Description

The present invention relates to a bridge construction carrier and a bridge removal method.

Conventionally, as a method for removing a bridge, a method as shown in Patent Document 1 has been used. In other words, a part of the bridge is supported by the trolley, a part of the bridge is cut, and the part of the cut bridge is moved together with the trolley and transferred onto the remaining bridge. A part of the bridge is then removed.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-147912

However, in the construction method shown in Patent Document 1, it is necessary to give the trolley buoyancy enough to support the bridge to be removed, leading to an increase in the size of the trolley. For this reason, a trolley cannot be used to remove a bridge (for example, a highway) on a relatively small river, and a bridge is removed after a gantry is installed on the entire surface of the river. In other words, the construction has become large-scale, and there have been problems such as a prolonged construction period and an increase in cost.

Then, this invention is made | formed in view of the above, Comprising: It aims at providing the removal method of a trolley and a bridge which can be used for constructions, such as rapid removal of a bridge on a comparatively small river. .

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, a bridge construction trolley according to the present invention is a bridge construction trolley that is used to remove at least a part of a bridge installed in a river. It is installed on the bridge construction trolley and is supported on and supported by the lower part of the bridge. After the bridge is cut, the bridge is moved up and down. It is characterized by having supporting lifting means that can be moved, and supporting means that prevents the bridge construction work from sinking into the river due to its own weight.

According to the above configuration, since the base boat fixing means fixing the bridge construction base boat at a predetermined position in the height direction and the horizontal direction fixes the base boat to the river, the flow of the river during the bridge removal work This prevents the bridge construction carrier from being washed away. Moreover, since the said trolley fixing means also supports the load of the part to be removed of the bridge, the supporting means may allow the weight of the bridge construction trolley. That is, it is possible to reduce the size of the support means, and hence the bridge construction carrier. Furthermore, since the support lift is provided on the carriage, the planned removal part can be disassembled and removed after the part to be removed is moved up and down to a position where the worker can easily work.

The bridge construction carrier according to the next invention is the bridge construction carrier described above, wherein the support lifting means has a sliding means for sliding the bridge in a horizontal direction at a contact portion with the lower part of the bridge. It is characterized by.

According to the above-described configuration, the part to be removed (the cut bridge) can be moved onto the bridge that has not been cut without the carriage itself moving. That is, it is not necessary for the carriage itself to move, and the construction period can be shortened.

The bridge construction base boat according to the next invention is the bridge construction base boat, wherein the construction base boat is an assembly type.

If the bridge construction trolley is an assembly type formed by combining small blocks, it is easy to tow to the construction site. In addition, after transporting the block to the vicinity of the site by truck or trailer on land, it is easy to land with a hoist that is not particularly large.

The bridge removal method according to the next invention is a bridge removal method in which at least a part of a bridge installed in a river is removed. A step of supporting the lower part of the part to be removed by the support lifting means, a step of cutting the part to be removed from the bridge, a step of moving the part to be removed downward by the support lifting means, and a part to be removed by the slide means. And a step of sliding.

According to the above-described configuration, the part to be removed can be moved below the bridge, and then the part to be removed can be moved to the land or a transport ship by the sliding means. Therefore, when the part to be removed is moved to land, the part to be removed can be dismantled on land that is easy to work. In addition, when the part to be removed is moved to the transport ship, the dismantling work can be performed after the removal part is moved to a place suitable for the dismantling work with the transport ship.

The bridge removal method according to the next invention is a bridge removal method in which at least a part of a bridge installed in a river is removed. A step of supporting the lower part of the planned removal portion by the support lifting means, a step of cutting the planned removal portion from the bridge, a step of moving the planned removal portion to a position higher than the bridge by the support lifting means, and a removal planned portion The method includes a step of sliding horizontally so as to be placed on the upper surface of the bridge, a step of dismantling the part to be removed on the bridge, and a step of removing the part to be removed after dismantling.

According to the above-described process, the support (cut bridge) can be moved onto the bridge that has not been cut without the carriage itself moving. That is, it is not necessary for the carriage itself to move, and the construction period can be shortened.

