Abstract
【解決手段】 フローチューブ3と、そのフローチューブ3を駆動する駆動装置4と、フローチューブ3に作用するコリオリの力に比例した位相差を検出する一対の振動検出センサ5と、を備えた三次モード振動式コリオリ流量計1とする。駆動装置4は、フローチューブ3を三次モードの曲げ振動で駆動する。フローチューブ3は、略ループ形状の本体部12を有する。その本体部12の両端部13には、両端部13の振動方向に対して略直交方向かつ両端部13の外側に転向する一対の平行な脚部14を連成する。脚部14には、フローチューブ3を支持する固定端部16を形成する。

Claims (3)
- 少なくとも一本のフローチューブと、該フローチューブを駆動する駆動装置と、前記フローチューブに作用するコリオリの力に比例した位相差を検出する一対の振動検出センサと、を備えたコリオリ流量計であって、
前記駆動装置は前記フローチューブを三次モードの曲げ振動で駆動し、前記フローチューブは略ループ形状の本体部を有し、該本体部の両端部には該両端部の振動方向に対して略直交方向かつ前記両端部の外側に転向する一対の平行な脚部を連成し、該脚部には前記フローチューブを支持する固定端部を形成する
ことを特徴とする三次モード振動式コリオリ流量計。 - 請求項1に記載の三次モード振動式コリオリ流量計において、
前記脚部の各固定端部を同一平面内の近接した位置に配置する
ことを特徴とする三次モード振動式コリオリ流量計。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の三次モード振動式コリオリ流量計において、
前記本体部の幅をW、前記本体部の高さをH、前記脚部の高さをht、前記固定端部の間隔となる固定端幅をw、前記本体部の高さHと前記本体部の幅Wとの比をH/W、前記固定端幅wと前記本体部の幅Wとの比をw/W、前記脚部の高さhtと前記本体部の高さHとの比をht/Hとすると、(1)0.03<H/W<1、(2)0.005<w/W<0.48、(3)0<ht/H<2.75、の条件を満足する
ことを特徴とする三次モード振動式コリオリ流量計。
