Abstract
Description
・まず、本質的に商業的理由(粒子がより優れた外観を呈し、且つ使用者にとって扱いがより容易である)、
・次に、厳密に技術的理由(より容易に運搬され、よりよくフローし、塵を生成させず、他の物質との混合物においてより均一であることなどから、粒子はより容易に合理的な製造工程に取り込まれる)。
液体形態の粒状化バインダーのスプレーを継続して浴びる。
・注入ノズルの出口で凝固する問題を避けて、粒状化バインダーを含む溶液が容易にポンプ押し出しされ、細かい液滴の生成を促進し、且つ粒状化タンクの中でその均一な分配を提供するために十分な低粘度、
・前記化合物が粒状化バインダーとしての役割を果たすのに十分な高粘度、
を有することが必要である。
しかしながら、どのアプローチを用いるかという選択は、粒状化しようとする活性物質の性質、とりわけ粒状化操作の間のその振る舞いに本質的に依存している。
これら2つの成分のいずれもが、前記特許出願においては粒状化バインダーとして使用されてはおらず、これは全く不利である。
・粉末活性物質と同じく粉末状にした分枝状マルトデキストリンとの混合物を、前記分枝状マルトデキストリン含量が、前記混合物の全固体含量に対する乾燥重量にして3乃至13%、好ましくは約5%となるように調製する工程、
・こうして調製した混合物に対して5乃至20重量%の割合で、好ましくは10重量%の割合で水を導入し、湿った粉末の均一な混合物を得る工程、
・こうして得た湿った粉末の均一な混合物を、サイジングスクリーンを備えたミキサー−グラニュレータ中で機械的に撹拌する工程、
・粒子が前記スクリーンから排出されたところでこれらを回収し、且つ乾燥させる工程、
を含む。
・分枝状マルトデキストリンの溶液を、10乃至50%の固体含量で、好ましくは約25%の固体含量で調製する工程、
・得られる分枝状マルトデキストリンの溶液を、ドライヤー−グラニュレータ−中で活性物質の粉末にスプレーする工程(前記マルトデキストリン含量は前記混合物の全固体含量に対する乾燥重量にして3乃至13%、好ましくは約5%である)、
・得られる粒子を回収し、且つ乾燥させる工程、
を含む。
・ この粒状化バインダーの溶液のポンプ押し出しについて、
・ グラニュレータ−ミキサーに流入する活性物質の粒子の塊に、該液体を注入するためのノズル出口でのスプレーについて、
・ 製造した混合物の均一性について、
・ 放出された粒状化バインダーの液滴の分布における不均一性について、
などのいかなる不利な問題も見出さなかった。
粒状化バインダーとして、栄養成分を有する活性物質の粒子を提供することのできる市販の可溶性繊維の溶液の相対的粘度を、以下の方法で決定した。
分枝状マルトデキストリンの、粒状化バインダーとして作用する性能を詳説するために、実施例1に開示される前記分枝状マルトデキストリンをそれだけで粒状化する。
出願人によりXylisorb(登録商標)300の商品名で市販のキシリトール結晶(平均粒径が175.8μm)を、実施例2に記載されるものと同様の条件下で、実施例1の分枝状マルトデキストリンと共に粒状化する。
マンニトール結晶を、実施例1の分枝状マルトデキストリンと共に粒状化する。
出願人によりMannitol P60の商品名で市販のマンニトール結晶(平均粒径が60μm)を、Kenwood型の回転ミキサ中で50gの分枝状マルトデキストリン粉末と最低速度で5分間に亘り混合する。
Claims (9)
- 食物繊維を含む活性物質の粒子の調製方法であって、前記活性物質と、15乃至35%の1−6グルコシド結合、20%未満の還元糖含量、5未満の多分子粒子指数、及び4500g/mol以下の数平均分子量Mnを有する分枝状マルトデキストリンとの混合物を粒状化することを含み、前記分枝状マルトデキストリン含量が、粒状化しようとする混合物の3乃至13重量%である調製方法。
- 前記活性物質が、デンプン及びデンプン誘導体からなる群より選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記デンプン誘導体が、デキストリン、難消化デキストリン、マルトデキストリン、及び分枝状マルトデキストリンから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記デンプン誘導体が、水添デンプン加水分解物または水添デンプン加水分解物の転化生成物、とりわけポリオール、特にソルビトール、マンニトール、キシリトール、及びマルチトールからなる群より選択されるポリオールであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記活性物質が、糖、強力甘味料、酵素、ビタミン、及び薬理有効成分からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ・粉末活性物質と粉末分枝状マルトデキストリンとの混合物を、前記分枝状マルトデキストリン含量が、前記混合物の全固体含量に対する乾燥重量にして3乃至13%、好ましくは約5%となるように調製する工程、
・得られる混合物に対して5乃至20重量%の割合で、好ましくは10重量%の割合で水を導入し、湿った粉末の均一な混合物を得る工程、
・得られる湿った粉末の均一な混合物を、サイジングスクリーンを備えたミキサー−グラニュレータ中で機械的に撹拌する工程、
・粒子が前記スクリーンから排出されたところでこれらを回収し、且つ乾燥させる工程、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - ・分枝状マルトデキストリンの溶液を、10乃至50%の固体含量で、好ましくは約25%の固体含量で調製する工程、
・得られる分枝状マルトデキストリンの溶液を、ドライヤー−グラニュレータ−中で活性物質の粉末にスプレーする工程(前記マルトデキストリン含量は前記混合物の全固体含量に対する乾燥重量にして3乃至13%、好ましくは約5%である)、
・得られる粒子を回収し、且つ乾燥させる工程、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 15乃至35%の1−6グルコシド結合、20%未満の還元糖含量、5未満の多分子粒子指数、及び4500g/mol以下の数平均分子量Mnを有する分枝状マルトデキストリンが、活性物質の粒状化バインダーとして使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 15乃至35%の1−6グルコシド結合、20%未満の還元糖含量、5未満の多分子粒子指数、及び4500g/mol以下の数平均分子量Mnを有する分枝状マルトデキストリンの、活性物質のための粒状化バインダーとしての使用。
