Abstract
【課題】 電圧補償を提供する画素およびディスプレイパネルを提供する。
【解決手段】 電圧補償を提供する画素であって、第1期間の間、補償電圧を発生する補償装置、第2期間の間、データ信号を伝送する第1スイッチ素子、前記第1期間の間、逆バイアスモードで作動し、前記第2期間の間、順方向バイアスモードで作動し、前記補償電圧と前記データ信号に基づいて駆動電流を発生する駆動トランジスタ、および前記駆動電流に基づいて発光する表示装置を含む画素。

Claims (16)
- 電圧補償を提供する画素であって、
第1期間の間、補償電圧を発生する補償装置、
第2期間の間、データ信号を伝送する第1スイッチ素子、
前記第1期間の間、逆バイアスモードで作動し、前記第2期間の間、順方向バイアスモードで作動し、前記補償電圧と前記データ信号に基づいて駆動電流を発生する駆動トランジスタ、および
前記駆動電流に基づいて発光する表示装置を含む画素。 - 前記補償電圧は、逆バイアスモードで作動する前記駆動トランジスタのスレッショルド電圧に等しい請求項1に記載の画素。
- 前記駆動トランジスタは、制御端子、第1電圧源に接続された第1端子と、第2端子を有する請求項1に記載の画素。
- 第1期間の間、前記補償装置は、基準線の基準信号に基づいて補償電圧を発生する請求項3に記載の画素。
- 前記補償装置は、
その1つの端子が基準信号を受け、そのもう1つの端子が第1節点に接続される第1コンデンサ、および
前記第1節点と前記駆動トランジスタの制御端子の間に接続され、前記補償電圧を保存する第2コンデンサを含む請求項3に記載の画素。 - 前記補償装置は、
前記第1電圧源と前記駆動トランジスタの前記制御端子の間に接続された第2スイッチ素子、
前記第1節点と前記駆動トランジスタの前記第2端子の間に接続された第3スイッチ素子、および
前記駆動トランジスタの前記第2端子と前記表示装置の間に接続された第4スイッチ素子を更に含み、
前記第1期間の間、前記第2と第3スイッチ素子がオンにされ、前記第4スイッチ素子がオフにされ、前記第2期間の間、前記第2と第3スイッチ素子がオフにされ、前記第4スイッチ素子がオンにされる請求項5に記載の画素。 - 前記第1、第2、第3と、第4スイッチ素子は、ポリシリコン薄膜トランジスタである請求項6に記載の画素。
- 前記補償装置に接続され、前記第1期間の間、アサートされる第1スキャンライン、および
前記第1スイッチ素子に接続され、前記第2期間の間、アサートされる第2スキャンラインを更に含む請求項1に記載の画素。 - 前記補償装置は、前記第1スキャンラインがアサートされた時、前記補償電圧を発生し始め、前記第1スイッチ素子は、前記第2スキャンラインがアサートされた時、前記データ信号を前記駆動トランジスタに伝送し始める請求項8に記載の画素。
- 前記表示装置は、エレクトロルミネセント素子である請求項1に記載の画素。
- 前記表示装置は、有機発光ダイオードである請求項1に記載の画素。
- 複数のデータラインと前記データラインに交差された複数のスキャンラインによって形成され、請求項1に記載の複数の画素を含むディスプレイアレイ、
前記データラインを制御するデータドライバ、および
前記スキャンラインを制御するスキャンドライバを含むディスプレイパネル。 - 前記スキャンドライバは、対応する基準信号を各画素の補償装置に更に提供し、各画素の前記補償装置は、前記対応する基準信号に基づいて前記補償電圧を発生する請求項12に記載のディスプレイパネル。
- 請求項12に記載のディスプレイパネル、および
前記ディスプレイパネルに選択的に接続されるコントローラを含むディスプレイ装置。 - 請求項14に記載のディスプレイ装置、および
前記ディスプレイ装置に選択的に接続される入力ユニットを含む電子装置。 - 前記電子装置は、PDA、デジタルカメラ、ディスプレイモニター、ノート型パソコン、タブレット型パソコン、または携帯電話である請求項15に記載の電子装置。
