前記ミネラルウールは、更に、燐原子が、直接に、若しくは酸素原子を介して、少なくとも1つの炭素原子に結合している分子である、少なくとも1つの燐化合物を含む。

アルカリ金属酸化物、主に、酸化ナトリウム(Na2O)及び酸化カリウム(K2O)は、特にガラスの高温粘度を減らし、失透に対する抵抗性を増加することに有益である。しかしながら、それらは、湿潤環境下での老化に対する抵抗性には有害であることが判明した。酸化ナトリウム(Na2O)含量は、その結果、好ましくは18%以下で、14%以上である。酸化カリウム(K2O)含量は、主に原材料の入手しやすさの理由で、有利には、5%、若しくは2%、若しくは1%以下である。
本発明の最後の主題は、その化学組成が、重量%で、下記の範囲の構成成分を含む繊維を含むミネラルウールの湿潤環境での老化後の機械的特性を改善することを目的とする、燐原子が直接に若しくは酸素原子を介して、少なくとも1つの炭素原子に結合されている少なくとも1つの分子の使用である。

-グリシジルエーテル型及び非揮発性アミン硬化剤からなるエポキシ樹脂系組成物(出願EP-A-0369848記載)で、イミダゾール、イミダゾリン及びそれらの混合物から選択される促進剤をも含んでもよい。;
-多塩基性カルボン酸及びポリオールを含む組成物、好ましくは、燐含有有機酸型のアルカリ金属塩触媒で結合されたもの(出願EP-A-0990727記載);
-カルボン酸官能基及び/又はβ-ヒドロキシアルキルアミド官能基を組み込んだ1以上の化合物を含む組成物、(出願WO-A-93/36368記載);
-カルボン酸及びアルカノールアミン若しくはカルボン酸及びアルカノールアミンから前以って合成された樹脂及びカルボン酸基を含むポリマーを組み込んだ組成物(出願EP-A-1164163記載);
-無水物とアミンを、無水物がアミン中に実質的に溶解し、及び/又はそれと反応するまで反応条件下混合すること、その後水を加え反応を終了させることからなる2段階で調整されるサイジング組成物(出願EP-A-1170265記載);
-第1の無水物を有するアミンとそれとは異なる第2の無水物とのポリマーを含まない反応製品を含む樹脂を含む組成物(出願EP-A-1086932記載)
-少なくとも1つのポリカルボン酸と少なくとも1つのポリアミンを含む組成物;
-カルボン酸と米国出願2005/038193記載のようなアルコール官能基を含むモノマーとの共重合体を含む組成物;
-例えば、特許WO2005/87837も若しくはus6706808記載のようなポリオールとポリ酸若しくはマレイン酸のようなポリ酸無水物を含む組成物
であってよい。
標準NF EN 826によりなされた圧縮応力試験は、測定面積200*200mm2で試料に負荷機械を使って圧縮応力を適用することに存した。圧縮応力は、10%の変形に対応する圧力(kPa)により与えられた。
引裂応力試験が、標準NF EN 1607の原理によりなされた。引裂応力試験は、測定面積200*200mm2で2枚の木板の間に挟みこまれ試料に、試料が破壊するまで、木板の表面の垂直軸に沿って引張り応力にさらすことに存した。
前記例A(比較例)、B1(比較例)、C1、C2及びDに対応するミネラル繊維組成を有するサンドイッチパネルが、標準案prEN 14509「自己支持性2重外装金属対向断熱サンドイッチパネル-工場生産品-仕様」に記載された湿潤環境での老化試験後に、引裂強度試験を受けた。サンドイッチパネルは、65℃で100%の相対湿度の環境の部屋に28日間置かれたが、老化後の引裂強度損失は、60%を超えることはなかった。表3は、引裂強度損失(パーセント割合)の形で結果を記載した。

