Abstract

Description
層複合体を有する有機エレクトロルミネッセント構成体であって、前記層複合体は、
a)第1の透明電極層、
b)以下のb1)とb2)を有する混合層、
b1)p型とn型導電性材料の群から選択され、1または2以上の一重項状態と1または2以上の三重項状態を持つ導電性有機材料のマトリクス、
b2)該マトリクス内の、発光三重項状態を持つ金属−有機錯体化合物を有する発光材料、および
c)第2の電極、
を有し、前記導電性有機材料の最低エネルギー三重項状態は、前記金属−有機錯体化合物の前記発光三重項状態よりも、エネルギー差Etだけ高いことを特徴とする有機エレクトロルミネッセント構成体が提供される。

Claims (7)
- 層複合体を有する有機エレクトロルミネッセント構成体であって、前記層複合体は、
a)基板層、
b)第1の透明電極層、
c)以下のc1)とc2)を有する混合層、
c1)p型とn型導電性材料の群から選択され、1または2以上の一重項状態と1または2以上の三重項状態を持つ導電性有機材料のマトリクス、
c2)該マトリクス内の、発光三重項状態を持つ金属−有機錯体化合物を有する発光材料、および
d)第2の電極、
を有し、前記導電性有機材料の最低エネルギー三重項状態は、前記金属−有機錯体化合物の前記発光三重項状態よりも、エネルギー差Etだけ高いことを特徴とする有機エレクトロルミネッセント構成体。 - 前記エネルギー差はEt≧2000cm-1であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセント構成体。
- 前記導電性有機材料は、メタ位置が有機置換基Rで置換されたベンゼン環の構造成分を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセント構成体。
- 前記導電性有機材料は、メタ位置が有機置換基Rで置換されたビフェニルの構造成分を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセント構成体。
- 前記構造成分は、メタ位置がビフェニル基で多重置換されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセント構成体。
- 前記導電性有機材料は、分子ドープ有機高分子、半導体共役高分子、それ自体が導電性の有機高分子、オリゴマーおよび導電性有機モノマーならびにそれらの混合物からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセント構成体。
- 前記置換基Rは、フェニルおよびその派生物、アリールアミンおよびその派生物、オキサジアゾールおよびその派生物、トリアゾールおよびその派生物、トリフェニルアミンおよびその派生物、カルバゾールおよびその派生物、オキサジアゾール類およびその派生物、トリアゾール類およびその派生物、トリアジン類およびその派生物、フルオレン類およびその派生物、ヘキサフェニルベンゼンおよびその派生物、フェナントロリンおよびその派生物、ピリジンおよびその派生物、からなる有機置換基の群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項3および4に記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセント構成体。
