Abstract
【解決手段】摩擦圧接部材Aは、鋼管の両端にスタブを摩擦圧接して形成される摩擦圧接部材であって、摩擦圧接前の鋼管は焼きならし処理を施した鋼管P1である。

Description
[摩擦圧接部材]
図3に本実施例の摩擦圧接部材であるチューブシャフトを示す。
上記の鋼管P1とスタブ3とを自動式摩擦圧接機を用い、以下の条件で圧接してチューブシャフト1aを得た。
鋼管2にSMn40の焼き鈍し鋼管P2を用いた以外は実施例と同様にしてチューブシャフト1bを得た。
それぞれの鋼管単体P1、P2と、チューブシャフト1a、1bの接合部の捻り疲労特性を調べた。
疲労試験結果を図4〜7に示す。
Claims (3)
- 鋼管の端部にスタブを摩擦圧接して形成される摩擦圧接部材であって、摩擦圧接前の前記鋼管は焼きならし処理を施した鋼管であることを特徴とする摩擦圧接部材。
- 前記焼きならし処理を施した鋼管の金属組織はパーライトを主体とする組織である請求項1に記載の摩擦圧接部材。
- 前記鋼管は、質量比でC:0.3〜0.5%、Si:0.01〜0.5%、Mn:0.5〜2%を含有し、残部Feおよび不可避的不純物である請求項1又は2に記載の摩擦圧接部材。