- その化学組成が、重量%で、
SiO2 35〜75
Al2O3 0〜12
CaO 0〜30
MgO 0〜20
Na2O 0〜20
K2O 0〜10
B2O3 0〜10
Fe2O3 0〜5
P2O5 0〜3
の範囲の構成成分を含む繊維を含む、生理学的媒体中に溶解することのできるミネラルウールであって、前記ミネラルウールは、更に、少なくとも1つの燐化合物を含み、その1つの燐化合物が、燐原子が、直接に若しくは酸素原子を介して、少なくとも1つの炭素原子に結合している分子であることを特徴とするミネラルウール。 - 請求項1記載のミネラルウールであって、a)厳密に酸素原子を介して、少なくとも1つの炭素原子に結合している単一の燐原子を含む分子;b)少なくとも1つの炭素原子に直接結合している単一の燐原子を含む分子から選択される少なくとも1つの燐化合物を含むミネラルウール。
- 請求項1又は2記載のミネラルウールであって、モノ-、ジ-、或いはトリ-燐酸エステル若しくは置換されていない亜燐酸或いはジ亜燐酸エステルであって、前記エステルの炭素系基は、アルキル、アリール、アルケニル、アルキニル、アシル若しくはヒドロキシアルキル化合物であり、場合によっては、オリゴマー若しくはポリマー性であっても、及び/又はN、O若しくはSから選択される1以上のヘテロ原子を含んでいてもよいところのものから選択される少なくとも1つの燐化合物(a)を含む、ミネラルウール。
- 請求項2記載のミネラルウールであって、少なくとも部分的に置換された亜燐酸若しくは、次亜燐酸或いはエステルであって、化合物の種々の炭素系基が、アルキル、アリール、アルケニル、アルキニル、アシル若しくはヒドロキシアルキル化合物であり、場合によっては、オリゴマー若しくはポリマー性であっても、及び/又はN、O若しくはSから選択される1以上のヘテロ原子を含んでいてもよいところのものから選択される少なくとも1つの燐化合物(b)を含むミネラルウール。
- 請求項1記載のミネラルウールであって、共有結合により共に結合される、同一であるか異なる、請求項2乃至4記載の(a)型乃至(b)型の数種の化合物から構成される分子である少なくとも1つの燐化合物を含むミネラルウール。
- 請求項1乃至5項の何れか1項記載のミネラルウールであって、オリゴマー若しくはポリマー分子であり、その構成単位の数が、優先的に、2〜100、特に2〜50、若しくは2〜10でさえある少なくとも1つの燐化合物を含むミネラルウール。
- 請求項5又は6記載のミネラルウールであって、炭素系基を介して共に結合する燐原子を主として含む、少なくとも1つの燐化合物を含むミネラルウール。
- 請求項4乃至10項の何れか1項記載のミネラルウールであって、亜燐酸或いは燐酸夫々である、酸或いはエステルと、ポリオール(特に、ジオール)、ポリ酸(特に、2価酸)或いはエポキシ化合物との間のエステル化若しくはエステル交換反応により得られる少なくとも1つの燐化合物を含むミネラルウール。
- 請求項1乃至11項の何れか1項記載のミネラルウールであって、糖蜜と燐酸、亜燐酸若しくはエステルとの間の反応により得られる少なくとも1つの燐化合物を含むミネラルウール。
- 請求項1乃至12項の何れか1項記載のミネラルウールであって、燐原子の質量により表現された含有量が、繊維の合計質量の0.0005%〜1%であり、特に0.01%より大きく、特に0.5%より少ないミネラルウール。
- 請求項1乃至13項の何れか1項記載のミネラルウールを得る方法であって、繊維形成段階と、その後の、特に溶液の噴霧若しくは含浸により、前記繊維表面に少なくとも1つの燐化合物を導入する段階を含む、ミネラルウールを得る方法。
- 請求項1乃至13項の何れか1項記載の少なくとも1つのミネラルウールを含む断熱及び/又は遮音製品。
- 請求項1乃至13項の何れか1項記載のミネラルウールを、2個の対向する金属間の断熱芯として含む「サンドイッチ」型建築要素。
- その化学組成が、重量%で、
