Abstract
【解決手段】カバーガラス10の後面側の外縁部にボンディングワイヤ6との干渉を避けるためのボンディングワイヤ干渉逃げ部11を形成して、もしボンディングワイヤ干渉逃げ部11が形成されていなければボンディングワイヤ6と干渉する位置にカバーガラス10を配置し、カバーガラス10の前面の外縁寄りの部分を枠体9に気密に接合した。

Description
図1は電子内視鏡用撮像装置の側面半断面図、図2は正面断面図(図1におけるII−II断面図)であり、固体撮像素子1の前面は外縁形状が矩形の平面状に形成されていて、それより一回り小さな矩形状に形成された撮像面2が中央寄りの部分に配置されている。

Claims (3)
- 固体撮像素子の撮像面と同面に、上記固体撮像素子の後方に向かう導電体に対して導通するボンディングワイヤが上記固体撮像素子の外縁部分付近からその外側に向かってその前方の空間側に弛んだ状態に延出配置され、上記固体撮像素子の前方位置には、上記固体撮像素子の前面部分を外部から封止する透明なカバーガラスが枠体に固着されて配置された構成の電子内視鏡用撮像装置において、
上記カバーガラスの後面側の外縁部に上記ボンディングワイヤとの干渉を避けるためのボンディングワイヤ干渉逃げ部を形成して、もし上記ボンディングワイヤ干渉逃げ部が形成されていなければ上記ボンディングワイヤと干渉する位置に上記カバーガラスを配置し、上記カバーガラスの前面の外縁寄りの部分を上記枠体に気密に接合したことを特徴とする電子内視鏡用撮像装置。 - 上記カバーガラスの外縁が、前方から見て上記撮像面の外縁より外側にあり、且つ上記ボンディングワイヤの外端部より内側にある請求項1記載の電子内視鏡用撮像装置。
- 上記ボンディングワイヤ干渉逃げ部が、上記カバーガラスの後面側の外縁部を斜めに面取り状に切り欠いた形状に形成されている請求項1又は2記載の電子内視鏡用撮像装置。
