Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の電気コネクタ組立体は、シェルを含む相手コネクタと電気接続する。電気コネクタ組立体は、絶縁性本体と、第1導電端子と、第2導電端子とを備える。絶縁性本体は、本体部と、本体部に挿入される保持部と、保持部を本体部に係合する係合部材とを含む。第1導電端子は、保持部に配置され、前記絶縁性本体に挿入され、相手コネクタと電気接続する接続部と、絶縁性本体から延出する半田接続部とを有する。第2導電端子は、前記絶縁性本体に挿入され、相手コネクタと電気接続する接触部と、絶縁性本体から延出する半田接続足とを有する。第1導電端子の接続部が保持部の前端から所定の距離で離れるように配置され、相手コネクタのシェルを接触しない。

Claims (8)
- 嵌合方向に沿ってシェルを含む相手コネクタと電気接続する電気コネクタであって、
本体部と、本体部に挿入される保持部と、保持部を本体部に係合する係合部材とを含む絶縁性本体と、
保持部に配置され、前記絶縁性本体に挿入され、相手コネクタと電気接続する接続部と、絶縁性本体から延出する半田接続部とを有する複数の第1導電端子と、
前記絶縁性本体に挿入され、相手コネクタと電気接続する接触部と、絶縁性本体から延出する半田接続足とを有する複数の第2導電端子と、
を備え、第1導電端子の接続部が保持部の前端から所定の距離で離れるように配置され、相手コネクタのシェルと接触しないことを特徴とする電気コネクタ組立体。 - 前記第1導電端子と保持部とは、インサートモールドによって一体に製造されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気コネクタ組立体。
- 前記第1導電端子は、前記保持部に形成される複数の挿入溝に挿入されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気コネクタ組立体。
- 前記絶縁性本体の本体部には収納スペースと複数の端子溝とが形成され、前記保持部と第1導電端子とが前方から後方に向かって収納スペースに挿入され、前記第2導電端子が、後方から前方に向かって端子溝に挿入されて、保持部に形成されるスロットから露出されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気コネクタ組立体。
- 前記係合部材が保持部に形成される凹所と、前記本体部から前記収納スペースに向かって突出する突出部とを含み、前記保持部は、前記突出部が前記凹所に嵌合されることによって前記本体部に固着されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電気コネクタ組立体。
- 前記係合部材が保持部から後向きに延在する一対の弾力ビームと、本体部に形成される凹口とを含み、前記保持部は、前記弾力ビームが前記凹口と係合することによって前記本体部に固着されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電気コネクタ組立体。
- 前記第1導電端子の接続部が弾力を具備せず、第2導電端子の接触部が弾力を具備し、第1導電端子の接続部と第2導電端子の接触部とが、前記嵌合方向に沿って重ならなくて、異なる高度に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気コネクタ組立体。
- 前記保持部が第1導電端子を被覆して、第1導電端子の接続部が保持部の下表面から露出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気コネクタ組立体。
