Claims (18)
- 「黄金分割」に従った少なくとも1つの対数曲線にほぼ一致する彎曲を呈する作用面上に流体が流れて、前記作用面と前記流体間で熱交換を行うことを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 前記作用面は、自然渦のものに従った前記作用面上の流体流れを発生させるために、自然渦の渦度にほぼ一致していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記作用面は、前記作用面を横切って流れる流体の渦状回転運動をもたらすようにしていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の熱交換器。
- 熱伝達が求められる二次媒体との関係で、三次元の対数渦運動で熱エネルギーを伝播させることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の熱交換器。
- 一方の流体から他方の流体への熱交換を容易ならしめるために、2組の流体流れの間に境界を設けて、前記境界の両面に、前記作用面を含めることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の熱交換器。
- 自然渦の構造物中に想像された渦度ラインにほぼ一致することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の熱交換器。
- 前記作用面の彎曲は、一次元であることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載の熱交換器。
- 前記作用面の彎曲は、二次元であることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1つに記載の熱交換器。
- 前記作用面の深さは、「黄金分割」に応じて様々であることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1つに記載の熱交換器。
- 1つまたは複数のベーンを備えることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1つに記載の熱交換器。
- 前記作用面は、軟体動物門、腹足綱、または頭足綱の貝殻の外部形状に従った形状を呈していることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか1つに記載の熱交換器。
- 前記作用面は、ヒタチオビガイ属、アオイガイ属、オウムガイ属、イモガイ属、またはリュウテンサザエ属から選択された貝殻の外部形状に従っていることを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか1つに記載の熱交換器。
- 前記作用面は、軟体動物門、腹足綱、または頭足綱の貝殻の内部形状に従った形状を呈していることを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか1つに記載の熱交換器。
- 前記作用面は、ヒタチオビガイ属、アオイガイ属、オウムガイ属、イモガイ属、またはリュウテンサザエ属から選択された貝殻の内部形状に従っていることを特徴とする請求項1から13のいずれか1つに記載の熱交換器。
- 熱交換器が、入口と出口を有する概ね球状または楕円体の形状のダクトを備えることと、前記構造物のうち、前記入口と前記出口の間の内面の彎曲が、実質的に、あるいは大部分において「黄金分割」の特性に従った対数曲線に一致していることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1つに記載の熱交換器。
- 本体から延びている1つまたは複数のベーンから成るヒートシンクを備えて、前記ヒートシンクに対して熱交換が行われることになっていることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1つに記載の熱交換器。
- 渦巻の形状を呈していることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1つに記載の熱交換器。
- 実質的に本明細書に述べられる通りの熱交換器。
