Abstract
【解決手段】表面に誘電体としてアルミニウム酸化物層を形成したアルミニウム箔を陽極とし、銅を含有するアルミニウム箔を陰極として、各々のアルミニウム箔にリード線1、および2を接続し、これらの陽極と陰極とをその間にセパレータを介在させて巻回することにより構成されたコンデンサ素子3と、このコンデンサ素子3に含浸される電解液中にアゾール環化合物と銅イオンの錯塩が含まれるアルミ電解コンデンサとするものである。

Description
本発明のアルミ電解コンデンサは、図1に示すように表面に誘電体としてのアルミニウム酸化物層を形成したアルミニウム箔を陽極とし、銅を含有したアルミニウム箔をエッチングさせたものを陰極として、各々の箔にリード線1およびリード線2を接続し、これらの陽極と陰極とをその間にセパレータを介して巻回させることによりコンデンサ素子3を構成し、このコンデンサ素子3を電解液に含浸させ、有底の外装ケース4に収納し、その開口部を封口部材5で封口したものである。
アゾール環化合物としてベンゾトリアゾール、イミダゾール、またはベンゾイミダゾールを用い、電解液中のアゾール環化合物と銅イオンとの錯塩含有量を変化させた電解液を、上記コンデンサ素子にそれぞれ含浸させたものである。
電解液を調製する段階でアゾール環化合物を添加しておき、この電解液をコンデンサ素子に含浸させ、エージングによる加熱処理により、陰極用のアルミニウム箔の銅と反応させて電解液中に含まれるようにしたものである。
電解液の副溶媒としてスルホランを45重量%用いるようにし、アゾール環化合物として、1−メチルイミダゾール、ベンゾトリアゾール、イミダゾール、またはベンゾイミダゾールを用い、電解液中のアゾール環化合物と銅イオンとの錯塩の含有量を0.01重量%とした電解液を、上記コンデンサ素子にそれぞれ含浸させ試料41〜44とした。
電解液中の1−メチルイミダゾールと銅イオンとの錯塩の含有量を0.1重量%、およびベンゾトリアゾールと銅イオンとの錯塩の含有量を0.1重量%とした電解液を、上記コンデンサ素子に含浸させたものである。
電解液の副溶媒としてエチレングリコールを20重量%と、主溶媒に水を用いるようにし、アゾール環化合物として、1−メチルイミダゾール、ベンゾトリアゾール、イミダゾール、またはベンゾイミダゾールを用い、電解液中のアゾール環化合物と銅イオンとの錯塩の含有量を0.01重量%とした電解液を、上記コンデンサ素子にそれぞれ含浸させ試料46〜49とした。

- 表面にアルミニウム酸化物層を形成したアルミニウム箔からなる陽極と、銅を含有するアルミニウム箔をエッチングした陰極と、これらの間にセパレータを介在させて巻回し、陽極および陰極各々にリード線を接続することによりコンデンサ素子を構成し、このコンデンサ素子をアゾール環化合物と銅イオンとの錯塩を含む電解液に含浸したアルミ電解コンデンサ。
- 電解液中のアゾール環化合物がイミダゾール、1−メチルイミダゾール、ベンゾイミダゾール、ベンゾトリアゾールの少なくとも1種からなる請求項1に記載のアルミ電解コンデンサ。
- 電解液中にアゾール環化合物と銅イオンとの錯塩を0.01〜2.0重量%含む請求項1または2に記載のアルミ電解コンデンサ。
- 電解液中の溶媒がγ−ブチロラクトン、γ−ブチロラクトンとスルホランの混合物、水とエチレングリコールの混合物のいずれかである請求項1に記載のアルミ電解コンデンサ。