The bridge removal method according to the next invention is the bridge of the first bridge when there is a first bridge at least partially installed in the river and the second bridge over the river is below the first bridge. In the removal method, the first bridge above the second bridge is removed, and then the bridge construction carrier is removed from the first bridge in the part where there is no bridge below the first bridge. Moving to the lower part of the frame, fixing to the river, supporting the lower part of the part to be removed by the supporting lifting means, cutting the part to be removed from the first bridge, and the part to be removed by the supporting lifting means The step of moving to a position higher than the first bridge, the step of sliding in a horizontal direction so that the portion to be removed is placed on the upper surface of the first bridge, and the portion to be removed on the first bridge are dismantled Remove the process and dismantled parts to be removed Characterized in that it comprises a step.

According to the above-described process, the second bridge only needs to support the load of the part to be removed that is to be cut and removed from the first bridge and the equipment that supports the part. The time for reinforcing can be shortened. Furthermore, along with shortening of the bridge reinforcement time, it is possible to reduce costs and workload.

As described above, according to the bridge construction trolley and the bridge removal method according to the present invention, the trolley can be used to remove a bridge on a relatively small river, and the bridge can be removed rapidly. Can do.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. It should be noted that the present invention is not limited by the best mode for carrying out the invention (hereinafter, referred to as examples). In addition, constituent elements in the following embodiments include those that can be easily assumed by those skilled in the art or those that are substantially the same.

FIG. 1 is a view showing a bridge construction carrier ship according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is a top view of the bridge construction carrier. As shown in FIG. 2, trolley fixing means 11 for fixing the trolley to the river is provided at the four corners of the bridge construction trolley 10 (hereinafter referred to as a trolley). This base boat fixing means 11 uses a rod-like member such as a pile in order to fix it to the riverbed. When the trolley moves, the pedestal fixing means 11 is moved in the direction A shown in FIG. 1 by the pile lifting device provided in the trolley and is pulled out from the bottom of the river.

When removing a bridge, it is necessary to support the load of the planned removal part of the bridge, so it is necessary to allow the carriage support means 11 to have rigidity sufficient to allow the load of the carriage and the load of the planned removal part of the bridge. is there. Further, when the trolley is fixed to the river using the trolley fixing means and the bridge is removed, the position of the trolley and the trolley fixing means is not shifted due to the load of the bridge. For this purpose, for example, there is a method in which a hole is drilled in a pile which is an example of a carrier fixing means, and a pin is passed through the hole and fixed to the carrier.

On the upper surface (B surface) of the trolley, a temporary trust structure or a ramen structure provided to support the bridge body in removing a bridge such as a viaduct called the temporary receiving gantry 12 is installed. On the upper part of the temporary receiving gantry 12, a telescopic support lifting device 13 (supporting lifting means) is provided that can move the planned removal portion of the bridge up and down. This support elevating device 13 includes, for example, one that operates by hydraulic pressure. In addition, the support raising / lowering apparatus 13 needs to have an output which enables the bridge to be removed to move up and down.

For example, as shown in FIG. 1, the support lifting / lowering device 13 includes three stages of hydraulic devices 15, 16, and 17. By operating each of the hydraulic devices 15, 16, and 17, the support can be moved up and down. Can be moved up and down. Specifically, the first stage hydraulic device 15 can move up and down by 2 meters, the second stage 16 hydraulic device by 2 meters, and the third stage hydraulic device 17 can go up and down by 1.5 meters. Can go up and down 5.5 meters.

An endless roller 14 (sliding means) is provided on the upper portion of the support lifting device 13 for sliding the bridge removal scheduled portion in the horizontal direction. The endless roller (endless track device) 14 is a device that operates a chain or belt wound around the roller by a roller driven by the power of a driving device. Moreover, since the endless roller 14 has a fixed width | variety, if one end slurer is provided in the width direction of a bridge, it can fully support the part to be removed. The slide means may be other than the endless roller, and may be a tire or the like as long as it can slide the portion to be removed.

In addition, a float is provided in the trolley 10 so as to prevent the trolley 10 including the above-described trolley fixing means 11, the temporary receiving gantry 12, the support lifting device 13, the endless roller 14 and the like from sinking. The bottom of the trolley 10 itself may be filled with air to make the trolley 10 itself float.

When the bridge is removed, the trolley fixing means 11 provided in the trolley 10 is fixed to the bottom of the river and supports the load of the bridge. Therefore, the float does not need to allow the weight of the bridge. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the size of the float, that is, the size of the carriage 10. In addition, it can be used in places where the water depth is shallow or where there is no difference in tide level due to downsizing.

