【解決手段】 モータ温度Tm1,Tm2が起動初期温度Tsetから10℃上昇する毎にモータ冷却系のオイルをオイルクーラに圧送するオイルポンプの起動を試みる(S100〜S180)。これにより、外気がある程度低温であることによりオイルの粘性が高い状態であっても、オイルポンプをより確実に起動することができる。こうした複数回に亘るオイルポンプの起動によっても起動することができないときには、外気温度Toutが所定温度Tref以上のときにはオイルポンプの異常と判定し、外気温度Toutが所定温度Tref未満のときにはオイルポンプの異常とは判定しない(S190〜S220)。これにより、オイルポンプの異常の誤検出を抑制することができる。

Description
車両に搭載されて走行用の動力を出力する際に駆動される電動機を冷却オイルを用いて冷却する冷却装置であって、
前記冷却オイルを外気との熱交換により冷却する熱交換手段と、
前記電動機と前記熱交換手段とを含む前記冷却オイルの循環流路に設けられ、該冷却オイルを圧送することにより該冷却オイルを該循環流路に循環させる圧送手段と、
前記電動機の温度を検出する電動機温度検出手段と、
前記検出された電動機の温度が所定の起動温度に至ったときには前記圧送手段が起動するまで前記検出される電動機の温度が前記所定の起動温度より高い異なる複数の温度のいずれかに至る毎に所定回に亘って前記圧送手段を起動する起動手段と、
を備えることを要旨とする。
車両に搭載されて走行用の動力を出力する際に駆動される電動機を冷却オイルを用いて冷却する冷却装置であって、
前記冷却オイルを外気との熱交換により冷却する熱交換手段と、
前記電動機と前記熱交換手段とを含む前記冷却オイルの循環流路に設けられ、該冷却オイルを圧送することにより該冷却オイルを該循環流路に循環させる圧送手段と、
前記電動機の温度を検出する電動機温度検出手段と、
外気の温度を検出する外気温度検出手段と、
前記検出された電動機の温度が所定の起動温度に至ったときに前記圧送手段を起動するよう制御する起動手段と、
前記検出された外気の温度が所定の低温度以上のときには前記起動手段による制御にも拘わらず前記圧送手段が起動しないときに異常と判定し、前記検出された外気の温度が前記所定の低温度未満のときには前記起動手段による制御にも拘わらず前記圧送手段が起動しないときでも異常と判定しない異常判定手段と、
を備えることを要旨とする。
冷却オイルを外気との熱交換により冷却する熱交換手段と、車両の走行用の動力を出力する際に駆動される電動機と前記熱交換手段とを含む前記冷却オイルの循環流路に設けられ該冷却オイルを圧送することにより該冷却オイルを該循環流路に循環させる圧送手段と、を備える冷却装置の制御方法であって、
前記電動機の温度が所定の起動温度に至ったときには前記圧送手段が起動するまで前記電動機の温度が前記所定の起動温度より高い異なる複数の温度のいずれかに至る毎に所定回に亘って前記圧送手段を起動するよう該圧送手段を制御する
ことを特徴とする。
冷却オイルを外気との熱交換により冷却する熱交換手段と、車両の走行用の動力を出力する際に駆動される電動機と前記熱交換手段とを含む前記冷却オイルの循環流路に設けられ該冷却オイルを圧送することにより該冷却オイルを該循環流路に循環させる圧送手段と、を備える冷却装置の起動時の異常判定方法であって、
外気の温度が所定の低温度以上のときには前記電動機の温度が所定の起動温度に至ったときに前記圧送手段を起動するよう該圧送手段を制御したのにも拘わらず該圧送手段が起動しないときに異常と判定し、外気の温度が前記所定の低温度未満のときには前記電動機の温度が所定の起動温度に至ったときに前記圧送手段を起動するよう該圧送手段を制御したのにも拘わらず該圧送手段が起動しないときには異常と判定しない
