Abstract
【解決手段】 内視鏡プロセッサ20は、第1、第2信号処理回路35a、35b、ヒストグラム演算回路37、及び第2メモリ39bを備える。内視鏡プロセッサ20と内視鏡50とを接続することにより、撮像素子53を第1信号処理回路35aに接続する。第1信号処理回路35aは撮像素子53が生成する蛍光画像信号を取得する。第1信号処理回路35aは蛍光画像信号から蛍光画像データを生成して、第2メモリ39bとヒストグラム演算回路37に出力する。ヒストグラム演算回路37は蛍光画像データに基づいて自家蛍光画像の輝度のヒストグラムを作成する。第2信号処理回路35bは輝度のヒストグラムに基づいてゲインを算出する。第2信号処理回路35bは第2メモリ39bから取得する蛍光画像データを算出したゲインで増幅する。

Claims (10)
- 生体組織に照射すると蛍光を発光させる励起光が照射される被写体を撮像する撮像手段を有する電子内視鏡から、前記撮像手段が生成する画像信号を取得する画像信号取得手段と、
前記励起光を照射するときに生成される蛍光画像信号に相当する蛍光画像を構成する領域の蛍光輝度に基づいてヒストグラムを作成するヒストグラム作成手段と、
前記ヒストグラム及び予め定められる設定輝度に基づいて、増幅度を求める増幅度算出手段と、
前記蛍光画像信号を前記増幅度で増幅させることにより、増幅蛍光画像信号を生成する増幅手段とを備える
ことを特徴とする画像処理装置。 - 前記増幅度が、前記ヒストグラムにおいて分布している輝度の最大値と前記設定輝度が合致するように前記ヒストグラムを移動させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画像処理装置。
- 前記増幅度が、前記ヒストグラムにおいて分布している輝度の平均値と前記設定輝度が合致するように前記ヒストグラムを移動させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画像処理装置。
- 前記設定輝度が、前記内視鏡の種類に応じて予め定められることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画像処理装置。
- 前記増幅度算出手段により求められる増幅度を微調整するための入力を行う増幅度調整入力手段を備え、前記増幅手段が前記蛍光画像信号を前記微調整が行われた増幅度で増幅させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画像処理装置。
- 前記増幅度を表示する表示手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画像処理装置。
- 前記増幅度が、前記増幅蛍光画像信号に相当する増幅蛍光画像を表示するモニタに表示されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画像処理装置。
- 前記増幅蛍光画像信号に相当する増幅蛍光画像を表示するモニタに、参照光を照射するときに生成される参照光画像信号に相当する参照光画像と前記増幅蛍光画像が同時に表示されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画像処理装置。
- 生体組織に照射すると蛍光を発光させる励起光が照射される被写体を撮像する撮像手段を有する電子内視鏡から、前記撮像手段が生成する画像信号を取得する画像信号取得手段と、
前記励起光を照射するときに生成される蛍光画像信号に相当する蛍光画像を構成する領域の蛍光輝度に基づいてヒストグラムを作成するヒストグラム作成手段と、
前記ヒストグラム及び予め定められる設定輝度に基づいて、増幅度を求める増幅度算出手段と、
前記蛍光画像信号を前記増幅度で増幅させることにより、増幅蛍光画像信号を生成する増幅手段として画像処理手段を機能させる
ことを特徴とする画像処理プログラム。 - 参照光、或いは生体組織に照射すると蛍光を発光させる励起光が照射される被写体を撮像する撮像素子を有する電子内視鏡と、
前記励起光を照射するときに生成される蛍光画像信号に相当する蛍光画像を構成する領域の蛍光輝度に基づいてヒストグラムを作成するヒストグラム作成手段と、
前記ヒストグラム及び予め定められる設定輝度に基づいて、増幅度を求める増幅度算出手段と、
前記蛍光画像信号を前記増幅度で増幅させることにより、増幅蛍光画像信号を生成する増幅手段と、
前記増幅蛍光画像信号に相当する増幅蛍光画像を表示するモニタとを備える
ことを特徴とする電子内視鏡システム。
