0.05〜0.08%のN、
の元素の1種以上を任意に含有することが出来て、そして
飽和度Sc=C%/4.26−0.3×(Si%+P%)(但し、C%はCの含有率、Si%はSiの含有率、P%はPの含有率)に0.85%≦Sc≦1.05%が当てはまり、量%MEG=2.25%−0.2Si%(但し、Si%はSiの含有率)に1.97%≦MEG≦2.07%が当てはまる、

Claims (19)
- グラファイトフレークを有する鋳鉄材料であって、重量%で
3.4〜4.1%のC、
0.9〜1.4%のSi、
0.4〜0.7%のMn、
0.4〜0.6%のCu、
0.01〜0.04%のS、
0.003〜0.007%のO2、
0.04%以下のP、並びに
Feおよび不可避の不純物を含む残余
の組成を有し、
そこでは該組成が、
0.15〜0.45%のMo、
0.005〜0.02%のLa、
0.0005〜0.01%のSr、
0.05〜0.8%のNi、
0.005〜0.1%のV、
0.05〜0.15%のSn、
0.05〜0.08%のN、および
0.01〜0.02%のCe
の元素の1種以上を任意に含有し得て、そして
飽和度Sc=C%/4.26−0.3×(Si%+P%)(但し、C%はCの含有率、Si%はSiの含有率、P%はPの含有率)に0.85%≦Sc≦1.05%が当てはまり、量%MEG=2.25%−0.2Si%(但し、Si%はSiの含有率)に1.97%≦MEG≦2.07%が当てはまる、
鋳鉄材料。 - Cの含有率が3.8〜4.1重量%である、請求項1に記載の鋳鉄材料。
- Siの含有率が0.9〜1.2重量%である、請求項2に記載の鋳鉄材料。
- O2の含有率が0.003〜0.004重量%である、請求項2または請求項3に記載の鋳鉄材料。
- Cの含有率が3.4〜3.6重量%である、請求項1に記載の鋳鉄材料。
- Siの含有率が1.15〜1.4重量%である、請求項5に記載の鋳鉄材料。
- Srの含有率が0.005〜0.002重量%である、請求項5または請求項6に記載の鋳鉄材料。
- Vの含有率が0.025〜0.045重量%である、請求項5〜7のいずれかに記載の鋳鉄材料。
- Snの含有率が0.05〜0.15重量%である、請求項5〜8のいずれかに記載の鋳鉄材料。
- Siの含有率が1.15〜1.25重量%である、請求項5〜9のいずれかに記載の鋳鉄材料。
- O2の含有率が0.003〜0.005重量%である、請求項5〜10のいずれかに記載の鋳鉄材料。
- O2の含有率が0.004〜0.006重量%である、請求項5〜10のいずれかに記載の鋳鉄材料。
- O2の含有率が0.005〜0.007重量%である、請求項5〜10のいずれかに記載の鋳鉄材料。
- Sの含有率が少なくとも0.02重量%である、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の鋳鉄材料。
- Moの含有率が0.2〜0.4重量%である、請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の鋳鉄材料。
- Mnの含有率が0.45〜0.65重量%である、請求項1〜15のいずれかに記載の鋳鉄材料。
- Cuの含有率が0.45〜0.55重量%である、請求項1〜16のいずれかに記載の鋳鉄材料。
- Srの含有率が少なくとも0.05重量%である、請求項1〜17のいずれかに記載の鋳鉄材料。
- 鋳造状態においてそこに含有された酸素の50%よりも多くのものが、酸素の還元開始温度が1,700Kより高いタイプの酸化物の形にある、請求項1〜18のいずれかに記載の鋳鉄材料。
