Abstract
【解決手段】可動子27に設けられた少なくとも1つの衝突区分69が、コア2の端面と可動子27の端面67との当接し合う領域の一部だけを成す幅bを有していて、該衝突区分69の幅bが20μm〜500μmの間であって、衝突区分69よりも低い位置にある段部区分70が段部底部71を有していて、この段部区分71が衝突区分69よりも5μm〜15μmだけ低い位置にある。

Claims (7)
- 電磁操作式の弁、特に内燃機関の燃料噴射装置のための燃料噴射弁であって、弁縦軸線(10)と、強磁性材料より成るコア(2)と、磁石コイル(1)と、可動子(27)とを備えており、該可動子(27)が、定置の弁座(29)と協働する弁閉鎖体(21)を操作し、磁石コイル(1)の励磁された状態でコア(2)の衝突面に向かって引き寄せられるようになっており、コア(2)及び可動子(27)は、横断面が環状に構成されており、コア(2)が下側の端面を有し、可動子(27)が上側の端面(67)を有していて、これらの端面は当接し合う領域で互いに向き合っており、可動子(27)の端面(67)が、衝突区分(69)と、この衝突区分(69)よりも低い位置にある少なくとも1つの段部区分(70)とに分割されていて、少なくとも1つの衝突区分(69)が所定の幅(b)を有している形式のものにおいて、
可動子(27)に設けられた少なくとも1つの衝突区分(69)が、コア(2)の端面と可動子(27)の端面(67)との当接し合う領域の一部だけを成す幅(b)を有していて、該衝突区分(69)の幅(b)が20μm〜500μmの間であって、衝突区分(69)よりも低い位置にある段部区分(70)が段部底部(71)を有していて、この段部区分(71)が衝突区分(69)よりも5μm〜15μmだけ低い位置にあることを特徴とする、電磁操作式の弁。 - 可動子(27)に設けられた少なくとも1つの段部区分(70)が、衝突区分(69)から始まって弁縦軸線(10)に向かって延びている、請求項1記載の弁。
- 可動子(27)に設けられた少なくとも1つの段部区分(70)が、衝突区分(69)から始まって弁縦軸線(10)とは反対方向に延びている、請求項1記載の弁。
- 可動子(27)が端面(67)の領域でコーティングされている、請求項1記載の弁。
- コーティング(65)によって施された層が磁気層である、請求項4記載の弁。
- 可動子(27)が端面(67)の領域で硬化法によって処理されている、請求項1記載の弁。
- 向き合っている可動子(27)に面した、コア(2)の端面(67)が、衝突区分(69)と、この衝突区分(69)よりも低い位置にある少なくとも1つの段部区分(70)とに分割されていて、少なくとも1つの衝突区分(69)が所定の幅(b)を有している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の弁。
