
- 請求項4において、前記スタータ駆動装置は、前記回転機の回転軸に接続されて回転し、前記回転機のロータに通電して同期電動機として作動させる励磁発電機を有するエンジンの発電・スタータ装置。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項において、前記回転機は始動巻線を備えたブラシレス同期回転機であるエンジンの発電・スタータ装置。
