Claims (8)
- 전체 중량%로서, 탄소(C) 3.05~3.25%, 규소(Si) 2.1~2.4%, 망간(Mn) 0.6~3.4%, 황(S) 0.09~0.13%, 인(P) 0.04% 이하, 구리(Cu) 0.6~0.8%, 몰리브덴(Mo) 0.2~0.4%, 100%를 만족시키는 잔량의 철(Fe) 및 불가피한 불순물을 포함하며,
상기 망간(Mn) 함량의 상기 황(S) 함량에 대한 비(Mn/S)가 7~28 범위이며,
상기 망간과 황의 함량비와 탄소와 규소의 함량비((Mn/S)/(C/Si))가 5~18 범위이며,
탄소 당량(CE: Carbon Equivalent)이 3.8~4.0 범위인 화학 조성을 동시에 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편상 흑연 주철. - 제1항에 있어서, 인장강도(Tensile Strength)가 350 MPa 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 편상 흑연 주철.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가공성 시험편의 가공성 평가 시, VBmax가 0.45인 경우의 가공 길이가 6m 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 편상 흑연 주철.
- 제1항에 있어서, 쐐기 시험편의 칠(Chill) 깊이가 3mm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 편상 흑연 주철.
- (i) 전체 중량%에 대하여 탄소(C) 3.05~3.25%, 규소(Si) 2.1~2.4%, 망간(Mn) 0.6~3.4%, 황(S) 0.09~0.13%, 인(P) 0.04% 이하, 구리(Cu) 0.6~0.8%, 몰리브덴(Mo) 0.2~0.4%, 잔량의 철(Fe) 및 불가피한 불순물을 포함하는 주철 용탕을 제조하되, 상기 망간(Mn) 함량의 상기 황(S) 함량에 대한 비(Mn/S)가 7~28 범위이고, 상기 망간과 황의 함량비와 탄소와 규소의 함량비((Mn/S)/(C/Si))가 5~18 범위이며, 탄소 당량(CE)이 3.8~4.0 범위가 되도록 주철 용탕의 화학 조성을 조절하는 단계; 및
(ⅱ) 상기 제조된 주철 용탕을 레들에 출탕하여 준비된 주형에 주입하는 단계
를 포함하는 고가공성 편상 흑연 주철의 제조방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 단계 (i)은, 탄소(C), 규소(Si), 망간(Mn), 황(S), 인(P), 잔량의 철(Fe) 및 불가피한 불순물을 포함하는 주철 재료를 용광로에서 용융하여 제조된 주철 용탕에, 구리(Cu) 및 몰리브덴(Mo)을 첨가하여, 당해 단계 (i)에 기재된 소정의 화학조성을 갖는 주철 용탕을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 편상 흑연 주철의 제조방법. - 제5항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (ⅱ)는 Fe-Si계 접종제를 1회 이상 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고가공성 편상 흑연 주철의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 Fe-Si계 접종제는 주철 용탕을 레들에 출탕시, 주형에 용탕을 주입시, 또는 이들 단계 모두에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 편상 흑연 주철의 제조방법.