It should be noted that the pile lifting device for moving the base boat fixing means 11 up and down may have an output sufficient to move the bridge to be removed up and down, and the function as lifting means for moving the bridge up and down may be added. . By adopting this configuration, it is possible to omit the support elevating device 13 that enables the above-described bridge to move up and down.

Next, the bridge removal method using the above-mentioned trolley will be described with reference to FIGS. 3-1 to 3-12.

In the figure, 20 is a bridge, and 20-1 to 20-n are bridges scheduled to be removed in block units. Note that n is a positive integer.

First, the base boats 21-1, 21-2 are moved to the lower part of the bridge 20-1, which is planned to be divided, cut and removed in blocks, and the base boat fixing means 11 is inserted into the bottom of the river to bring the base boat into the river. Secure to. Further, the trolley 21-3 is moved to the lower part of the bridge 20-2, and the trolley fixing means 11 is fixed to the bottom of the river to fix the trolley.

Then, the support lifting and lowering devices 13 provided on the respective carrier ships 21-1 and 21-2 are extended, and the lower portions of the respective bridges 20-1 and 20-2 are supported via the endless rollers 14 (FIG. 3). -1).

Thereafter, the bridge 20-1 is cut from the bridge 20, and the cut bridge 20-1 is moved to a position higher than the bridge 20 (FIG. 3-2). Then, the endless roller 14 is operated, and the bridge 20-1 is moved horizontally on the bridge 20 (FIG. 3-3).

Next, the carriage 21-2 is moved to the lower part of the bridge 20-2 to support the bridge 20-2. Using a removal machine such as a crusher or a cutting machine, the bridge 20-1 is dismantled to a size that can be easily removed, and removed from the bridge 20 with a truck or the like (FIG. 3-4). Note that it is not necessary to dismantle on the bridge 20-2, and it may be dismantled after being removed to another place.

When the removal of the bridge 20-1 is finished, the carriage 21-3 is moved to the lower part of the bridge 20-3 or 20-4 to support the bridge 20. The trolleys 21-1 and 21-2 move to a position below the bridge 20-2 where they can easily support the bridge 20-2, and support the bridge 20-2 (FIG. 3-5).

Thereafter, similarly to the work described with reference to FIGS. 3-2 to 3-4, the bridge 20-2 is cut from the bridge 20, and the cut bridge 20-2 is moved to a position higher than the bridge 20. Then, the endless roller 14 is operated, and the bridge 20-2 is slid in the horizontal direction and moved to the upper surface of the bridge 20. After that, the bridge 20-2 is dismantled and removed (Fig. 3-6).

Next, when there is a support P1 that supports the bridge 21-3 that is to be divided, cut and removed in block units (FIG. 3-7), the carriage 21-2 is moved around the support P1, and the bridge is moved. After supporting 20-3, the support P1 is removed (FIG. 3-8).

The support P1 is removed by supporting the upper part of the support P1 with support means and removing it from below the support P1. After removing the lower part of the pillar P1, the pillar P1 remaining above the pillar P1 is lowered to the removed part. The strut P1 is removed while repeating this operation.

Thereafter, similarly to the work described with reference to FIGS. 3-2 to 3-4, the bridge 20-3 is cut from the bridge 20, and the cut bridge 20-3 is moved to a position higher than the bridge 20. Then, the endless roller 14 is operated, and the bridge 20-3 is moved horizontally on the bridge 20 to be disassembled and removed (FIG. 3-9).

A method for removing the bridge 20 when the bridge 22 over the river is below the bridge 20 will be described with reference to FIGS. Hereinafter, in order to distinguish the bridge 22 and the bridge 20, the bridge 20 is referred to as a first bridge 20, and the bridge 22 is referred to as a second bridge 22. In this case, both ends of the first bridge 20-4 are supported by the carriages 21-3 and 21-4. Then, the movable carriage 23 having a supporting device for supporting the first bridge 20-4 is moved on the second bridge 22. After the first bridge 20-4 is supported by the moving carriage 23, the first bridge 20-4 is cut from the first bridge 20, moved to another location, and disassembled / removed.

