Abstract
【解決手段】 誘電体酸化皮膜を形成させた陽極弁作用金属表面に、酸化剤溶液を含浸させた後、導電性高分子モノマー溶液を少なくとも30℃に加温させたモノマー蒸気中、または、蒸気圧14ミリバール以上180ミリバール以下のピロールモノマー蒸気中に保持して気相酸化重合させ、ついで、導電性高分子モノマーを液相中で化学酸化重合させて第1導電性高分子層を形成し、ついで、第1導電性高分子上に、導電性高分子モノマーを電解重合させることにより第2導電性高分子層を形成する。

Description
表面にエッチングを施した10mm×10mmのアルミニウム箔に、コンデンサの陽極リードとなるアルミニウムワイヤーを溶接し、該箔に、アジピン酸アンモニウム水溶液中、12Vの電圧を印加させて化成処理し、誘電体酸化皮膜を形成させた。該アルミニウム箔素子の液中静電容量は242μFであった。
実施例1において、ピロールモノマー液を加温することなく、20℃の室内で気相化学酸化重合を行った以外は、実施例1に準じて固体電解コンデンサを完成させた。得られた固体コンデンサの初期電気特性及び容量含浸率を表1に示す。
実施例1において、ピロールモノマー液を100℃に加温して気相化学酸化重合を行った以外は、実施例1に準じて固体電解コンデンサを完成させた。得られた固体コンデンサの初期電気特性及び容量含浸率を表1に示す。
陽極リードを備えたタンタル焼結体素子に、リン酸水溶液中、10Vの電圧を印加させて化成処理を施し、誘電体酸化皮膜を形成させた。該素子の液中静電容量は249μFであった。
実施例2において、ピロールモノマー液を加温することなく、20℃の室内で気相化学酸化重合を行った以外は、実施例2に準じて固体電解コンデンサを完成させた。得られた固体コンデンサの初期電気特性及び容量含浸率を表1に示す。
実施例2において、試験に供するタンタル焼結体素子を10個準備し、10個同時に導電性高分子層を形成させた以外は、実施例2に準じて固体電解コンデンサを完成した。
実施例3において、ピロールモノマーを加温することなく、20℃の室内で気相化学酸化重合を行った以外は、実施例3に準じて固体電解コンデンサを完成させた。得られた固体コンデンサの初期電気特性及び容量含浸率の平均値を表1に示す。
表面にエッチングを施した4mm×3mmのアルミニウム箔に、コンデンサの陽極リードとなるアルミニウムワイヤーを溶接し、該箔に、アジピン酸アンモニウム水溶液中、20Vの電圧を印加させて化成処理し、誘電体酸化皮膜を形成させた。得られたアルミニウム箔素子の、液中での静電容量は25.1μFであった。

Claims (3)
- 誘電体酸化皮膜を形成させた陽極弁作用金属表面に、酸化剤溶液を含浸させた後、導電性高分子モノマーの蒸気中に保持して気相酸化重合させ、ついで、導電性高分子モノマーを液相中で化学酸化重合させてなる第1導電性高分子層を形成する工程と、第1導電性高分子上に、導電性高分子モノマーを電解重合させてなる第2導電性高分子層を形成する工程とを包含する固体電解コンデンサの製造方法において、気相酸化重合が、酸化剤溶液を含浸させた陽極弁作用金属を、少なくとも30℃の温度に制御させた導電性高分子モノマー液から生成される蒸気中に保持させて行われることを特徴とする固体電解コンデンサの製造方法。
- 気相酸化重合が、酸化剤溶液を含浸させた陽極弁作用金属を、30〜90℃の温度に制御させた導電性高分子モノマー液から生成される蒸気中に保持させて行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体電解コンデンサの製造方法。
- 気相酸化重合が、酸化剤溶液を含浸させた陽極弁作用金属を、蒸気圧14mbar以上180mbar以下のピロールモノマー蒸気中に保持させて行われることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の固体電解コンデンサの製造方法。
