Abstract
【解決手段】本発明のケーブル撤去装置は、油圧モータと連結され、ケーブルと接触して回転することにより、前記ケーブルを引抜き(pull out)できるメイン回転型治具(jig)と、前記メイン回転型治具と連動して回転しながら、前記引抜かれたケーブルを引っ張るウィンチ(winch)を含むケーブル撤去装置であり、前記メイン回転型治具と隣接または離隔するように往復移動可能に設けられ、前記メイン回転型治具との間において前記ケーブルを引抜くことができるように回転可能に備えられるサブ回転型治具と、前記メイン回転型治具、ウィンチ及び回転型治具が取り付けられ、地面に水平に設けられるテーブル(table)とを含むことを特徴とする。

Claims (8)
- 油圧モータと連結され、ケーブルと圧接して回転することにより前記ケーブルを引抜くことができるメイン回転型治具と、前記メイン回転型治具と連動して回転しながら、前記引抜かれたケーブルを引っ張るウィンチを含むケーブル撤去装置であり、
前記メイン回転型治具と隣接または離隔するように往復移動可能に設けられ、前記メイン回転型治具との間において前記ケーブルを引抜くことができるように回転可能に備えられるサブ回転型治具と、
前記メイン回転型治具、ウィンチ及び回転型治具が取り付けられ、地面に水平に設けられるテーブルとを含むことを特徴とするケーブル撤去装置。 - 前記サブ回転型治具は、
前記メイン回転型治具に対して水平軸方向に往復移動する水平軸回転型治具と、
前記メイン回転型治具に対して垂直軸方向に往復移動する垂直軸回転型治具とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のケーブル撤去装置。 - 前記回転型治具には所定間隔に多数の突出部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のケーブル撤去装置。
- 前記回転型治具の両側端部には羽根板が備えられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のケーブル撤去装置。
- 前記回転型治具の断面は円弧状であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のケーブル撤去装置。
- 前記メイン回転型治具を回転させるための油圧モータと、前記メイン回転型治具の回転速度を制御できる減速機を含み、
前記サブ回転型治具を往復移動させるための油圧シリンダーをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のいずれかに記載のケーブル撤去装置。 - 前記テーブルの下段には多数の脚部が備えられ、前記ケーブルを引抜く際に地面の反力を利用できることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のいずれかに記載のケーブル撤去装置。
- 前記脚部の下段端部には水平調節が可能になるように回転座が備えられることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のケーブル撤去装置。
