Claims (24)
- 白色光を放出するための照明装置であって:
約250nm〜約500nmの発光ピークを有する放射線を放出する半導体光源と;
該光源と放射線的にカップリングされた少なくとも一つの燐光化合物を含んでなる第一の燐光体組成物と;
前記光源に放射線的にカップリングされた少なくとも一つの燐光化合物を含んでなる第二の燐光体組成物とを具備し、
前記第一および第二の燐光体組成物は、同じ放射線源によって励起されたときには実質的に同じ発光色座標を有する照明装置。 - 請求項1に記載の照明装置であって、更に、250nm〜450nmの発生した放射線を吸収できる色素、フィルタまたは他の吸収剤を含んでなる照明装置。
- 請求項1に記載の照明装置であって、前記第一および第二の燐光体組成物の少なくとも一方が二以上の燐光体化合物を含んでなる照明装置。
- 請求項1に記載の照明装置であって、前記第一および第二の燐光体組成物の少なくとも一方が、約615nm〜680nmに極大をもった発光帯を有する燐光体化合物を含んでなる照明装置。
- 請求項1に記載の照明装置であって、前記第一および第二の燐光体組成物の少なくとも一方が、約625nm〜660nmに極大をもった発光帯を有する燐光体化合物を含んでなる照明装置。
- 請求項1に記載の照明装置であって、前記第一および第二の燐光体組成物の少なくとも一方が、約575〜615nmに極大をもった発光帯を有する燐光体化合物を含んでなる照明装置。
- 請求項1に記載の照明装置であって、前記第一および第二の燐光体組成物の少なくとも一方が、約500〜575nmに極大をもった発光帯を有する燐光体化合物を含んでなる照明装置。
- 請求項1に記載の照明装置であって、前記第一および第二の燐光体組成物の少なくとも一方が、約400〜500nmに極大をもった発光帯を有する燐光体化合物を含んでなる照明装置。
- 請求項1に記載の照明装置であって、前記第一および第二の燐光体組成物は、CIE色度図表上のxおよびy色座標の両方において、相互に0.020単位の範囲内にある色点を有する照明装置。
- 請求項1に記載の照明装置であって、該照明装置のCRIおよび明度の少なくとも一方が、前記装置の中に存在する前記第一および第二の燐光体組成物の相対的量を変更することによって変化され得る照明装置。
- 請求項10に記載の照明装置であって、該照明装置は、該装置の中に存在する前記第一および第二の燐光体組成物の相対的量に関係なく、CIE色度図表上の実質的に同じ色点を有する照明装置。
- 請求項1に記載の照明装置であって、該照明装置の色点が、CIE色度図表の黒体軌跡上に、または実質的に黒体軌跡上にある照明装置
- 請求項1に記載の照明装置であって、前記第一および第二の燐光体組成物が別々の層の形態である照明装置

- 調節可能な演色指数(CRI)および明度を達成できる白色光を放出するための照明装置を製造する方法であって:
約250nm〜約500nmの発光ピークを有する放射線を放出する半導体光源を準備する工程と;
前記光源と放射線的にカップリングされた少なくとも一つの燐光化合物を含んでなる第一の燐光体組成物を準備する工程と;
前記光源に放射線的にカップリングされた少なくとも一つの燐光化合物を含んでなる第二の燐光体組成物を準備する工程とを具備し、
前記第一および第二の燐光体組成物は、同じ放射線源によって励起されたときには実質的に同じ発光色座標を有する方法。 - 請求項15に記載の方法であって、更に、前記光源から放出された放射線を吸収するために、250nm〜450nmの発生した放射線を吸収できる色素、フィルタまたは他の吸収剤を準備することを含んでなる方法。
- 請求項15に記載の方法であって、前記第一および第二の燐光体組成物の少なくとも一方が、約615nm〜680nmに極大をもった発光帯を有する燐光体化合物を含んでなる方法。
- 請求項15に記載の方法であって、前記第一および第二の燐光体組成物の少なくとも一方が、約575〜615nmに極大をもった発光帯を有する燐光体化合物を含んでなる方法。
- 請求項15に記載の方法であって、前記第一および第二の燐光体組成物の少なくとも一方が、約500〜575nmに極大をもった発光帯を有する燐光体化合物を含んでなる方法。
- 請求項15に記載の方法であって、前記第一および第二の燐光体組成物の少なくとも一方が、約400〜500nmに極大をもった発光帯を有する燐光体化合物を含んでなる方法。
- 請求項15に記載の方法であって、前記第一および第二の燐光体組成物は、CIE色度図表上のxおよびy色座標の両方において、相互に0.020単位の範囲内にある色点を有する方法。
- 請求項15に記載の方法であって、該照明装置のCRIおよび明度の少なくとも一方が、前記装置の中に存在する前記第一および第二の燐光体組成物の相対的量を変更することによって変化され得る方法。
- 請求項22に記載の方法であって、前記照明装置は、該装置の中に存在する前記第一および第二の燐光体組成物の相対的量に関係なく、CIE色度図表上の実質的に同じ色点を有する方法。
