Abstract
【解決手段】 超臨界状態にある冷媒(二酸化炭素)は、低粘度で、かつ、高熱伝導率であるという点に着目して、高圧側冷媒放熱器の冷媒側流路を内面に螺旋状溝10bを形成したグルーブ管10で構成する。また グルーブ管は非加熱流体を構成する箱体の外面上に巻回して接合されていて、この箱体の内部にヒートポンプ給湯器の給温水が流れる構成とする。

Description
前記グルーブ管(10)は前記箱体(20)の外面上に巻回して接合すればよい。
図1〜図4は、本実施形態によるヒートポンプ給湯器の水加熱用の高圧側冷媒放熱器1を示すもので、ヒートポンプ給湯器は冷凍サイクルの圧縮機40から吐出された高温の高圧側冷媒により給湯水(水道水)を加熱し高温(例えば、85℃〜90℃程度)の温水を生成する。
なお、上述の一実施形態では、冷媒チューブ10を図5に示す断面円形の円管のまま箱体20の凹状板部材21、22の外面に接合しているが、冷媒チューブ10を図5に示す断面円形の円管の状態から断面長円状の扁平管に変形させ、この断面長円状の扁平管の状態で冷媒チューブ10を凹状板部材21、22の外面に接合するようにしてもよい。このようにすれば、冷媒チューブ10と箱体20との間の伝熱面積を増大できる。

Claims (4)
- 高圧側冷媒圧力が臨界圧力以上となる超臨界式冷凍サイクルの高圧側冷媒放熱器であって、冷媒側流路を内面に螺旋状溝(10b)を形成したグルーブ管(10)で構成することを特徴とする超臨界式冷凍サイクルの高圧側冷媒放熱器。
- 前記グルーブ管(10)は断面円形の円管であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超臨界式冷凍サイクルの高圧側冷媒放熱器。
- 被加熱流体の流路を構成する箱体(20)を有し、
前記グルーブ管(10)は前記箱体(20)の外面上に巻回して接合されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の超臨界式冷凍サイクルの高圧側冷媒放熱器。 - 前記箱体(20)の内部に、前記被加熱流体の流路としてヒートポンプ給湯器の給湯水が流れる水側流路を構成することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の超臨界式冷凍サイクルの高圧側冷媒放熱器。
