Abstract
【解決手段】 肉厚の薄い高強度材料から作製されたステント移植皮弁は、より高い耐久性を有しかつより小さな断面を有する内部人工器官を与えるものである。このステント移植皮弁は、超高分子量ポリエチレン等の生体適合性、高張力、耐磨耗性、高耐久性ヤーンの織物、編物あるいは組物によって形成された布で被覆された1つまたはそれ以上のステント部分を含むものである。この1つまたはそれ以上のステント部分は膨張可能バルーンまたは自己膨張型バルーンであってもよい。上記布は任意数の公知材料および技術を利用して上記ステント部分に連結されてもよい。上記布は、この布を連結装置とステント部分の支柱との間に挟むことによって上記布をステント部分の支柱に固定する連結装置を利用してステント部分に連結されてもよい。

Description
(1)部分的に管状のバンドは高分子材料を含む、請求項1記載の連結装置。
(2)部分的に管状のバンドは金属材料を含む、請求項1記載の連結装置。
(3)部分的に管状のバンドは、このバンドと上記第2の基体要素の一部との間に上記実質的に可撓性の第1の要素の一部を保持するように構成されている、請求項1記載の連結装置。
(4)上記移植体は超高分子量ポリエチレンを含む、請求項2記載のステント移植皮弁。
(5)上記移植体はポリアラミドを含む、請求項2記載のステント移植皮弁。
(7)上記移植体は液晶ポリマーを含む、請求項2記載のステント移植皮弁。
(8)上記超高分子量ポリエチレン移植体は約20デニールから約30デニールまでの範囲の重量を有するヤーンを含む、実施態様(4)記載のステント移植皮弁。
(9)上記移植体は超高分子量ポリエチレンの混合物を含む、請求項2記載のステント移植皮弁。
(10)上記移植体は織り込まれている、請求項2記載のステント移植皮弁。
(12)上記移植体は組み込まれている、請求項2記載のステント移植皮弁。
(13)上記少なくとも1つの連結装置はポリマー材料を含む、請求項2記載のステント移植皮弁。
(14)上記少なくとも1つの連結装置は金属材料を含む、請求項2記載のステント移植皮弁。
(15)部分的に管状のバンドは、このバンドと上記少なくとも1つの連結装置の一部との間に生体適合性移植体の一部を保持するように構成されている、請求項2記載のステント移植皮弁。
(17)ステント構造の一部は、生体適合性移植体の一部と上記1つまたはそれ以上のステント構造の一部との間の相対移動を許容するように構成されている、実施態様(15)記載のステント移植皮弁。

Claims (3)
- 連結装置であって、変形可能で部分的に管状のバンドを含み、このバンドは実質的に可撓性の第1の要素の一部および第2の基体要素の一部を受け入れる長穴を有している、連結装置。
- ステント移植皮弁であって、1つまたはそれ以上のステント構造と、この1つまたはそれ以上のステント構造に連結された生体適合性移植体と、上記1つまたはそれ以上のステント構造に移植体を固定するための少なくとも1つの連結装置とを含み、この少なくとも1つの連結装置は、変形可能であり、部分的に管状のバンドを含み、このバンドは実質的に可撓性の第1の要素の一部および第2の基体要素の一部を受け入れる長穴を有している、ステント移植皮弁。
- ステント構造に移植体を連結する方法であって、ステント構造の周囲に移植体を位置決めするステップと、移植体が1つまたはそれ以上の連結装置と上記ステント構造の一部との間に挟まれるように上記1つまたはそれ以上の連結装置を位置決めするステップと、上記ステント構造の上記一部における上記移植体の周囲に上記1つまたはそれ以上の連結装置を圧着するステップとを含む、連結方法。
