Abstract
【解決手段】溶融金属めっき浴8から連続的に引き上げられる鋼帯Sの表面に、ガスワイピングノズル3から気体を吹き付け、鋼帯表面のめっき付着量の制御を行う溶融金属めっき鋼帯製造装置であって、溶融金属槽9の液面下の鋼帯Sの両側に、鋼帯Sと対向して配置した鋼帯巾以上の長さの溶融金属絞り部材1、1を有し、さらに鋼帯面延長上の前記鋼帯Sと対向して配置した溶融金属絞り部材1、1間に遮蔽体2を配設してなる。

Claims (3)
- 溶融金属めっき浴から連続的に引き上げられる鋼帯の表面に、ガスワイピングノズルから気体を吹き付け、鋼帯表面のめっき付着量の制御を行う溶融金属めっき鋼帯製造装置であって、溶融金属槽の液面下の鋼帯の両側に、鋼帯と対向して配置した鋼帯巾以上の長さの溶融金属絞り部材を有し、さらに鋼帯面延長上の前記鋼帯と対向して配置した溶融金属絞り部材間に遮蔽体を配設したことを特徴とする溶融金属めっき鋼帯製造装置。
- 遮蔽体の鋼帯対向面の鋼帯進行方向長さは、溶融金属絞り部材の鋼帯対向面の鋼帯進行方向長さの50%以上(溶融金属絞り部材の鋼帯対向面の鋼帯進行方向長さが鋼帯の両側で異なるときは、溶融金属絞り部材の鋼帯対向面の鋼帯進行方向長さが小さい方の鋼帯対向面の鋼帯進行方向長さの50%以上)でかつ溶融金属絞り部材と遮蔽体の距離は3mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶融金属めっき鋼帯製造装置。
- 請求項1または2に記載の溶融金属めっき鋼帯の製造装置を用いて鋼帯に溶融金属めっきを行うことを特徴とする溶融金属めっき鋼帯の製造方法。
