Claims (5)
- 洗浄される物品の直径よりわずかに約5%から50%大きなボアホール(3)内の超音波で刺激された液体によって、たとえばワイヤ、プロファイル、パイプなどの互いに隣り合って移動するいくつかのストランド状の物品を超音波洗浄するための構成であって、洗浄液は、前記洗浄液が前記ボアホール(3)を完全に満たすように入れられ、
空気中でλ/4以上の厚さの、長軸(x軸)に沿って振動する超音波ソノトロード内で、前記ボアホール内の洗浄液が振動の主方向(x軸)に沿った振動と、前記振動の主方向に対して横方向(z軸)の前記ソノトロード材の厚さ振動との両方によって刺激されるように、前記ボアホール(3)は、前記ソノトロードの振動の主方向(x軸)に対して横方向(y軸)に配置され、前記ソノトロード(1)の外縁にほぼ並んで互いに任意の所望の間隔で配置されて、洗浄される物品を収容するように構成されることを特徴とする前記構成。 - 前記ソノトロード(1)の外縁から前記特定のボアホールの外縁の距離は、約2mmから8mmとなるように選択されることをさらに特徴とする請求項1に記載の構成。
- 前記ソノトロード(1)の寿命を延ばし、及び、音波の伝播についての対称な状態を維持するために、前記ボアホール(3)は、前記ソノトロード(1)の中心軸/長軸に対して2つの行に配置され、本質的に互いに対して対称的に配置されることをさらに特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の構成。
- 前記ソノトロード(1)は、四角形のプロファイルを有することをさらに特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の構成。
- 2つのソノトロード(1)が、前記ボアホール(3)内に発生する任意の不均一な超音波照射を補償するために、互いにずれて配置されることをさらに特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の構成。
