Abstract
【解決手段】変速機構10に動力伝達可能に連結されたエンジン8から発生するエンジントルクTEが大きい場合は、そのエンジントルクが小さい場合と比較して、ダウン変速を低アクセル開度で行うため、エンジン8から発生するトルクが小さい変速点で変速される、すなわちエンジン8から発生するエンジントルクTEの増大を考慮して、トルクの増大を抑制した変速点で変速されるので、ダウン変速過渡時の変速機構10の回転要素の高回転化が防止される。これにより、変速機構10の耐久性低下が抑制される。

Claims (10)
- 車両の運転状態に応じて自動で変速する車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置であって、
前記動力伝達装置に動力伝達可能に連結された内燃機関から発生するトルクが基準燃料使用時のトルクよりも大きい場合は、該基準燃料使用時と比較して、ダウン変速を低アクセル開度で行うダウン変速点変更手段を備えることを特徴とする車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。 - 前記内燃機関から発生するトルクが基準燃料使用時のトルクよりも大きい場合は、該基準燃料使用時と比較して、アップ変速を低車速で行うアップ変速点変更手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記内燃機関から発生するトルクが基準燃料使用時のトルクよりも大きい場合において、その差が大きい場合は小さい場合と比較して、ダウン変速を低アクセル開度側で行うダウン変速点変更手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記内燃機関から発生するトルクが基準燃料使用時のトルクよりも小さい場合において、その差が大きい場合は小さい場合と比較して、ダウン変速を高アクセル開度側で行うダウン変速点変更手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記車両用動力伝達装置は、差動機構の回転要素に連結された電動機の運転状態が制御されることにより入力軸の回転速度と出力軸の回転速度の差動状態が制御される電気式差動部と、有段の変速部として機能する有段変速部とを、動力伝達経路中に備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかの車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 差動機構の回転要素に連結された電動機の運転状態が制御されることにより入力軸の回転速度と出力軸の回転速度の差動状態が制御される電気式差動部と、有段の変速部として機能する有段変速部とを、動力伝達経路中に備える車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置であって、
前記内燃機関から発生するトルクが基準燃料使用時のトルクよりも大きい場合は、該基準燃料使用時と比較して、アップ変速を低車速で行うアップ変速点変更手段を備えることを特徴とする車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。 - 前記内燃機関から発生するトルクが基準燃料使用時のトルクよりも大きい場合において、その差が大きい場合は小さい場合と比較して、ダウン変速を低車速側で行うダウン変速点変更手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項6の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記内燃機関から発生するトルクが基準燃料使用時のトルクよりも小さい場合において、その差が大きい場合は小さい場合と比較して、ダウン変速を高車速側で行うダウン変速点変更手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項6の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記電動機の反力トルクに基づいて、前記内燃機関から発生するトルクが検出されることを特徴とする請求項5乃至8のいずれかの車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記内燃機関の燃料が増加したとき、或いはフューエルリッドが開いたときに、前記内燃機関のトルクの検出が行われることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれかの車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。
