Abstract
【解決手段】 チタンまたはチタン合金を、ハロゲン化カルシウムを除くカルシウム塩が溶解または懸濁された溶液に接触させることを特徴とするチタンまたはチタン合金の表面処理方法とする。

Description
表面研磨が施されたφ6mm×厚2mmの純チタン板(JIS2種)を洗浄後、10mmoL/Lの酸化カルシウム水溶液中に200℃で24時間浸漬させた。その後、洗浄・乾燥させ試験体とした。

Claims (3)
- チタンまたはチタン合金を、ハロゲン化カルシウムを除くカルシウム塩が溶解または懸濁された溶液に接触させることを特徴とするチタンまたはチタン合金の表面処理方法。
- ハロゲン化カルシウムを除くカルシウム塩が溶解または懸濁された溶液に接触させる条件が水熱条件である請求項1に記載のチタンまたはチタン合金の表面処理方法。
- ハロゲン化カルシウムを除くカルシウム塩が、酸化カルシウム,水酸化カルシウム,炭酸カルシウム,ホウ酸カルシウム,硫酸カルシウム,水素化カルシウム,ケイ酸カルシウム,炭化カルシウム,ケイ化カルシウムから選ばれる一種以上及び/またはリン酸カルシウム及び/または有機酸カルシウム及び/または金属カルシウムである請求項1または2に記載のチタンまたはチタン合金の表面処理方法。