ことを特徴とする。
Claims (7)
- 車両に搭載されて走行用の動力を出力する際に駆動される電動機を冷却オイルを用いて冷却する冷却装置であって、
前記冷却オイルを外気との熱交換により冷却する熱交換手段と、
前記電動機と前記熱交換手段とを含む前記冷却オイルの循環流路に設けられ、該冷却オイルを圧送することにより該冷却オイルを該循環流路に循環させる圧送手段と、
前記電動機の温度を検出する電動機温度検出手段と、
前記検出された電動機の温度が所定の起動温度に至ったときには前記圧送手段が起動するまで前記検出される電動機の温度が前記所定の起動温度より高い異なる複数の温度のいずれかに至る毎に所定回に亘って前記圧送手段を起動する起動手段と、
を備える冷却装置。 - 前記複数の温度は前記所定の起動温度より所定温度ずつ高い温度である請求項1記載の冷却装置。
- 前記起動手段は、前記所定回に亘る起動によっても前記圧送手段が起動されないときには異常を出力する手段である請求項1または2記載の冷却装置。
- 請求項3記載の冷却装置であって、
外気の温度を検出する外気温度検出手段を備え、
前記起動手段は、前記検出された外気の温度が所定の低温度未満のときには前記所定回に亘る起動によっても前記圧送手段が起動されないときでも異常を出力しない手段である
冷却装置。 - 車両に搭載されて走行用の動力を出力する際に駆動される電動機を冷却オイルを用いて冷却する冷却装置であって、
前記冷却オイルを外気との熱交換により冷却する熱交換手段と、
前記電動機と前記熱交換手段とを含む前記冷却オイルの循環流路に設けられ、該冷却オイルを圧送することにより該冷却オイルを該循環流路に循環させる圧送手段と、
前記電動機の温度を検出する電動機温度検出手段と、
外気の温度を検出する外気温度検出手段と、
前記検出された電動機の温度が所定の起動温度に至ったときに前記圧送手段を起動するよう制御する起動手段と、
前記検出された外気の温度が所定の低温度以上のときには前記起動手段による制御にも拘わらず前記圧送手段が起動しないときに異常と判定し、前記検出された外気の温度が前記所定の低温度未満のときには前記起動手段による制御にも拘わらず前記圧送手段が起動しないときでも異常と判定しない異常判定手段と、
を備える冷却装置。 - 冷却オイルを外気との熱交換により冷却する熱交換手段と、車両の走行用の動力を出力する際に駆動される電動機と前記熱交換手段とを含む前記冷却オイルの循環流路に設けられ該冷却オイルを圧送することにより該冷却オイルを該循環流路に循環させる圧送手段と、を備える冷却装置の制御方法であって、
前記電動機の温度が所定の起動温度に至ったときには前記圧送手段が起動するまで前記電動機の温度が前記所定の起動温度より高い異なる複数の温度のいずれかに至る毎に所定回に亘って前記圧送手段を起動するよう該圧送手段を制御する
ことを特徴とする冷却装置の制御方法。 - 冷却オイルを外気との熱交換により冷却する熱交換手段と、車両の走行用の動力を出力する際に駆動される電動機と前記熱交換手段とを含む前記冷却オイルの循環流路に設けられ該冷却オイルを圧送することにより該冷却オイルを該循環流路に循環させる圧送手段と、を備える冷却装置の起動時の異常判定方法であって、
外気の温度が所定の低温度以上のときには前記電動機の温度が所定の起動温度に至ったときに前記圧送手段を起動するよう該圧送手段を制御したのにも拘わらず該圧送手段が起動しないときに異常と判定し、外気の温度が前記所定の低温度未満のときには前記電動機の温度が所定の起動温度に至ったときに前記圧送手段を起動するよう該圧送手段を制御したのにも拘わらず該圧送手段が起動しないときでも異常と判定しない
ことを特徴とする異常判定方法。
