Abstract
【解決手段】常圧下で貯蔵されている固形状の原料を切替弁を経て高圧容器内に押し込む固気2相物質の押し込み方法である。切替弁4内の回転弁体7に原料aを収容し、しかる後に、原料aの間隙に介在している同伴ガスcを非圧縮性流体dで置換する。

Description
央部が原料溜まり5b、上部がガス溜まり5a、下部が水溜まり5cになっている。再ガス化槽5は、その外部に熱交換器38を備え、その一方の伝熱部38aの一端に接続している配管39は、その先端が再ガス化槽5の水溜まり5cに挿入されている。前記伝熱部38aの他端に接続している配管40は、その先端が上部網状物35の上部に位置するように再ガス化槽5の側面に接続されている。熱交換器38の他の伝熱部38bには、熱源としての海水bが供給される。

Claims (8)
- 常圧下で貯蔵されている固形状の原料を切替弁を経て高圧容器内に押し込む固気2相物質の押し込み方法において、切替弁内の回転弁体に原料を収容し、しかる後に、原料間に介在している同伴ガスを非圧縮性流体で置換することを特徴とする固気2相物質の押し込み方法。
- 常圧下で貯蔵されている固形状の原料を切替弁を経て高圧容器内に押し込む固気2相物質の押し込み方法において、切替弁内の回転弁体に原料を収容し、次に、原料間に介在している同伴ガスを非圧縮性流体で置換し、しかる後に、回転弁体内の原料を移送用の非圧縮性流体によって高圧容器内に押し込むことを特徴とする固気2相物質の押し込み方法。
- 常圧下で貯蔵されている固形状の原料を切替弁を経て高圧容器内に押し込む固気2相物質の押し込み方法において、切替弁内の回転弁体に原料を収容する原料収容工程と、原料間に介在している同伴ガスを非圧縮性流体で置換する置換工程と、回転弁体内の原料を移送用の非圧縮性流体によって高圧容器内に押し込む原料押し込み工程と、回転弁体内に残っている非圧縮性流体を回転弁体外に排出する排出工程と、回転弁体を原料投入部に復帰させる復帰工程とから成ることを特徴とする固気2相物質の押し込み方法。
- 常圧下で貯蔵されている固形状の原料を切替弁を経て高圧容器内に押し込む固気2相物質の押し込み装置において、前記切替弁を、外殻状の弁本体と該弁本体内に回転自在に設けられ、かつ原料収容用の貫通部を有する回転弁体により形成し、更に、前記弁本体に、原料導入部と、原料間に介在している同伴ガスを非圧縮性流体と置換する非圧縮性流体供給部及び同伴ガス排出部と、回転弁体内の原料を移送用の非圧縮性流体と一緒に高圧容器に向けて排出する原料排出部と、回転弁体内に残っている非圧縮性流体を回転弁体外に排出する非圧縮性流体排出部と、弁本体内に漏洩した非圧縮性流体を弁本体外に排出する漏洩流体排出部とを設けたことを特徴とする固気2相物質の押し込み装置。
- 同伴ガス排出部と、非圧縮性流体排出部と、漏洩流体排出部と、非圧縮性流体供給部のうち、少なくとも非圧縮性流体排出部及び漏洩流体排出部に原料の流出を防ぐ有孔板を設けたことを特徴とする請求項4記載の固気2相物質の押し込み装置。
- 同伴ガス排出部と、非圧縮性流体排出部と、漏洩流体排出部と、非圧縮性流体供給部に原料の流出を防ぐ有孔板を設けたことを特徴とする請求項4記載の固気2相物質の押し込み装置。
- 回転弁体を球体状又は筒形状に形成することを特徴とする請求項4記載の2相物質の押し込み装置。
- 貫通部の中央部を両端開口部よりも大径にすることを特徴とする請求項4記載の2相物質の押し込み装置。
