Abstract
【解決手段】エンジン8の始動要求が出されたときに、動力分配機構16での歯打ち音が所定値以上になると判定される場合は、第1クラッチC1及び第2クラッチC2の解放により動力伝達経路が動力伝達遮断状態とされ、切換クラッチC0の係合により動力分配機構16が非差動状態にされて、エンジン始動が行われるので、動力分配機構16が有する歯車間におけるガタつきが制限された状態でエンジン8が始動され、動力分配機構16から生じる歯打ち音を低減しつつエンジン8を始動することができる。

Claims (11)
- エンジンの出力を第1電動機及び駆動輪へ分配する差動機構を有し電気的な無段変速機として機能する無段変速部と、
動力伝達経路の一部を構成し、該動力伝達経路を該動力伝達経路の動力伝達を可能とする動力伝達可能状態と前記差動機構から前記駆動輪への動力伝達が遮断された動力伝達遮断状態とに選択的に切り換えるための断接部と、
前記差動機構に備えられ、前記無段変速部が電気的な無段変速作動可能な差動状態と電気的な無段変速作動不能な非差動状態とに該差動機構を選択的に切り換えるための差動状態切換装置と
を備えたハイブリッド車両用駆動装置の制御装置であって、
前記エンジンの始動要求がなされたときに、前記差動機構でのガタ打ち音が所定値以上となる場合は、前記動力伝達経路を動力伝達遮断状態とし、前記差動機構を非差動状態にして、エンジン始動を行う
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記差動機構でのガタ打ち音が所定値より小さい場合は、該差動機構を差動状態にしての前記エンジン始動を許可する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記エンジンの温度が所定のエンジン温度判定値以下である場合に、前記差動機構でのガタ打ち音が所定値以上になると判定される
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記差動状態切換装置は、油圧により作動して前記差動機構を差動状態と非差動状態とに選択的に切り換えるものであり、
前記ハイブリッド車両用駆動装置には、該差動状態切換装置に前記油圧を供給するオイルポンプが備えられ、
該オイルポンプによる油圧立ち上がり時間に基づいて前記エンジン始動が行われる
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - エンジンの出力を第1電動機及び駆動輪へ分配する差動機構を有し電気的な無段変速機として機能する無段変速部と、
動力伝達経路の一部を構成し、該動力伝達経路を該動力伝達経路の動力伝達を可能とする動力伝達可能状態と前記差動機構から前記駆動輪への動力伝達が遮断された動力伝達遮断状態とに選択的に切り換えるための断接部と、
前記差動機構に備えられ、前記無段変速部が電気的な無段変速作動可能な差動状態と電気的な無段変速作動不能な非差動状態とに該差動機構を選択的に切り換えるための差動状態切換装置と
を備えたハイブリッド車両用駆動装置の制御装置であって、
前記エンジンの停止要求がなされたときに、前記差動機構でのガタ打ち音が所定値以上となる場合は、前記動力伝達経路を動力伝達遮断状態とし、前記差動機構を非差動状態にして、エンジン停止を行う
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記差動機構でのガタ打ち音が所定値より小さい場合は、該差動機構を差動状態にしての前記エンジン停止を許可する
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記差動機構を潤滑するための潤滑油の温度が所定の油温判定値以上のときには、該差動機構を非差動状態にして前記エンジン停止を行う
ことを特徴とする請求項5又は請求項6に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記差動機構は、前記エンジンと動力伝達可能に連結された第1回転要素と、前記第1電動機と動力伝達可能に連結された第2回転要素と、前記断接部に連結された第3回転要素とを含み、
前記差動機構が非差動状態とされた場合とは、前記第1回転要素乃至第3回転要素のうち少なくとも2つの回転要素の相対回転が前記差動状態切換装置によって制限もしくは禁止された場合である
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記差動機構を差動状態にして前記エンジンが始動される場合には、前記第3回転要素が固定され、前記第2回転要素の回転速度が前記第1電動機によって引き上げられることで、前記エンジンの回転速度が引き上げられる
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記ハイブリッド車両用駆動装置は、前記動力伝達経路に連結された第2電動機を備え、
前記エンジンの始動が行われる場合には、前記第1電動機と第2電動機の何れか一方或いは両方によって、前記エンジンの回転速度が引き上げられる
ことを特徴とする請求項1、請求項2、請求項3、請求項4、請求項8のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - エンジンの出力を第1電動機及び駆動輪へ分配する差動機構を有し電気的な無段変速機として機能する無段変速部と、
動力伝達経路の一部を構成し、該動力伝達経路を該動力伝達経路の動力伝達を可能とする動力伝達可能状態と前記差動機構から前記駆動輪への動力伝達が遮断された動力伝達遮断状態とに選択的に切り換えるための断接部と、
前記差動機構に備えられ、前記無段変速部が電気的な無段変速作動可能な差動状態と電気的な無段変速作動不能な非差動状態とに該差動機構を選択的に切り換えるための差動状態切換装置と
を備えたハイブリッド車両用駆動装置の制御装置であって、
前記差動機構は、前記エンジンと動力伝達可能に連結された第1回転要素と、前記第1電動機と動力伝達可能に連結された第2回転要素と、前記断接部に連結された第3回転要素とを含み、
前記エンジンの停止要求がなされたときに前記差動機構でのガタ打ち音が所定値以上となる場合において、前記エンジンを停止するときには、前記動力伝達経路を動力伝達遮断状態とし、前記差動機構を差動状態にして、前記第3回転要素が固定され、前記第2回転要素の回転速度低下に対抗する反力を前記第1電動機に出力させつつ、前記エンジンの回転速度が引き下げられる
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