Thereafter, the carriages 21-1, 21-2 are moved to the lower part of the first bridge 20-5 to support the first bridge 20-5 (FIG. 3-11). Next, similarly to the work described with reference to FIGS. 3-2 to 3-4, the first bridge 20-5 is cut from the first bridge 20, and the cut first bridge 20-5 is cut. Move to a position higher than the first bridge 20. Then, the endless roller 14 is operated, and the first bridge 20-5 is horizontally moved onto the first bridge 20 to be disassembled and removed (FIG. 3-12). As described above, where there is no bridge over the river, the first bridge 20 is removed by repeating the same operation as described with reference to FIGS. 3-2 to 3-4.

According to the above-mentioned trolley, the bridge is supported by fixing the pile to the bottom of the river. Therefore, the float only needs to have buoyancy that does not cause the carriage to sink, and can be miniaturized. As a result, the trolley itself can be reduced in size, and bridges can be removed using trolleys in rivers. Furthermore, it is only necessary to install a trolley at a necessary position, and it is not necessary to install a gantry on the entire surface of the river.

In addition, since there is no need to install a gantry on the entire river surface, it is possible to secure a route through which the ship passes even during construction. Further, since the trolley according to the present invention can be miniaturized, even a shallow river that cannot float and move to a target location can be assembled and used at the target location.

In the bridge removal method, the part to be removed that has been divided and cut into blocks is moved to a bridge that has not yet been divided and cut, dismantled and then removed. Therefore, since it is not necessary to transport a large bridge that has been divided and cut, it is possible to perform the removal work even with a small transport means (for example, a truck).

The work space can be reduced because the bridge to be removed in blocks is repeatedly divided, cut and removed.

In the above-mentioned embodiment, the construction method is adopted in which the removal planned part is horizontally moved to the upper part of the bridge that has not yet been cut and removed, but after the removal planned part is supported by the supporting lifting means, the removal is performed. The planned portion may be moved downward.

The part to be removed is moved downward, and then the part to be removed is transferred to land or a transport ship by means of sliding. When the part to be removed is moved to the land, the part to be removed can be dismantled on the land where it is easy to work. In addition, when the part to be removed is moved to the transport ship, the dismantling work can be performed after the removal part is moved to a place suitable for the dismantling work with the transport ship.

This Example 2 is substantially the same as the bridge removal method according to Example 1 described above, except that the bridge on the bridge over the river is removed first. Since the other configuration is the same as that of the first embodiment, the description thereof is omitted, and the same component is denoted by the same reference numeral.

The present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 4-1 and 4-2. In the figure, 20 is a bridge, and 20-1 to 20-n are bridges scheduled to be removed in block units.

First, the first bridges 20-3 and 20-4 are supported by the carriage 21-3, and the first bridges 20-4 and 20-5 are supported by the carriage 21-4. Then, the movable carriage 23 having a support device for supporting the first bridge 20-4 is moved on the second bridge 22. After the first bridge 20-4 is supported by the moving carriage 23, the first bridge 20-4 is cut from the first bridge 20, moved to another location, and disassembled / removed.

Thereafter, as described in the first embodiment, the first bridge 20-3 to be removed is cut from the first bridge 20, and the cut first bridge 20-3 is higher than the first bridge 20. Move to position. Then, the endless roller is operated, and the first bridge 20-3 is horizontally moved onto the first bridge 20 to be disassembled and removed (FIG. 3-9).

When the first bridge 20-1 on the river is removed in order as in the first embodiment, when the first bridge 20-3 is removed, the first bridge is placed on the first bridge 20-4. 20-3 will be moved. In this case, in order to support the first bridge 20-4, it is necessary to provide support means on the second bridge 22 to support the first bridge 20-4. As a result, in addition to the weight of the first bridge 20-4, the second bridge 22 needs to support the weight of the first bridge 20-3 and the removal equipment. However, it is not preferable to apply a large load to the second bridge 22. That is, if a load higher than the design is applied to the second bridge 22, the second bridge 22 may collapse. Therefore, as described above, when the bridge on the bridge over the river is removed first, the second bridge 22 has a support device that supports the first bridge 20-4 and the first bridge 20-4. It is sufficient if only the load of the movable carriage 23 can be allowed.

As described above, the bridge construction trolley and the bridge removing method according to the present invention are useful for removing a bridge such as a bridge along a river.
