Description

The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising a porous calcium carbonate obtained by agglomerating or binding needle-like or columnar forms into a spherical shape (hereinafter referred to as “calcium carbonate of needle-like aggregate”).

More specifically, according to the present invention, the needle-like or columnar form is agglomerated or bound into a spherical shape by blending the calcium carbonate of the needle-like aggregate, so that the reflection due to sebum is suppressed by irregularly reflecting the coating surface. In addition, the present invention relates to a cosmetic composition that has high oil absorption performance and water retention due to porosity, and prevents stickiness.

In general, inorganic powders such as extender pigments, white pigments, colored pigments, and pearl pigments are used for foundations. For extender pigments, calcium carbonate, talc, kaolin, mica, sericite, etc. are used, but there are many variations in particle diameter, and when applied, the thickness becomes non-uniform so that `` elongation '', `` attachment '' There is a problem with the feeling of use. In addition, many of these inorganic powders have high concealability, and there is a problem that the skin cannot have a natural transparency. Also, in order to prevent the feeling of stickiness, bulkiness, and stickiness, it absorbs excess oil and requires moisture retention, but conventional body pigments have sufficient oil absorption and moisture retention when added in small amounts. I can't show it. Anhydrous silica is widely used as a thickener and scrub agent added to facial cleansers and massage creams, etc., and has excellent physical properties. In addition, those having good dispersibility with uniform particle diameters are expensive, which is problematic in terms of cost.

As a cosmetic composition containing calcium carbonate, JP-A-2006-063062 (hereinafter referred to as Patent Document 1) describes "cosmetic composition containing petal-like porous spherical calcium carbonate". Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 08-127762 (hereinafter referred to as Patent Document 2) has a description of “a compounding agent in cosmetics for pulverizing and baking coral sand for ultraviolet shielding”.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 08-127762

However, Patent Document 1 is a cosmetic composition containing petal-like porous spherical calcium carbonate, and the particle shape of calcium carbonate is different, and at the same time the porous pore diameter is as large as 0.1 to 20 μm. In addition, the production of petal-like porous spherical calcium carbonate includes a special apparatus and a special reaction step such as dry carbonation that is not included in the normal calcium carbonate production step, and thus has the disadvantage of increasing the production cost. ing.
Patent Document 2 uses a coral-specific structure obtained by pulverizing and baking coral sand of coral, and uses a coral structure by blending it into cosmetics. Is different from the object of the present invention.

The present invention has a specific form, a particle size and a pore size, is excellent in dispersibility and is porous, and therefore contains porous calcium carbonate having high oil supply performance and moisture retention, Provided is a cosmetic composition that prevents excess oil from sebum, prevents bulkiness and stickiness, has an excellent feeling of use, and can exhibit a thickening effect at low cost.

As a result of earnest research to solve the above problems, the present inventor has high oil supply performance and moisture retention performance because the calcium carbonate of the acicular aggregate has a specific particle diameter, good dispersibility and is porous. It has been found that the cosmetic composition has excellent oil supply performance and moisture retention, and therefore it prevents the feeling of stickiness and stickiness, and has completed the present invention.
That is, the present invention is a cosmetic composition characterized by containing acicular calcium carbonate. Preferably, it is a cosmetic composition characterized in that it contains porous calcium carbonate in the form of spherical aggregates or bundles in the form of needles or columns having a particle diameter of 5 to 25 μm.
The present invention is a cosmetic composition containing acicular calcium carbonate and other powders. The present invention is a cosmetic use of acicular calcium carbonate.

The acicular aggregate calcium carbonate-containing cosmetic composition of the present invention has less unevenness, has a natural finish, and has an excellent feeling of use. In addition, it is skin-like after use, has little makeup collapse over time, and has an excellent cosmetic effect with covering properties.
Moreover, as a lotion and emulsion, it is excellent in the effect which suppresses the sticky feeling by sebum by absorbing the excess sebum which comes out to skin after use. Further, the clay pack has an adsorbing power, and has an effect of removing dirt and sebum from pores.

(特許出願中) The calcium carbonate of the acicular aggregate of the present invention takes advantage of the simplicity of the lime milk method, and when carbon dioxide is synthesized by introducing carbon dioxide into lime milk, it is carbonized at a carbonation rate of 10 to 90%. It is a method in which the carbonation reaction is completed at a reaction temperature of 50 ° C. or higher after the interruption, the addition of new lime milk and the continued carbonation are repeated 2 to 15 times. (Patent pending)

The calcium carbonate of the acicular aggregate thus obtained has a sharp particle size distribution width, excellent dispersibility, good elongation at the time of coating, and is porous, so it has a natural transparency and high oil supply. By blending in cosmetics, the composition prevents cosmetics caused by excess oil from sebum, and prevents the feeling of stickiness and stickiness, thereby providing an excellent cosmetic composition. In addition, since the calcium carbonate of the acicular aggregate has a high thickening effect, it can be prevented from separating moisture and oil by blending it into the water phase or oil phase of creams, and it is also possible to carry fragrances and the like. is there.

Calcium carbonate in acicular aggregate can be widely applied to cosmetics containing powder, and can be used in cosmetics by the same blending method as conventional pigments. For example, makeup cosmetics such as foundation, lipstick, eye shadow, eyeliner, lasting powder, face powder and the like can be mentioned. In addition, it can be used in massage creams, cleansing creams, facial cleansing soaps, body soaps, etc. by applying the thickening effect and scrubbing effect. The blending amount of the acicular aggregate into the cosmetic of calcium carbonate can be selected according to the purpose, but is generally 0.5 to 50% by weight, preferably 2 to 30% by weight. . If it is less than 0.5% by weight, a sufficient effect cannot be expected, and if it exceeds 50% by weight, the amount of water absorption and oil absorption becomes too high, and the usability is lowered.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail based on examples, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

(Method for synthesizing calcium carbonate of acicular aggregate)
25% (volume%) of carbon dioxide gas was introduced into 1600 ml of 6% (weight%) lime milk at an emulsion temperature of 15 ° C. at 2400 ml / min with stirring to produce basic calcium carbonate (carbonation rate 66.6%). Then, the introduction of carbon dioxide was interrupted, and 800 ml of 6% lime milk having a new emulsion temperature of 15 ° C. was added to 800 ml of this emulsion, and the introduction of 25% carbon dioxide was resumed at 1200 ml / min. Carbon dioxide introduction is interrupted at a carbonation rate of 66.6%. Such a method was repeated five times, and in the sixth time, carbonation gas was introduced under the same conditions as before while carbonation was completed while maintaining the emulsion temperature at 50 ° C. After the carbonation reaction, SEM of the product showed that the acicular crystals were aggregated or bound in the shape of a bite. (FIG. 1) Further, the crystal structure of the product was found to have an aragonite content of 85% as a result of X-ray diffraction. Furthermore, as a result of measuring with a laser-type particle size distribution analyzer, the average particle diameter (median diameter) was 11.9 μm.
