Abstract
【解決手段】 組電池の電池パックであって、ラミネートフィルムで密閉封止してなる複数の単電池10と、積層された単電池10を格納するケース2と、単電池10を並列もしくは直列に接続してケース2外部と接続する組電池1の正極端子4a及び負極端子4bと、ケース2に格納された複数の単電池10の積層最上表面から、単電池10の積層方向と対向する方向にケース2内に押圧する蓋部材5と、所定の押圧力の位置で、蓋部材5をケース2に固定する固定手段とを備えたことを特徴とする組電池の電池パック。

このような構成とすると、トレイ1aと単電池10を積層した時にトレイ1aの接触部位Bが,ひとつ上の層のトレイ1aの接触部位Bが無い部分に挿入された状態となる。したがって、y軸方向においては下のトレイ1aの接触部位Bと上のトレイ1aの接触部位Bが接触することにより、相互にトレイ1aが移動することがなくなる。また、x軸方向においては、下のトレイ1aの接触部位Bと上のトレイ1aの無い部分の端部が接触することにより、相互にトレイ1aが移動することがなくなる。

Claims (12)
- ラミネートフィルムで密閉封止してなる複数の平板状の単電池からなる組電池と、
前記単電池をその厚さ方向に積層して収納し、少なくともその一端に開口部を有するケースと、
前記積層された前記単電池を、開口部の一端から積層方向に押圧する蓋部材と、
所定の押圧力の位置で、前記蓋部材を前記ケースに固定する固定手段とを
備えたことを特徴とする組電池の電池パック。 - 前記蓋部材と積層された最上部の前記単電池表面との間、前記ケースの底面と前記単電池の最下部の底面との間、及び各単電池間の表面との間の各接触面に接着剤を塗布、または、両面接着テープを貼付したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組電池の電池パック。
- 前記固定手段は、前記ケースまたは前記蓋部材のいずれかに変形部位を備え、当該変形部位を変形させて、前記所定の押圧力位置で前記蓋部材と前記ケースとの位置を固定するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組電池の電池パック。
- 前記蓋部材の押圧力は、前記ラミネートフィルムに発生する張力が、当該ラミネートフィルムの強度及び前記ラミネートフィルムの接着強度を越えない、且つ、前記組電池の外部から振動が引加されたときに、各前記単電池が前記ケース内でずれない摩擦力を得られる範囲としたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組電池の電池パック。
- ラミネートフィルムで密閉封止してなる複数の単電池を積層して構成される組電池の電池パックの組電池の固定方法であって、
積層された前記単電池を格納するケースと前記単電池を押圧する蓋部材とで複数の前記単電池を挟み、前記蓋部材を、予め設定される押圧力で押圧し、
前記押圧力は、前記ラミネートフィルムに発生する張力が、前記ラミネートフィルムの強度及び前記ラミネートフィルムの接着強度を越えない、且つ、前記組電池の外部から振動が引加されたときに、各前記単電池が前記ケース内でずれない摩擦力を得られる範囲で設定し、
前記押圧力の設定の範囲で、前記蓋部材と前記ケースとの位置を固定するようにしたことを特徴とする組電池の電池パックの組電池の固定方法。 - ラミネートフィルムで密閉封止してなる複数の平板状の単電池からなる組電池と、
各前記単電池を置載し、前記ケースに内接する複数のトレイと、
前記トレイに置載された状態で、前記単電池をその厚さ方向に積層して収納し、少なくともその一端に開口部を有するケースと、
前記トレイに置載され、積層された前記単電池を、開口部の一端から積層方向に押圧する蓋部材と、
所定の押圧力の位置で、前記蓋部材を前記ケースに固定する固定手段とを
備えたことを特徴とする組電池の電池パック。 - 前記トレイは、少なくとも前記単電池の置載位置を案内し、及び前記ケースの対向する内側壁面に接触する接触部位を備えたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の組電池の電池パック。
- 前記トレイの接触部位は、前記ケースの内側壁面と線接触もしくは面接触する複数の薄板ばねで成形され、前記ケース内側壁面に圧接するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の組電池の電池パック。
- 前記トレイの接触部位は、前記単電池を積層方向と直交する方向において、異なる方向に曲げた複数の薄板ばねで構成したことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の組電池の電池パック。
- 前記トレイの接触部位には、前記トレイ相互が嵌合する嵌合部位を備えたことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の組電池の電池パック。
- 前記トレイは、前記単電池を積層する平板を湾曲させたことを特徴とする特徴とする請求項6に記載の組電池の電池パック。
- 前記ケースの底部の角部に、この底部表面と接触する最下層の前記トレイと嵌合する部位を備えたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の組電池の電池パック。
